What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part about Superhuman is the ability to quickly add labels to any email or draft.

I am an account manager and like to label every incoming email associated with every account, and I find it super helpful. ⁠
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I wish the keyboard shortcuts were a little more intuitive. However, once you get used to it, it's not a problem whatsoever. ⁠
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I receive dozens of emails a day, and Superhuman allows me to quickly sift through the important ones. ⁠It also allows me to quickly label emails to the corresponding account name, and it also does a lot of automatic filing that I find very helpful. ⁠

Great Way to Get to Inbox Zero

What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman is a great tool on top of your regular inbox to help you sort through emails quickly and get back to inbox zero (or closer than ever before). The split inboxes lets you decide what is most important and helps focus your time. It was very easy to sign up and implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm very happy with Superhuman as an email organization tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman has short keys that allow me to quickly move through email, marking them still a priority or categorizing them as done. It also provides a focus on your inbox with "important" emails and then other categories you are able to add and customize.

What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman is the fastest way to get through your inbox. Your hands will never leave your keyboard. It's quick to learn. You'll never have inbox-panic again. I used to drown in emails, but now I hit inbox-zero multiple times a day. Great support. Easy implementation. Integrates with SFDC. I use it every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides honestly. I couldn't be happier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to spend half my day in my inbox. Now most of my day is spent dedicated to strategic projects. So much time saved.

What do you like best about the product?
Filtering out useless email. Fast processing with keyboard use. Makes dealing with what’s really important feel easy- not like sifting through a junk pile looking for gold. Learning new great features all the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a little learning curve and still more features to utilize but all worth the effort.

Makes it easier to deal with and keep track of what’s important.

What do you like best about the product?
The AI search function in Superhuman is definitely the main selling point. Not only can you ask it to find things with instructions in general spoken request form like you're talking to you're assistant, it will provide a full overview of its results and include clickable references to the emails for you to easily get what you need. The new auto reminders for followup if you haven't heard back from someone are a game changer, no longer to I need to keep a separate note in my task management system to keep track of every little detail since you can't reply on others to be organised and keep up. It's super easy to set up and integrate into my workflow, the filing and labelling is super simple and easy the way it should be especially with the new auto labelling feature. And the split inboxes are a game changer to keep your important emails at the forefront of your day. Definitley loving it so far and I feel like the team are really focused on improvements and keeping in touch with their users to make sure they product meets their needs as they grow. As someone who specs all day attached to my emails running multiple businesses and many very complicated projects, this has instantly improved my days and productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do find it a little difficult with multiple email accounts to keep track of, while the reduction of distractions is the primary focus of the design; I find that it's hidden away the other accounts too well and I can forget to keep an eye on them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The search function is the biggest game changer. No other product I've tried has been able to provide satisfactory search results when work is so must and complicated. you don't need any exact search terms for it to work and it will get you a full overview with clickable references to the sources of info it found.

What do you like best about the product?
It makes dealing with email way more manageable. It drives efficiency, makes it easy to tackle a full inbox, and the hotkeys are gloriously simple. I recommend Superhuman to everyone because of the efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
They are rolling out features so quickly that there are sometimes bugs in the new features. But as a developer, I respect how quickly they are rolling things out. It takes guts to roll out high productivity features without being 100% sure it's perfectly bug free.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email takes a long time. With Superhuman, it seems to take 20% less time, be 20% more manageable, and I actually enjoy it these days.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the goal for making inbox 0 and the commands to use the e-mail really quickly with the keyboard
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot of features that would probably help me to be even better with e-mail that I don't yet have a routine to use like reminders and scheduling emails.

What do you like best about the product?
teaching you the discipline you should have and making it easy to do it, also the support has been great, the training very useful
What do you dislike about the product?
speed, i think it is slowing my machine down because of the size of my email, the price, the lack of collaboration i ama the only one using it in my office and iPhone app is not great, or i just don't know how to use it well
