Best tool for email - ever!
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Superhuman for about 5 years now and for all but one email account which mandates I use Outlook (uhgg). The amount of time, efficiency, and power Superhuman gives me is liberating. It makes managing large volumes of emails easy!
It's simple to get up and running, I loved the personal onboarding that I had when i started and it only took me about 2 days to get used to shortkeys, etc. to be super efficient and streamline my way of working.
When I have needed support it has been quick, and with impact outcomes that resolved my questions or problems with typically one exchange.
It is my goto, email client that I use across multiple accounts, consistently!

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing stands out immediately. I wish I could share email addresses across accounts, but thats the main thing.

large volume and multiple account email management
Loving Using Superhuman!
What do you like best about the product?
Email organization that is automatic is super helpful. I frequently use the reminders, both automatic and manual. I feel more organized and rarely miss anything, which used to happen all the time. New emails always pop in with access to the full history of the conversation and I can reply to anyone at any point in the conversation easily. I love that the information for everyone on an email thread shows up on the sidebar, so I'm rarely searching to find out what organization someone is with. The Ask AI is extremely helpful. Many times I know I've had a conversation in the past but can't quite find it, but asking AI what was discussed saves me so much time. I frequently use AI writing help to get my emails off to a good start. And snippets...really useful. I also love that all tools that I might need are just a quick command + K away. There's so much that I love I can't list it all!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much actually. I have found a slight glitch with auto labeling. It's idenitified a thread of emails with the wrong label and therefore populates them in a split inbox that I don't view as often. So I have to make a conscious effort to check that inbox regularly for those emails. I've tried to remove the auto label and even move the emails to my "Important" box, but nothing changes. I think this is something that can be fixed though and not necessarily a fatal flaw. Lastly, it's pricey, especially when there's many free options. However, I'm loving the functionality, increase in productivity, and ease of stress so much that I'm likely to stick with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My biggest problem with my previous email client was a useless search function, making it extremely difficult to work. Since using Superhuman, I'm realizing I was dealing with many issues I wasn't aware of, such as email organization and management, reminders, ease of use, and general speed.
How was I never exposed to Superhuman before!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to stay on top of my inbox with just the keyboard shortcuts. Also, the visibility to see when my email was opened by the recipient and how many times. The snippets are great!
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of any. Email has been so cumbersome. When I started with superhuman I became highly organized instantly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of communicating with customers and speed at which response is needed.
Worth the money to be 10x better than gmail
What do you like best about the product?
Shortcuts and keyboard-first design make getting through email faster than any other service; I also make a lot of use out of the reminders to make sure that important communication doesn't fall through the cracks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mobile app lacks some of the features that the desktop app has (e.g., Share [Calendar] Availability / Calendar usage). No dedicated iPad app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The clean user interface and speedy software helps me get to and respond to email faster, allowing me to stay on top of my day and remain focused on my key priorities.
A Game-Changer for My Inbox and Time Management
What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman completely transformed the way I handle email. Its lightning-fast interface and keyboard shortcuts made everything feel smoother and more intuitive. I’ve gone from spending hours wrangling a cluttered inbox to breezing through messages in minutes.
Features like Split Inbox, Remind Me, and Send Later feel built for someone who values speed and efficiency. The experience is sleek, responsive, and actually enjoyable, which is not something I ever thought I’d say about email.
The onboarding process was helpful, and I felt productive from Day 1. It's pricey compared to standard email clients, but the time I've saved and the productivity gains make it totally worth it.

What do you dislike about the product?
That said, the triage system isn’t perfect. At times, important emails have ended up buried in less prominent tabs, which led to some near-misses.
Despite this occasional hiccup, the overall time saved and ease of use are outstanding. If you're juggling a high volume of email and want something that truly respects your time, Superhuman is worth every minute and almost every dollar.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman helps me tackle email overload with speed and clarity. Its intuitive design and smart features let me triage, respond, and follow up faster—cutting down hours of inbox time each week. I’m more focused, miss fewer emails, and have more time for deep work. While its triage isn’t always perfect, the overall productivity boost is worth it.
The BEST email client hands down
What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman is FAST on every platform. Keyboard shortcuts for everything. It's been the only client I've ever used, and I've tried them all, that keeps me at inbox zero. The Ai features are very nicely integrated too, and I use them frequently to touch up my drafts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many cons here, the price is steep... I find it worth it, but others may not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman solves the issue if cluttered and disorganized inboxes that we all deal with.
Superhuman is revolutionary and is the best tool to use.
What do you like best about the product?
The slit inboxes really help me with all of the offices and people I manage. Inbox zero can be done with this tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is a little on the heavy side but the value is there.

Organization and elimination of stress
Superhuman: A Precision Tool for Email Power Users, with Room to Grow on Android
What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman transforms email into a fast, focused workflow. The keyboard-first design minimizes friction, split inboxes and snippets reduce cognitive load, and the overall experience feels engineered for high-output individuals. Features like instant search, scheduled sends, and follow-up reminders integrate seamlessly into daily routines without bloat.Lack of AI features on Android creates a functional gap, reducing parity across platforms. For a product positioned at the premium tier, this asymmetry is frustrating. The onboarding is overly rigid, and power users without Gmail or Outlook accounts are excluded entirely.

Dramatically Faster Workflow
What do you like best about the product?
My email workflow was already well tuned. Superhuman supercharged that for me. The product is simple, but really doubles down on the critical features that make for a speedy workflow. I recommend it all the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could use a few more skins, the design is somewhat bland.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sorting emails by category and making it easy to distinguish in the views. Follow-up on desktop is critical!
The best piece of software in my stack
What do you like best about the product?
I swear my last promotion was due to Superhuman. I get a ton of inbound, and Superhuman makes my inbox my to-do list: I can sort out the noise super fast, and am left with only relevant items. I can also make sure I'm hit with the right info at the right time, without having to refer back to an external service like a project mgmt tool. I just use reminders to make sure the right info hits me at the right time. I truly don't know what I'd do without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have to return to my gmail to send mailmerges. That's it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I get a ton of irrelevant inbound that crowds my inbox. Of the relevant inbound, lots requires heavyweight action items that I won't necessarily get to right that second. If a small deliverable hits my inbox on Monday and is due EOD Thursday, I can make sure it comes back onto my radar exactly when I need it to to make sure I have all the context to complete the task.
