It helps keep me organized and prevents me from forgetting about emails I need to follow up on by using the reminder feature

First good mail app

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using Superhuman for a month, and it's totally changed my email game. My inbox stays clean thanks to its minimal interface that cuts out all the noise.
The newsletter sorting is brilliant - no more important emails getting buried under promotions. I can check those later when I actually want to read them. Even though, still a lot of them ;)
The keyboard shortcuts let me fly through emails at double speed, and the AI responses are scary good - they sound just like me and save me from typing the same replies over and over.
Worth every penny if email eats up your day. Best productivity tool I've bought this year.
What do you dislike about the product?
Superhuman isn't perfect. Sometimes it gets confused when people email me from different addresses, creating duplicate contacts instead of keeping conversations together.
The "important" email sorting needs work too - I often find myself manually recategorizing things because what's important changes with my projects.
I really wish they'd add voice assistant features. Being able to process emails by voice when I'm on the move would make it even better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman solves my biggest email headaches by transforming my chaotic inbox into something manageable. I used to waste hours sorting through a mix of urgent messages, newsletters, and random updates. Now my inbox stays clean with minimal effort on my part.
The speed boost is real - those keyboard shortcuts let me process emails twice as fast as before, giving me back a chunk of my day. And when I need to fire off quick responses, the AI suggestions that actually sound like me save even more time.
The newsletter organization has been surprisingly valuable too. Important messages don't get buried anymore, and I can catch up on newsletters when I actually want to read them, not when they're in my way.
These benefits add up to less stress and more productivity. Email used to be this constant source of anxiety - now it's just another tool I use efficiently rather than something that controls my day.

Superhuman enables me to review and file emails much more quickly than outlook. As well, the reminder and follow-up functionality is better. I save a great deal of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Well there's always room for improvement, I don't currently have any complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves the problem of limited time and difficulty in tracking emails.

The Best Email Management Tool

What do you like best about the product?
If you follow zero inbox philosophy, or are a huge keyboard shortcut user, you need super human. Super human combines both of those areas into a tool that allows you to go through your inbox so quickly and efficiently. I use it everyday and can't imagine going back.

Bonus points: they have tools to make sure you don't forget to follow up on an email.

The set up process was simple and easy took 5 minutes or less. I installed a chrome extension and logged in with my gmail and had no issues integrating my mail with the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I genuinely can't think of a thing I dislike. You can tell the team went through alot of consideration about the needs of a user, for example. pressing cmd+K will show a list of all the shortcuts if you forget.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing follow ups on emails + quickly actioning on emails rather than trying to organized them to be action on

What do you dislike about the product?
I'm still getting used to the iphone app. It's taking a little longer to adjust for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me to process and respond to email more quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman delivers on all the features, benefits, and efficiency the team delivers upfront in their value proposition. It's sleek, saves time, leverages Smart Keyboard shortcuts, leaves me not caring if my computer ever has a mouse again, and single-handledly assisted me in triaging and leading three companies at the same time without pulling out my hair.

For those asking why you should pay $1 a day when email should be "free" - you need to rethink your investment strategy. It's pushing away those who are looking for cheap, because the technology is not cheap. If you cannot justify paying for this type of productivity and life tool, you're simply not thinking of your ability to generate value thoughtfully enough.

It's a product that's great, continues to get better, and is responsive and thoughtful. The inline AI features beat grammarly, Apple Intelligence, or any other onboard browser based plugins by a mile and it's only improving more and more.

I use it every day and when my company was acquired I was terrified it was not going to be an approved application...thankfully IT didn't crush my dreams.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first I was skeptical about the heavily supervised onboarding, but after using the app for a few years, I'll admit it was super smart and saved me tons of time.

The ask AI feature in the more premium version of the app still leaves some to be desired. I find that it really struggles to answer my questions clearly, but with enough AI prompt massaging, I can usually get there. That said, the standard search is really powerful enough for most needs, and to be fair, we've all learned to speak robot to Siri and Alexa in our devices a certain way, so it's really a piece of edge feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hands down, they are helping me be more efficient and focus on work that matters, when I need to focus on it.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can use shortcuts and get my inbox empty. I love the easy reminders.
What do you dislike about the product?
The calendar responses are a little hard to follow if they're in another tab.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me get through emails faster, set reminders, move through my inbox, keep me organized on tasks, make scheduling easier.

I can't beleive I hadn't come across this product before, it's revolutionary

  • April 03, 2025

What do you like best about the product?
It's slick and fast. UI is optimised to smash through your inbox a hell of a lot faster than traditional email clients. It saves me so much time! Have been using it daily since I downloaded it and won't look back.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being in an O365 environment at work you can't edit ALL of the features with meeting requests from within superhuman, it does a good job of linking you through to your calendar online, but it doesn't do it natively. Very minor in the scheme of things
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes wading through your inbox streamlined

Power through lots of emails quickly

  • April 03, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I have a background in digital asset creation in a production environment. Using keyboard shortcuts to improve efficiency is baked into my DNA, and Super Human is the first email app I've used that really leans into that same ethos. The hints about which shortcuts to use at any given time, couple with the Command + K menu to see all actions has made learning and adoption easier than I expected.

I was unfamiliar with Zero Inbox methodology previously, but that's turning out to be a big productivity booster as well. I'm too busy to procrastinate by using the "reminder" feature all the time, but it's powerful to get non-urgent messages out of my face today so I can focus.

AI seems to be doing a perfect job of identifying important emails without missing any, and putting everything else in lower priority inboxes.

Over all, I tested this out of desperation as an executive of a startup with high growth and waaaaay to many important emails in a day. It has made a significant difference in my ability to stay on top of important communications and keep this ship moving.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first I thought it was overpriced for something that's essentially just an app sitting on top of Gmail, but as I use it and add more of it's features into my workflow, I've come to think it's a good value.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Processing high volume of important emails.
- Segmenting out unimportant or lower priority emails.

Overall, it has directly enabled increased productivity.
