The best email platform I've ever used
What do you like best about the product?
The "REMIND ME" action. I never miss a follow up opportunity AND it removes the need for a CRM platform! Saving me money & time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not a Superhuman problem, it's a me problem... but sometimes how long it takes me to filter through my emails. Superhuman saves me a bunch of time though!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The need for a CRM platform, since I use the "remind me" action!

What do you like best about the product?
I find superhuman‘s email app to be fast, intuitive, super efficient, and enjoyable for managing my email.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost for Superhuman is on the steeper end. That said, after using the tool for some time, I find a time ROI that justifies the price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage a heavy volume of email on day-to-day basis and Superhuman helps me respond and review emails in a timely and efficient way.

Email on Steroids
What do you like best about the product?
Keyboard Shortcuts, yes there are a lot but you will end up using 10 to speed things up. Also great to have templates on your phone!
What do you dislike about the product?
Calendar can use some work so I can replace that app as well.

Time spent in email!
Simplifies email interface, makes sure you see important emails, speeds you up and helps follow up

What do you dislike about the product?
I just want a way to label and/or clear out incoming cold pitches and it looks like Superhuman AI will be able to do that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I only see the most Important messages that came from actual people so I don't have to wade through so much junk.
The best product I’ve ever used
What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman is the best designed product I’ve ever used, and has turned my email experience from slightly negative to very positive. Email is no longer the distraction it once was and I am able to fully focus on my job and on what matters.
What do you dislike about the product?
The calendar experience is still a bit limited, although already good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to keep focus and a clear mind and positive mindset throughout the day, which is key for my job. I need a high focus and to minimize distractions, this is what Superhuman achieves for me.
Life changing email app!
What do you like best about the product?
The cleanliness of my inbox with the zero inbox principle is just amazing. It gives such a peace of mind. With the reminders/done/batch unsubscribe functionalities, I can see clearly what’s on my plate and never miss an important email again. I moved from dreading to open my inbox to looking forward to it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using it on mobile is a bit clunkier and less fast than desktop, because of a lack of shortcuts.

1. I've not willingly touched my mouse - everything is super fast.

1. Pricey subscription probably means I'm going to migrate, if this is not billable to my company
2. Limited customisation with bullets, indents etc when drafting mails, make me switch once in while.

01. Deeper focus by removing clutter and buttons, where not necessary.

Superhuman Saves At LEAST 7 hours a week
What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman is like having a full time assistant sorting your email and setting up email interactions for rapid processing. There are so many features can be easily accessed via key strokes and grouping so you can blaze right through the BS and focus on the most important stuff. I use it every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Superhuman takes a little time investment to develop proficiency but it is well worth it!

Superhuman helps me get through my email quickly and efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
Love both the speed, and the perception of speed.
Further, the focus on getting to inbox zero - and not using email as your to do list (which someone else has access to!) - is fantastic.

Slightly more expensive than I would have liked. Most other apps we use in the org an India pricing (Google Apps / Other productivity apps etc)

Specifically helping me deal with email overload - and the idea of getting to Inbox Zero.
