I haven't found any downsides yet. Maybe connected apps, like Asana would be a great enhancement.

A Great Email Sidekick
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that Superhuman has implemented Ai generated responses to make replying to emails that much quicker.
It is especially useful for making lengthy emails more concise.

What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't a lot of drawbacks with superhuman, except I sometimes accidentally trigger a keyboard shortcut by mistake, which can disrupt my workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman helps with keeping communications concise and legible. The reminder function is great, since you can send emails away to be returned at a future time so you can really prioritize emails that need urgent attention and emails that may be worked on later. The emails will even come back early if a reply is received on thread.
Even better is the split inbox tool which allows you to create a designated view for email, which is great for organizing my workflow.
My favorite feature, and perhaps the most useful for me, is the snippet tool which allows me to create quick phrases I often use to be inserted into emails with a simple keyboard shortcut.

SuperHuman makes emailing fun.
What do you like best about the product?
The SuperHuman AI search feature allows me to always find my past emails. Things like "What was I asked to do this week?" or "When was the last time John Doe responded to me?" and then having it pull up the results is fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not a huge fan of the mobile app. It is much easier to use on PC.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman helps me make sure that I have responded to everyone I need to. It keeps me focused by letting me split my inbox up so that I am only reading the necessary emails now and can come back to non urgent ones later. SuperHuman has also saved me a ton of time searching for old emails by using the AI search feature.

What do you like best about the product?
The snippets for using templates to send confirmation emails to 150 clients per week. The splits to separate types of emails like calendaring emails vs session logs (shared google sheet reports). The keyboard shortcuts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some glitches are seen at times that impact my speed of processing email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending client emails with personalized information but using a template for speed. This cuts back the time by well over an hour each week.

Focussing on keeping inbox clean
What do you like best about the product?
It really helps me for taking care of emails and prevent my inbox from filling up with mails to be dealt with later

Is really standalone, not much integrations with for instance office for attachments viewing/handling

Focus on handling mail and not get an full inbyto be dealt with later, which I almost never do
An incredibly well-thought out product for people drowning in email
What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman is a fantastic program for those who feel swamped by email. If you use the program as it was built, you will fly through your inbox and prioritize the emails that require your attention and a prompt response. The new AI writing tools are also a game changer in speeding up the drafting cycle. I was also particularly impressed by the onboarding that the desktop app puts you through to help you reimagine how to do your email. At first, I didn't think I'd use all of the keyboard shortcuts, but now I can't live without them. Setting up Superhuman was very easy and straightforward as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t have much to dislike about Superhuman—it’s been a great experience overall. If I had to pick something, I’d say the price might feel a bit steep for some, but for me, the value it delivers makes it worthwhile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman is solving the problem of email overload by saving me time and helping me prioritize and follow up on important conversations. This benefits me by keeping my inbox manageable and ensuring I stay on top of what matters most.
Superhuman has changed the way I interact with e-mail
What do you like best about the product?
As someone who manages to inbox zero as my work flow, Superhuman has made it extremely easy for me to do this.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still some calendar features that need further integration before I could completely run my day to day without Outlook.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me solve how I interact with my e-mails, particularly managing to inbox zero.
Amazing email client
What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman allows me to go through my inbox and more importantly triage my email in record time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it also supported iCloud email accounts but honestly that's not a huge deal.

Triaging and responding to a high volume of email messages.
Not a productivity 'Hack'. Game changing AI powered email workflow. Incredible product.

Saves me time on email every day. I go from organizing and filing and categorizing email (to respond later) to just blasting through my email. The superhuman AI writing is on point. It's just excellent software. It's a fantastic product.
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to invest a few days learning the workflows and keyboard shortcuts, but the more I invest mastering Superhuman, the more I get back on efficiency. I had maximized my efficiency in Outlook. I'm just scratching the surface of Superhuman, but my email is done in half the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Office workers spend hours reading and organizing email BEFORE the actual work in the email starts. This dramatically speeds up the process of DOING the actual work. I'm in and out of email way faster. It's unbelievably better.
