Superhuman is the perfect name for this tool

What do you like best about the product?
I am a vim user, so love the fact I can quickly iterate through emails without touching my mouse. The search is lighting quick and always finds what I'm looking for, giving me confidence to actually archive emails knowing I can get the info back, which was stopping me from deleting emails in the past.

The UI is easy to navigate and I like the tabs, especially filtering out the numerous calendar emails generated by Google calendar, which I hate but also need to see sometimes.

Before I wasn't checking my emails regularly but now I check every hour or so. I like the fact it redirects me straight to superhuman from gmail.

The help emails trickling in were useful as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The email view width is a little small on large devices which makes it hard to view screenshots and tables, which don't wrap like text.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Emails are hard to track and reply to, they take ages to manage and sift through the parts that relevant to me. The shortcuts speed me up massively

What do you like best about the product?
It's the 1% features that make everything productive and simple. I deal with what is in front of me quickly and efficiently, with quick cuts, easy hyperlinks, and AI suggestions working together to significantly increase my productivity within my inbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I can't integrate my Hubspot templates and snippets - yet!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Context switching and productvity.

What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman has redefined my email experience. Its focus on speed, efficiency, and user-centric design has made managing my inbox not just more manageable but even enjoyable. For professionals inundated with emails daily, Superhuman offers a compelling solution to reclaim time and enhance productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost, tbh. While Superhuman offers numerous benefits, it’s worth noting that it comes at a premium price of $30 per month. Additionally, there’s a learning curve associated with mastering the keyboard shortcuts and fully leveraging the platform’s capabilities. However, for those who spend a significant portion of their day managing emails, the investment can be justified by the time saved and increased efficiency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The efficiency problem! Superhuman’s responsiveness is unparalleled. Emails load instantly, searches are swift, and the overall experience is seamless, allowing me to process emails in record time.

Best AI tool for my sales team

What do you like best about the product?
My sales team handles a huge volume of opportunities. Superhuman lets them use AI natively in their inbox to respond faster, better and save hours every week. At this point, my team could run pretty much exclusively on Superhuman & Gong.
What do you dislike about the product?
I just wish I could use Superhuman to get through all of my other messages / notifications outside of email (Linear, Slack etc)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman makes AI practical. It prioritizes my reps' inboxes, drafts responses for them, reminds them to follow up, learns their voice and tone and even handles tasks like scheduling for them. It allows them to fly through their inbox so that they can spend more time generating pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
the AI features makes me way more responsive and way more productive. Auto Draft will write response emails on my behalf so I can follow up with everyone I need to. Write with AI means I can just chat absolute garbage into the prompt and it spits out a brilliant email.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. Would love if more of my team used it :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes replying to emails and moving projects forward vastly faster and easier.

Superhuman is super fast and super clean

What do you like best about the product?
Since installing Superhuman, I use it every single day. The setup was easy peasy as well. I just installed it, logged in, chose my team, and starting blasting through my inbox.

The keyboard shortcuts are amazing. I try to ignore my mouse as much as possible, and Superhuman lets me ditch the mouse and take care of my inbox with lightning speed. Pair this with Windows "Voice to Text" and I'm in keyboard shortcut heaven.

The interface is also gloriously simple, and loads/responds just as fast as my shortcuts. Adding new tabs is wonderfully easy and fast, so I can keep one conversation open and search for something else in a new tab without losing my place.

I'd have to say the Customer Service is top shelf as well. I reached out with a question, and the team responded to me within the hour.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing Superhuman doesn't do (as far as I know) is manage my Outlook calendar reminders. I have to keep Outlook running in the background so that I continue to see my meeting/appointment reminders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman reduces the time it previously took to manage my inbox. This solves the issue I had with Outlook being kinda clunky (slow to load, minimal shortcuts available).

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is beautifully designed. All of the shortcuts are very intuitive. It saves so much time every day. The onboarding process was also seamless, and customer support is fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real downsides. Some very minor bugs, but far less than any other app I've used
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman saves hours every week reviewing emails. It also makes it easy to follow up and ensure I don't drop the ball on responses/follow-ups.

What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman has allowed me to completely finish my emails. Every day. I filter out all of the junk/pitches and notification emails (hubspot, calendar, etc.) automatically and have tags set up to notify me and segment my email based on if a prospect replies, someone from my team, or anyone else.

The auto reminder feature ensures i never miss a follow up and i don't have to live in Hubspots outdated UI. I can update pipeline directly from the app and it has learned my tone and messages and can even autogenerate responses based on my previous messages and what replies i receive.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s a whole new way to do email. Yes this takes some getting used to but you do see gains. The main thing is they have totally re-thought how best to work through email with more speed and design led thinking.
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning curve does take a bit of persistence, but it’s worth it.

Over cluttered and inefficient inbox.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it was to learn. I am in the 2nd week of my trial and already feel like a pro. They are also very good at keeping in touch with me during this time sharing tips and tricks. I appreciate that!
What do you dislike about the product?
I am already organized with my gmail account and use color coded folders a lot. I had trouble figuring out how to continue to follow the flow I have setup. I wouldn't say that I dislike it, but this was harder to figure out than all of the other easy features and flows that exist within Superhuman.

Streamlining my inbox.
