My favourite tool
What do you like best about the product?
The keyboard shortcuts, the easy-to-use interface. This has been an absolute GAMECHANGER! I love it
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't been able to use it on my phone yet as I didn't want to allow a few of the permissions to my network directory.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I receive a lot of emails and need to be able to process these quickly and effectively. This has been really helpful in letting me process emails.

What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman helps me achieve inbox zero effortlessly. I tackle my email tasks in the mornings and at the end of the day, and I can’t imagine managing without it now. Features like reminders, AI capabilities for auto-solving, and email style improvements have become my favorites. The app is incredibly fast, and I've developed muscle memory for many of the actions I perform regularly. For some emails, it takes me less than a second to decide whether to act on them, reply, or simply mark them as done. I highly recommend it to anyone who finds managing their inbox a challenge.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is a bit high and I think that's the only disadvantage for some reason I still haven't learned the shortcuts and gestures on the mobile app. I always seem to open something weird but the basic movement of solving an email easy to remember.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Siejk is solving the issue of never-ending flow of new emails all the linkedin pitches all the marketing emails go into split inbox where they can wait for me while I'll tackle the most important things in the specific inboxes
If you are willing, it is worth it
What do you like best about the product?
I feel like I am getting through my inbox faster and cleaning out the clutter more effectively than with other email apps. Responsive customer support too.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve, I am still climbing it, but after only 2 weeks I feel more efficient at handling my inbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like that they have tried to re-imagine email. Finally. I have tried a lot of email apps over the years, this is the first one that really is doing something different. I encourage them to continue to rush this envelope.

What do you like best about the product?
Fastest and best email client ever made. Nothing comes close. Genuinely.
What do you dislike about the product?
Almost nothing tbh. Maybe multi account management could be better, but I can't even think of how. It's already very, very good.

What do you like best about the product?
As a CEO, my inbox is always overflowing, and time is one of the few resources I can’t scale. Superhuman’s AI-powered draft suggestions have genuinely transformed how I handle communication. It’s like having a reliable assistant who pre-writes professional, concise replies, saving me at least an hour each day. The fact that it works fluently in both English and Polish is critical for me, given how often I switch between global partners and local teams. The experience feels premium — the app is incredibly fast, intuitive, and reduces the mental fatigue that usually comes with email overload. I also appreciate how Superhuman helps me maintain a consistent tone in correspondence, even during high-stress periods.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I find challenging is the subscription cost — while justified for an executive, it's hard to scale it across a broader team without hesitation. Sometimes, AI-generated responses in Polish feel too stiff or overly formal, especially in less official situations. There’s no option to preview attachments in the same way as in Gmail or to save them directly to Google Drive. A feature for working on multiple emails at once would also be helpful — currently, I have to use both Gmail and Superhuman in parallel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman is helping me tackle one of the most persistent challenges in my day — managing email volume efficiently. Thanks to the AI-generated drafts, I can respond to emails much faster without overthinking the initial message. It significantly reduces the time I spend crafting replies, especially for routine or semi-formal communication. One unexpected but huge benefit is that I can now reply to emails even during a traffic jam on the way to work — just dictating a few keywords is often enough for Superhuman’s AI to generate a solid, professional response. This kind of flexibility and speed simply wasn’t possible before.

What do you like best about the product?
A consolidated application to manage all my mail-boxes, with seamless integration. The way AI is infused in the product is particularly impressive, which makes it super easy to compose emails, refine then, schedule follow-ups etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
None in particular yet.
The only thing I would point out is auto-redirection from my gmail or outlook url to superhuman. I would explicitly ask the user before setting it up.

Makes email fun and more efficient overall, High quality AI integration to enhance email client experience and compose good email content.
Cleans up the ever increasing unread badge count....with efficiency and accuracy

the intuitive design, suggesting the best next action, the capability to set auto draft and auto reminders. the capability to put tags and the fantastic feature to not leave the keyboard is amazing

What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman has allowed me to genuinely work efficiently through my emails for the first time in my life. I use it religiously every day and its intuitive interface has allowed me to integrate it into my daily workflows seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app is a little less intuitive to use (various swipe directions can be hard to recall) but still has all the same powerful features - it might just be a question of me needing to use it more but given I'm so efficient using it on my laptop I don't have to send so much time on my mobile now!

The efficiency through which I can work through emails is a complete game changer - the reminders function is world class and the fact that it's AI capabilities genuinely add value means it's a product that allows me to get through my emails faster and save me hours a day.

What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman makes the most time-consuming part of my day a breeze. I've been able to manage a large number of emails seamlessly because of the way the product is structured. It's clear that a lot of thought has been put into how it's assembled. The onboarding is seamless as well, and the daily reminders help reinforce all the different keyboard shortcuts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The key-based commands take a while to get used to. It's absolutely worth the effort, but it can be a real hurdle to adoption for non-technical users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman provides a structured and logical interface for managing the steady flow of emails, which can be a burden to getting work done in a timely manner. The differentiated inboxes, one-touch commands, and added features like Read receipts have turned email management into a seamless experience. I often describe other products as "Superhuman for X" now, which is a pretty strong endorsement after only having used Superhuman for less than a month.
A new philosophy of email management
What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman has completely transformed the way that I think about my email. The philosophy of making a rapid decision about each item, supported by intelligence filtering and powerful prioritisation tools, is really superb. The onboarding experience has been superb, with regular webcast training and responsive and helpful email support. I use it every day, and found it really easy to set up and integrate across my email accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
You could probably replicate quite a lot of the functionality (e.g. keyboard shortcuts, split inboxes, AI assistant) on Gmail, at a lower price point. Some problems syncing across mobile devices on my Outlook account, but I'm pretty confident the team will fix that. I thought I wanted a unified inbox (like Spark), but I prefer the Superhuman interface and actually it's nice to have a degree of separation, and you can have each inbox open in a separate tab, cycling through them with the keyboard. It'd be nice to default to that view, but it's pretty trivial to set it up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily it's helping me to keep on top of my inboxes, making it less likely that I miss important deadlines or fail to follow-up on an important message.
