Mail reinvented.
What do you like best about the product?
Well-organized workspace, nothing distracts from work, phenomenally simple interface, very good AI assistance, intuitive keyboard shortcuts, fast and responsive,

Lack of support for other IMAP accounts, that's one thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of organizing the inbox, nothing escapes my attention, nothing distracts me, plus I can quickly handle one topic after another, or postpone it for later and not forget about it.

I’ve been using Superhuman for a few years now and it’s hands-down the best email experience I’ve ever had. From the lightning-fast speed to the intuitive keyboard shortcuts and clean interface, every part of the platform is built with productivity in mind. It is truly a plug and play and falls easily in with your daily routine.
What stands out most is how seamlessly it integrates into my workflow. As someone who lives in their inbox, Superhuman has helped me save hours each week, stay on top of follow-ups, and hit inbox zero more consistently than ever before. The reminder system and split inbox features are absolute gold. I use it all day, everyday.
On top of that, their customer support and onboarding process are top-notch. You can tell they genuinely care about helping users succeed.

True honesty. Nothing. There is no downfall to this system for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a real estate agent, my inbox is constantly flooded with leads, client updates, vendor communication, and team coordination. Since switching to Superhuman, I’ve been able to move through emails faster, stay organized, and actually feel in control of my communication again.

Great for busy law firm owner
What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman has helped me manage my unmanageable inbox. The shortcut keys took getting used to, but they save significant time once you do.
I'm still learning how to use the team features, but it seems there is time savings there as well.

Quick with shortcuts, aesy to split the inbox in a way I like, and most importantly super easy to use both gmail and outlook accounts at the same place

I had to use both Gmail, and Outlook to check everything, also had a couple of calendars, now everything is synced in one tool (except shared email box with microsoft exchange)

Best tool for managing your inbox
What do you like best about the product?
The time invested to switch to it is totally worth it. A superior alternative to other online or offline clients. You can triage incoming email super fast, postpone emails to keep your inbox clean, file them away effectively in seconds. The AI functionality is great for looking through your emails - much better than other clients' basic search feature.
Support and onboarding seem to be very much on the ball - this makes it very easy to set up and integrate with how many accounts you have.

What do you dislike about the product?
The things that make you love it later are part of the downside at first - it takes a bit to get used to the shortcuts and the super-clean interface because it's very different than other tools filled with menus, sidebars and the like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Going through my inbox a lot faster, managing pending emails, coordinating other things like tasks or appointments from the client itself.

The customer support is outstanding—quick, helpful, and genuinely dedicated to making sure you get the most out of the app. I use Superhuman every single day; it’s an essential part of my workflow now, and I can’t imagine going back to traditional email clients. Integration with my existing tools and calendar was effortless—everything works together smoothly, right out of the box. If you're serious about optimizing your email experience, Superhuman is 100% worth it.

There's no thing I would say I dislike about Superhuman. There could be one feature added - one inbox for all accounts, but this is more like a extra feature than real need.

It helps me with overloaded inbox and reminders the most.
Super productive email app
What do you like best about the product?
I was frustrated by emails until I was recommended to try Superhuman. I was a little bit pessimistic, but after one week using it, I could organize my emails and now I reply all the messages very fast. Almost zero inbox after one week. Keyboard shortcuts is the feature that I love the most.

Shortcut keys can not be changed at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helped me to have an easy overview of my emails and get things done quickly. I feel more motivated to write and answer emails.
Superhuman increases my effectiveness
What do you like best about the product?
The most important feature is being able to set a reminder on an email within seconds of opening it. I can skim it, understand the urgency, and set a follow up for when I have time to deal with it. Alternatively, I can also send an email to someone and set a follow up for when I want to check in to make sure action is being taken. Without superhuman, I was far less effective at getting through my inbox and I would drop high priority emails. With superhuman, I'm regularly hitting inbox zero and am regularly able to follow up on tasks that take people time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Superhuman has a calendar built in but it's very barebones. I still use outlook in my day-to-day for managing my calendar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman is helping me stay ontop of my email. I was starting to feel like I needed an assistant to help me be successful but superhuman has filled that role.
Bringing easy communication back to email
What do you like best about the product?
Email clients have just stacked features on top of features - but Superhuman actually tackles the experience and interactions that matter.
Keyboard shortcuts? Command / Paste is not the only combo out there...
Seamless calendar integration? Coordination is much more intuitive.
AI? It's not just about faster, personalized composition, but faster searching.

What do you dislike about the product?
It still feel like email. I might be an odd ball, but there should be something more to email than just an "Inbox"
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A less cluttering inbox environment. I'm not quite the "Inbox Zero" person just yet, but Superhuman is optimized to achieve that.
I honestly wanted a better mobile experience. Can you believe that you can't easily hyperlink in Gmail's mobile app?

Nothing at the moment. Superhuman makes my life easier.
