Excellent Product
What do you like best about the product?
The AI is good and filters emails naturally and well. Generally easy and intuitive to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only supports Google and MS mail for now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making easier to get through a large volume of email
An AI-powered, keyboard-first email platform that actually respects my time
What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman nails the productivity trifecta: speed, clarity, and control. As a keyboard-first user, the command palette and well-designed shortcuts allow me to process and manage email at lightning speed—no mouse required. The AI features are what really push it over the top. AI-powered search and summarization feel like having my own personal LLM trained on my inbox. I use Superhuman across three Macs (M1, M2, M4) and performance is consistently smooth.
Ease of integration is another win—my Gmail setup was frictionless, and calendar integration works, though it could be smarter. The app is feature-rich but doesn’t feel bloated. And despite all its capabilities, it's surprisingly easy to learn. I didn’t need extensive onboarding or customization to start reaping the benefits.

What do you dislike about the product?
The calendar integration could be smarter. I'd love to see the AI auto-suggest opening a calendar window based on dates mentioned in an email. I also wish Superhuman supported IMAP beyond Gmail and Exchange—it would be a huge step toward unifying all my email accounts under one client. That said, these are refinements, not dealbreakers.
Also, I haven’t had to rely on customer support much, so I can’t speak to its responsiveness—but that’s probably a good sign.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman solves the biggest pain point in modern professional life: email overload. It helps me stay on top of high volumes of communication with minimal friction. The AI summarization and search features allow me to instantly surface important content buried in long threads or archives, which saves hours each week. Keyboard-driven workflows keep me in the zone, and I can triage, reply, or defer emails faster than ever. The end result is better focus, faster responses, and more mental space to work on strategic priorities—not just inbox management.

Great product, great team
What do you like best about the product?
It's fast, pretty, organized, easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit of a culture shift from outlook. Required some getting used to. But the onboarding experience does a really good job of easing you into things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the problem of copying my email threads back and forth from ChatGPT. Side benefit is that its much quicker and more organized than outlook. Outlook is slow, buggy, and clunky.
Superhuman is the best way to process your inbox

The interface is sparse, but if you learn the shortcuts you can fly through your email.

Time and Accountability Built Into the Inbox
What do you like best about the product?
After going through the self-guided and human-led onboarding materials, the immediate positive benefits were felt. The hotkeys alone are worth the time to learn. The auto-drafted AI responses, while not 100% perfect to how I write, are a good enough starting point to encourage me to actually write the response. The ability to schedule responses both as a default and as a case-by-case setting acts like a built-in accountability partner. Nothing gets missing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Part of me wishes I could use Superhuman's features within my ESP but the other part of me recognizes how the isolated environment of using Superhuman exclusively keeps me focused on the task at hand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The AI-drafts keep up the momentum of responding to people.
The scheduled AI-drafts hold me accountable to my clients and contacts.
The hotkeys make it wildly more efficient to move through my inbox.

Beautiful UX/UI & Seamless transition from traditional email
What do you like best about the product?
Auto draft (when you don't receive a reply), integrated calendar, split inbox (to focus on the most important emails) and custom snippets are a few of my favorite features.
What do you dislike about the product?
A learning curve for the short cut commands but not a dealbreaker
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reducing noise, increasing customer engagement, allowing me to send messages and know it will remind me/notify me to nudge if I don't get replies. That helps me get customers through the onboarding journey faster and quicker to driving impact and value.
Getting through emails just got easier
What do you like best about the product?
Keyboard shortcuts and no distraction while going through the email.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now. Everything has been perfectly fine till now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting through my emails distraction free and with keyboard shortcuts this becomes just second nature for me.
SuperHuman has helped me get a handle on my email and take action on what matters most.
What do you like best about the product?
SuperHuman has helped me save approximately 2 hours per week by sorting my emails, labeling my emails, and drafting AI-replies. The AI integration makes it easy to schedule calendar meetings from an email conversation with ease. I'm able to respond or take action on the emails that matter most, set reminders for those to handle later, and archive the things that don't matter.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve for SuperHuman took me about a week to get the hang of, and I think that's mostly due to breaking the habits of using Gmail in it's native interface for 20 years. Also, I can't add a calendar/meeting location from Google Maps like I can in Google Calendar, but that's such a minor issue it really doesn't matter much for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SuperHuman is saving me time and helping me to make sure important emails don't slip through the cracks and go too long before I reply.
Superhuman saves my tons of time and keeps my Inbox manageable
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to archive emails to folders and to set reminders for emails to come back to my Inbox in the future, allowing me to prioritize my work and focus on only the emails I need to address right now
What do you dislike about the product?
Using Superhuman on some of my email accounts makes me wish all my organizations would allow me to use it. I get frustrated when my email tool is Outlook.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiency and focus - getting my inbox to zero quickly each day
