Superhuman=Super Amazing!

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use. I don't get overwhelmed by emails anymore, and it has gameified my email experience. Before Superhuman, I NEVER reached Inbox Zero. Since starting Superhuman about a month ago, I have reached Inbox Zero every single day because it makes things so simple.

It was super easy to get the hang of the tool and their training and support made the experience fun and smooth. I use this tool every single day, several times a day. I love the calendar and scheduling integration feature as I really don't have a need for Calendly in my inbox now if I don't want it... I can click a time I have available and it sends that time out with a booking link.

Superhuman is super amazing and I will keep it as long as it's around!
What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing I told them to make easier was to be able to switch back to regular outlook view, but I haven't looked that up yet so I'm sure there's a way to do it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I get more time in my day with how easy it makes emails. I have less stress around emails and tasks. I use emails as a task management tool now too because of their "send back/remind" feature...if I think of something I need to do, I just email myself it and know I can always circle back to it another day if I can't do it now. My EA's time is better used on other things in the business, so I get more value out of her now as well. My clients are happier because I get back quicker and don't forget important tasks that I promised them.

It really does make you feel like a superhuman

What do you like best about the product?
It enables me to fly through my emails, identify the priorities quickly, and sort them into the appropriate buckets. It also allows me to cut through the noise by auto-tagging and splitting inboxes. I piloted it myself for about a year before rolling it out to our entire team, and the adoption has been tremendous. Most of us rely heavily on it now, and look forward to that inbox zero reward each day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there's nothing I dislike about it. It makes emailing SO much easier and more efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management and prioritization. I no longer spend 3/4 of my email time sorting emails into folders, but snoozing the ones I don't need to handle now, scheduling reminders for the ones I need to follow up on, and handling the immediate priorities as efficiently as possible.

A Fast, Smart Inbox (Once You Learn It)

What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman makes email way faster. Once you learn the shortcuts, it’s super efficient and honestly kind of fun to use. I really like the email summaries at the top — they help me get context right away. It’s also super easy to copy someone’s email address or set reminders so nothing falls through the cracks. I don’t lose emails as much, and it helps me stay on top of everything.

I’ve already recommended it to friends, and I’d definitely do it again — especially for people who spend a lot of time in their inbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s definitely a learning curve. I wouldn’t recommend it to someone who’s not comfortable with tech or who doesn’t want to spend time learning the shortcuts. It kind of takes over your inbox, and if you don’t take the time to figure it out, it’ll just feel confusing.

The AI features still need work. I often go back to ChatGPT or Grammarly when I want help making emails better — Superhuman’s AI just isn’t there yet.

Also, I wish the HubSpot integration was included instead of being an extra cost. Right now, even though emails log automatically, they don’t track opens, and I still end up doing a lot manually in HubSpot. The search isn’t as strong as Gmail either. And while I like the inbox layout, I do wish I had more control over what gets marked as important.

That said, I still really like using it — and I’m excited to see how it improves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to get through emails quickly, and prioritize the ones that are important.

I feel like I actually get through emails as opposed to holding off on responding.

What do you like best about the product?
It's like Bionic Reading (real thing, check it out if you don't know what it is), but for managing email. Everything just looks, feels, and moves faster. I didn't believe in inbox zero until trying this, and now I love it. There's also a ton of "nice quality of life" features such as pulling up past email references automatically or auto adjusting calendar side view based on what you're typing. Everything "just works". I use it every day on my laptop and phone and I won't be looking back.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit pricey for an email client, but I'm still hooked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Ease of catalog emails and maintaining inbox zero. No more deciding archival vs trash — it's just "done" or "remind me at X time". Labeling emails is also way faster with hotkeys (think excel hot keys, but for email).
2. Helpful context providing. Whether I'm reading, writing, or searching emails/calendar events, the side panel auto pulls up the most relevant context for reference.
3. Speed — the hot key sequences are way faster than I imagined.
4. Simplicity -- I don't know how else to describe it other than it just feels lightweight and simple, yet packs a punch in terms of functionality

What do you like best about the product?
Incredibly fast, clean, well designed email client with great AI features. Helps me get through a full inbox much faster, on both personal (Gmail/Workspace) and work (Outlook/Exchange) emails. I use it daily and it saves me at least 1-2 hours per day in getting through my email & calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. I would be very sad if I could no longer use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me get through my email in a faster & better way. I spend more time thinking about what I will write vs. navigating a full inbox.

What do you like best about the product?
For me the shortcuts and templates are the most important piece. A lot of my messaging is repetitive and I often have to copy my EA as well. Superhuman allows me to do that at a click. The AI email writing is decent, but not exactly me yet.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the mobile app was faster than the outlook app. I also wish the calendar management piece was a lot easier inside superhuman or that they launch their own calendar.

I also wish there was a way to log communication into Salesforce a little more directly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me respond much faster and schedule meetings a lot easier.

What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman has completely changed how I manage email. It’s incredibly fast, and the keyboard shortcuts make moving through messages seamless. The hover-to-command feature seems small but has had a big impact on how efficiently I can stay organized. I love being able to toggle between three email accounts in one window with just a click — it makes managing multiple roles so much easier. The AI drafting feature is one of the best I’ve seen — almost as good as ChatGPT and way more helpful than CoPilot.
What do you dislike about the product?
I still rely on folders to organize emails, and I’m not always sure where emails go after I mark them “done.” It’s unclear if they stay in the right category. I’d love to see smart category suggestions, and ideally move Superhuman’s default folders to the bottom of the list. Task management feels like a missing piece — integrations or a simple way to turn emails into trackable tasks would make a huge difference. Also, calendaring isn’t strong enough for me to leave Outlook yet. A deeper integration with ChatGPT for things like organizing project threads or AI-informed replies would take this to the next level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman helps me stay on top of a high volume of emails across multiple accounts without getting overwhelmed. I used to spend way too much time triaging, replying, and searching for messages — now I move through my inbox much faster and more intentionally. The speed, intuitive shortcuts, and AI drafting all help reduce decision fatigue and repetitive work, so I can focus on higher-value tasks. It’s also helping me communicate more clearly and efficiently, especially when juggling multiple priorities and roles.

What do you like best about the product?
Intense efficiency - simple to use and a big timesaver ... It immediately slashed 1+ hours per day of email time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm a rather new user ... so I'm not seasoned enough on the product. So far, I am a BIG FAN!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Immediately reduces TIME in email .... and easily helps me eliminate un-wanted EMAIL. Plus, I feel more email-organized quickly.....
