What do you like best about the product?
Handling email using Superhuman has increased my speed with email immensely. Keyboard shortcuts + intelligent AI-generated responses are the magic combination that makes email finally feel tolerable and significantly lowers the barrier to being highly responsive via email. I haven't even gotten into some of the other features like snippets and comments, and I look forward to doing so!
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any down sides or problems yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email requires typing the same kinds of messages over and over by hand; it feels slow and cumbersome and tedious. Email also stacks up fast, creating a sense of dread about opening your inbox -- at least for me. Superhuman makes email much faster and much easier, diminishing these negative feelings of tedium, dread, and overwhelm. Email feels doable.

Gamechanging Email Experience

What do you like best about the product?
Make email fun and easy. Getting to inbox 0 is not a challenge I'm dreading the entire week, but a regular daily occurrence
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't use my CRM's chrome extension with it, but they are compensating with stellar customer support & an auto-bcc feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes email fun & much faster to deal with

Best software for quickly managing multiple inboxes

What do you like best about the product?
As a consultant with multiple emails to monitor, having the ability to quickly triage and process so many emails has been a big game changer for me. Skipping, saving, unsubcribing, setting reminders, or replying all with keyboard shortcuts has really increased by productivity. The write with AI tool works pretty well, I use that almost daily. I was able to connect all my work related and two personal email accounts with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
I currently use a different application to manage my calendar, and I'm not sure I would want it directly integrated into Superhuman. Superhuman also only supports GMail and Microsoft 365 email accounts, and I have three IMAP accounts hosted by a different email provider that I wish I could integrate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves me a lot of time processing emails, and the Remind Me feature is KILLER for not forgetting to follow-up on important things.

Supercharged productivity!

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Superhuman for a weeks now and can't believe how much more productive I am. I can rapidly triage my emails, set better parameters for myself on when I engage with email, and the AI tools make drafting responses a breeze. My improved email productivity has made my work overall more efficient and has also helped me be more productive in my personal life.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the calendar integration less-than-baked. The split-screen view is great, but the ability to create events, especially multi-day ones, hasn't been intuitive for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman helps me sort my email into meaningful categories, both in terms of topic and (most importantly) time. By putting things in a "do later" category, it helps me focus on the here-and-now and then be more intentional about when I get to lower priority tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
I just don't miss important emails anymore -- via reminders and scheduled sends. I also love treating email like a to-do list, rather than a continuous chat interface.

The design is clean, I use it all day every day, and I trust the app will continue to lead in product experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes marking more than 25 emails as done in bulk loads slowly on the mobile app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a founder I get A LOT of emails. Superhuman helps me manage, prioritize, and respond - without missing a beat.

A power tool for deep work in email

What do you like best about the product?
The command palette, snippets, and AI triage features genuinely reduce decision fatigue. Threading is clean. It integrates well with a high-volume, high-context workflow across multiple teams and brands. It helps carve out signal from noise and makes it easier to stay responsive without being reactive. The onboarding and support are also sharper than most SaaS experiences.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn’t fully handle multi-inbox switching or alias management cleanly, which gets clunky when running different businesses or personas. Some features still lag for those working in shared inbox or delegated access environments. It’s also pricey, which makes scaling seats a considered choice, not a default.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s solving the cognitive overhead of inbox management and improving the quality of AI-assisted replies. I used to switch out to a separate chatbot to draft emails, which disrupted flow and lacked context. Superhuman keeps me in one tool, with inline AI that understands the thread. It’s also solving for speed and structure—getting through a complex inbox quickly without dropping threads or tone.

What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman is making the logical steps to making email management much easier and faster, by making time-consuming tasks quick, and prompting good practices. Great keyboard shortcuts make things much faster, as do prompts to get things out of the inbox (after reply) or setting reminders and deferring messages. The ability to quickly click possible calendar times is priceless. The staff are responsive to suggestions, and helpful as you adapt.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is really great. There are some areas where more customization will help, but I expect that will come. And sometimes the user has to figure out the develpers' intended workflow which may in fact be better than what the user is looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly makes tedious tasks quick, prompts you to move quickly in different ways, and is snappy as an email program.

What do you like best about the product?
Saves me about an hour or more per day by:
- Pre-writing followups
- Filtering out irrelevant emails without me having to do anything
- Using keyboard shortcuts in order to file and reply to emails extremely quickly
- Create simple reminders so that emails show back up in my inbox in a timely manner.
- Snippets to autofill text that I use regularly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Least helpful tools inside Superhuman are:
- There are still features that you have to open Gmail to use (ex: Autoresponder and templates).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I spend far less time in my inbox, which is huge given the demands of my inbox.

Painless email

What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman turned the painful chore of trying to keep up with my email into a fluid experience that I don't even really think worry about. Given how many conversations I need to stay on top of for my company, this efficiency gain is hard to overstate.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve with the hotkeys, but the thoughtful onboarding tutorials make it much smoother. I can see this feeling a bit overwhelming or heavy-handed for some people though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman saves me time by making it a breeze to stay on top of my email while making sure I don't miss any conversations that need follow-ups.

What do you like best about the product?
Dont see the unnecessary and focus on what matters.
Auto reminders for mails that need reminders.
Ability to set reminders at a time and date of your choosing
Auto labels, custom labels
Almost never have to go in to folders
AI based editing while composing mails is amazing
What do you dislike about the product?
Sorting capabilities are basic - user is forced to stick to conversation view.
Lot of screen real estate gets wasted and user is forced to live with the small centre pane. Full screen capability needs to be provided like outlook.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
avoids distraction, helps focus on what matters, allows me to get work done quicker
