What do you like best about the product?
Every important aspect is implemented as shortcut or you can use omni search for all possible options and actions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Disability to place file from clipboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Plenty of emails. Importance. Sorting and searching.

What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman has reinvented email for me. I didn't realise until I started using it how inefficient I'd been on email and how long it had taken me every day. I love their keyboard shortcuts that drive productivity on email and their system design that pushes me to clear the inbox to zero every day. It's a truly awesome product in its simplicity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very few things to be honest - slight tweaks are needed around how the UI handles multi-thread conversations and how CTRL + Enter shortcut for sending emails and marking them done on multiple emails in quick succession from the same sender. These are small tweaks and are hardly a criticism for what is a great product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the problem of how inefficient existing email clients are and is saving me 2-3 hours or more per day by enabling me to get through my inbox quicker.

What do you like best about the product?
I save about 5-10 hours per week on email. This feels like the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of an adoption curve, and you have to unlearn lots from Outlook era.

Calendar could use more functionality - i have to go back to outlook to edit/move events, and book events with multiple people.

What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman has changed how I approach email. It’s not just faster—it’s more thoughtful and enjoyable. The seamless keyboard shortcuts are a standout feature. They take a bit of practice, but once you get the hang of them, they dramatically boost efficiency and flow. Superhuman has made my inbox feel less like a chore and more like a tool I can actually master.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve can be steep, especially at first. It takes time to fully unlock the value. Also, the search functionality, while decent, could be more robust—sometimes it feels a bit limited compared to native gmail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman helps me manage email faster and more intentionally, which solves the problem of email overload. Before, my inbox felt like a never-ending to-do list. Now, I can fly through messages, stay on top of follow-ups, and actually enjoy the process. It gives me more control over my time and helps me focus on higher-impact work.

Great for busy management

What do you like best about the product?
Having more clarity on mails is great! Superhuman's mail string summary and AI assistance saves me not only time, but the company money, since management does not need any help on summarizing information, or looking for past communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to have a smart calendar function, combining business with private calendar, to make sure there is no double booking on time slots, ensuring the important things com first.

Email search that actually works, powered by AI

What do you like best about the product?
The AI search is an incredible tool for finding random things in a huge pile of old emails, and the keyboard interface is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
It just needs a better calendar integration then it will be perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can never find stuff in my inbox, and it gets very large & unmanageable.

What do you like best about the product?
Sets my mind at ease by remembering the thousand things a day i need to address without me having to hold little snippets in my brain. I have only begun to harness the full power of Superhuman, but the organization of my email and tracking of my new incoming messages is great. I am just starting to explore the complete workflows and the team tools. The initial set up was great too, It helped me sort all of the old emails in my inbox quickly. The daily emails in the early stages of implementation with tips and tricks are great too, so you can slowly learn all the features. And if you have any questions along the way, you can email them and someone from the customer support team will get back to you.
What do you dislike about the product?
searching for old messages is a bit difficult . Sometimes it seems to search for messages, other times it searches using AI and i can't yet figure out the trigger. I also have multiple email accounts and have been previously accessing all of them in Apple mail . I like that with that, i can search for a message and it will check ALL of my accounts.
The other thing is attachments are sort of a pain, You have to download it from Superhuman to put it somewhere else, rather than being able to drag an attachment to a specific folder or other app, which i can do with Apple Mail. Similarly, i can't drag an attachment from another application or an other email to a new message.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps my emails sorted, and i am able to get to the most important things quickly and resolve email based issues swiftly. I can share with my team for feedback or to pass off an email for their reply. the BEST thing is the reminders that i can easily set up

What do you like best about the product?
Love the hot keys. This is a feature that is undervalued until I got used to it. Also the algorithm that sorts the emails is way more accurate than anything else, including native Gmail. Out of the box it figured out what I actually needed to focus on.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve, like anything, and I want to dedicate time to really getting good at it. There is very minimal customization, which is kind of the point. At times on mobile navigation is not as easy as it could be, because I think they are going for the cleanest UI. Still very good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have an avalanche of email, and Superhuman is helping me focus on what matters. It is also dramatically reducing my anxiety that I have missed something or am getting behind. I get to inbox zero or close almost every day, and almost never did that in the past.

What do you like best about the product?
how easy it makes it to manage a high volume inbox. ai features and all of that are helpful, but there's nothing like a clean inbox. hubspot integration is solid as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
navigating individual threads can be difficult
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I never miss an email and my inbox stays clean. Even when I travel and am OOO, I don't worry about how much time I will have to spend when I get back because i know it will be manageable.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the speed and simplicity that Superhuman enables me to blast through my inbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some notable differences between how the desktop/browser version and the mobile versions work, and I find that it's not easy to switch between the two effortlessly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Too many emails, not enough time in the day to review all of them, and needing to focus on priorities. Superhuman is helping me get through email faster than I ever did before. It also helps me avoid email less so I don't get behind.
