What do you like best about the product?
The intuitive and innovative keyboard-first UX is great for helping me navigate and clear my emails faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
Categorization of emails from Gmail could be improved. Have to double check Gmail to make sure I'm not missing important messages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman makes it faster for me to clear my inbox and ensure I'm responding to messages faster.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the keyboard shortcuts, which have helpful tips on using them, the simplicity, and the AI categories/tags. It truly brings what needs to get done to the front of my attention. Consistent on PC, Mac, iPhone.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is high, but I'm starting to accept it with more use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I get distracted by email in my inbox easily, with Superhuman I don't see the email from people I need to get back to.
I forget to get back to people. This helps by putting email back at the top for me, and choosing what email to do so with.
Solves time considering a type of response. I don't have to go over to ChatGPT or Claude. Already knows the context of the conversation.

What do you like best about the product?
A keyboard/shortcut based approach to email with minimalist design and a path to inbox zero.
What do you dislike about the product?
Steep learning curve to learn all the useful shortcuts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s helping me not miss important emails, unsubscribe from all the junk and keep me organized and efficient so I can spend less time on email.

What do you like best about the product?
simple design, amazing AI to draft email, boomerang email in your mailbox and never forget to followup on something.

calendar in not perfect. the settings and rules are not extensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I get 300 emails a day, I want to be super efficient managing them.
I want to send clean email with sharp messaging
I want to followup automatically on email that needs my attention

What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman helps unclog your inbox, it easily creates reminders for emails you don't want to answer straight away and save time with keyboard shortcuts. Definitely saved me time in replying and has improved my experience using gmail by sitting on top of that and sorting my inbox with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
A little difficult at first to find your sent items and change the subject line of an email you are replying too or forwarding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman is helping me filter through my inbox much easier than gmail ever did.
It helps me remember to review emails I don't have time for with reminders
It has cool keyboard functionality that make it superfly fast to send emails

What do you like best about the product?
I am often managing two emails and it was so messy. I didn't have a process and I couldn't achieve inbox zero. I often missed important emails and kept dropping the ball on tasks. Since I started using superhuman, I've created a workflow built around it's shortcut that has helped me process my emails much faster. The UI has been pleasant to use, which makes me look forward to opening up the app. I've built a habit of going to superhuman everyday to process my emails, which has boosted my productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the AI features were part of the subscription for the personal plan. I am not a business user, so it doesn't make sense for me to pay for that. I don't want to pay the $30 a month just to have access to AI which helps me move faster in superhuman.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's making checking email a more delightful experience. And it's designed to move faster through them.

What do you like best about the product?
Super-fast Interface, Hot-keys that make sense, reminders, AI generated reminders/replies. Auto-labeling via AI prompting. Basically everything short of just putting your emails on Auto-pilot
What do you dislike about the product?
Expensive for teams (wish there's a family plan for personal use).

Best MAIL APP EVER CREATED

What do you like best about the product?
In simple words: it makes love spending time in my mail. It sounds weird, but my productivity has increased over the last weeks thanks to this. Having the chance to implement AI in my interaction definitely gives me more time to do other things in my MBA program. Also, the customer support is pretty quick at answering concers. I've become strong user and I'm constantly recommending the tool to other friends. The learning curve could be tough at the beginning, but once you memorize the most important shortcuts, your productivity starts increasing exponentially and the tool becomes really use to use (both in desktop and mobile). I use it every day and I'm loving the new AI features. Implementing the tool was easy since I didn't have to integrate anything. I just logged in and then magic started happening, so definitely it was easy to integrate in a MacOS system.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is tough. I was lucky to find this tool during my vacations, so I could fully invest 2 days researching the tool, installing it, migrating my information, and the most hardest thing: learning and MEMORIZING the shortcuts. That was tough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's giving me more time to READ all my mails and to not miss important things in my overwhelming MBA program
