What do you like best about the product?
fast, slick, clean. Actually a good use of Ai which feels remarkable in a world of bad AI.

The team at SH think of things i don't even know I need
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing - if being picky, sometimes long threads can be hard to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very good search which other clients struggle with. Saves me time each day, works as a great reminder of things i need to do. Helps me follow up with people when i forget.

What do you like best about the product?
After an initial setup and integration (which is guided and very easy to do), it makes it so much easier to keep track of things that are outstanding that need my reply, making follow-ups super easy and helping me to make sure nothing has fallen through the cracks. Wanting to get down to inbox zero also encourages me to knock out all of my replies quickly, leaving time for other tasks. It is literally my most used app alongside my CRM and Slack.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly have no dislikes about the platform!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me solve composing and sending emails easily (especially with the various shortcuts it provides), responding to everything as quickly as possible, giving me reminders about following up on open items that I haven't gotten responses on, connecting everything back to the CRM, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. It makes my job so much easier, and gives me peace of mind knowing I've gotten back to everyone and am on top of all of my open opportunities.

What do you like best about the product?
This is hands-down the best email I've ever used. It has made me more productive, more efficient, more organized... name it. Being keyboard centric, everything moves in such a flow that is unbeatable. I use it every single day and I cannot tell enough people about this system.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not a way to edit calendar events, or access contacts directly in the app. Not a major issue. My team also uses Google Chat, which would be a nice integration but again, not a big deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a ton of labels for a lot of different cases. We also have a lot of email threads pertaining to the same case or issue. The search function is insanely helpful for this, as is the reminders option. So often, I go through my emails and star items only to get lost in the shuffle. I can clear my inbox and go back to my tasks so much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
My gmail inbox was flooded with spam and newsletters and I had declared email bankruptcy. Switching to Superhuman has allowed me to get back to inbox zero consistently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to report here. If only it were free!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman speeds up my email handling routing.

What do you like best about the product?
I am not super tech savvy so a friend helped me set up Superhuman. It was easy to set up and learning the basic command keys was also a breeze. I have used Gmail a long time and consistently have 35k+ unread emails showing up on my mobile phone. That is a lot of energy and a lot of distraction! Within less than 24 hours, Superhuman cleaned and organized my inbox where I now get to a zero inbox (with several split inboxes) every day. I feel organized and more focused in my every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not a whole lot of downside, but you do need to learn to operate from your keyboard vs. your mouse and I find the mobile interface a little more challenging to navigate, but definitely easy to learn by watching Superhuman's quick online tutorials and videos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy digital organization! Less distraction! More time for what matters.

Superhuman to the Rescue!

What do you like best about the product?
Snippets - love being able to save templates/snippets of responses that come up frequently. Saves me a lot of time instead of writing out very long technical responses and can include images.

Reminders - love being able to remind myself on tasking or actioning an email in case I can't action on it immediately.

Mentioning - love being able to @ a teammate in a thread and comment on it internally since we share an inbox. Allows great communication

Sharing Drafts - love being able to save drafts and share it with teammate. I'm new to the company so this is helpful when needing teammates approval for responses. Really miss this feature when I use Gmail directly.

Easy settings - Love Command + K - being able to look up easily

What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like reading threads is very hard because it's backwards and I like how you can easily read a thread in Gmail. This creates a lot of confusion for me and adds time to collapse and open thread blocks. Would like to be able to read the thread easily and chronologically.

Brilliant timesaver

What do you like best about the product?
I love Superhuman as it helped me to organize my entire inbox in a couple of hours and it was very easy to install. It is very intuitive and the shortcut keys are timesavers, handily visible for main ones at the bottom of the screen. Great on both PC and mobile. It has enabled me to keep on top of my emails daily something I have never been able to do for more than a day! Useful tips are sent daily from Support team, but not so many that it's annoying and easy to mark done and it's gone from your inbox. Thoroughly recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is the ability to add a note when setting a reminder.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can schedule follow ups and reminders in seconds and trust that nothing will fall through the cracks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm finding it hard to get used to the way long email threads are organized.

It is allowing me to prioritize emails and keep track of them without fear of dropping the ball.

What do you like best about the product?
Incredibly intuitive and fast with superb AI features. It helps me stay on top of multiple conversations, automatically giving me a summary of threads saving me the headache of going through them. It also not only reminds me to follow up but composes the follow-up in my voice flawlessly!
What do you dislike about the product?
I occassionally need to rework some of the AI compositions, but it seems to be learning and improving.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves me a ton of time by removing repetitive tasks from my plate -- without any set-up or direction. This frees me up to use my energy more productively. I'll never go back to life without it.

What do you like best about the product?
I get a lot of stuff that is nice to get, but that I'm not going to read everyday. The keyboard archive, especially with the mouse hover is killer. I save a bunch of time not having to click checkboxes and archive.
What do you dislike about the product?
On my laptop, I had to find a workaround to get to contacts, bc I was so used to getting there through Gmail and now there's a redirect from Gmail to superhuman in my laptop's chrome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting through my email Inbox faster.
