Super fast, A model for interaction

What do you like best about the product?
I love the Natural Language command interface, It's so much easier than remembering more menus and more shortcuts.

It's a model for all tools. I'd love Omnifocus to adopt it, for example.

It's replaced Spark as my daily email tool. I also like the ease of creating links that I can paste into Bear and Omnifocus.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of a unified inbox just wastes my time. I don't have different email addresses for different contexts. I just need to see what's new quickly and move on.

Speed to store, recall and send emails

Superhuman has driven up my productivity

What do you like best about the product?
The UX and UI are both very simple to grasp. The generative AI feature stands out for me. Previously I would use other tools (GPT, Claude, Hemingway etc) to review and edit my emails but now I can do this from within Superhuman.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very little by way of downsides to be honest. There could be UI improvements to make the experience a bit "softer" and could give users the ability to personalise it more (different fonts, wider range of colours or themes, more variety on page layouts perhaps?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Although my work email account is not the busiest, for the traffic I do get, I am able to be much more efficient in my responses. Not only in my email management, I am able to save loads of time, enabling me to be more efficient in my role.

I am missing fewer emails by setting reminders. I use the generative AI for writing emails as much as possible and I love the concept of Inbox zero. As someone who has never deleted an email, this concept works really well for me and encourages me to be more ruthless and decisive with emails. The gamification helps with this but only a little bit - the concept itself makes me want to improve my working habits to be more efficient (but earning levels doesnt hurt!)

Cost is a bit high. But it’s worth it for the most part.

What do you like best about the product?
There are SO many features I love, but my fave right now is AI replies. Using AI to read the email chain and draft replies in my voice is a total game-changer. Saves me so much time and mental energy!
What do you dislike about the product?
The calendar view isn’t amazing — but most email apps don’t even have it so it’s awesome that it’s even a feature.

Helps me get through my inbox faster and actually enjoy it.

No more unread emails or missed follow ups

What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman commands allow me to read, respond, and organize my emails by only using my keyboard. I am saving tons of time, and I no longer leave the day with unread emails. The reminders and calendar availability functionality also help boost my productivity and help me book more meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app does not have the full functionality yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reading, responding, and organizing emails takes me 1/3rd of the time. And now I never forget to follow up on anything. My email productivity has more than doubled.

What do you like best about the product?
Help dealing with procrastination and a large volume of emails that requires follow response and follow up.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ai assistants is great, but I would like it to have a conversational mode for going thought the messages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am dealing three times faster with my emails, have save easily over two hours daily moving from outlook to superhuman

Superhuman for fast and efficient email management

What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman has completely replaced my desktop Outlook, and I now use it daily. It has truly simplified my workflow, saving me precious time. The user interface is clear and intuitive, and reaching inbox zero has become an enjoyable challenge rather than a chore. I also planned to set up complex reminder processes with Make, and the Remind(h) function perfectly fulfills its role for this task.

I have tested several AI tools, but Superhuman stands out for its efficiency. It drafts emails exactly as intended on the first try, without the overly formal or verbose style often generated by other AI solutions like Comm Copilot. I appreciate that the AI-generated sentences perfectly match my writing style. However, I noticed a small issue: not all keyboard shortcuts work correctly with a French keyboard. It's a slight inconvenience in an otherwise exceptional experience.

The implementation of Superhuman was remarkably simple in 2 minutes, and the learning is well explained thanks to the shortcut reminders.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still some features missing. For example, it is not yet possible to create Teams meetings and I cannot access the shared mailboxes connected to my account. This forces me to keep the Outlook application running in parallel.

Do not forget important emails and write a response quickly

What do you like best about the product?
It really helps me speed through my emails and finally actually achieve inbox zero! I love the keyboard shortcuts, the minimalist view, and the AI drafts.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far it is wonderful and I have no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I get so many emails and they overwhelm me so I always put off responding or miss things. Superhuman makes it much easier to keep track of things, speed through responses, and get to inbox zero.

Lightning-Fast Email with AI that works

What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman is all about speed and simplicity, and I really feel it whenever I’m flying through my inbox. The interface is sleek, and it’s so smooth that I don't use my mouse anymore, everything just works perfectly with keyboard shortcuts.

You can tell they’ve poured a lot of effort into making it super responsive, which is great if you care about efficiency and speed. AI is simply outstanding, it does exactly what I need without the usual back-and-forth with gpt.
What do you dislike about the product?
The calendar features still feel undercooked. I often end up going back to Outlook whenever I need more robust scheduling options, e.g. adding rooms, seeing other team members calendars.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- It tackles the biggest headaches of email overload and messy inboxes so I can handle messages faster.
- The AI-powered tools cut down on little tasks, eg. hunting for specific emails or drafting replies.
- Search is limited to about a year’s worth of messages, but it’s still impressively quick.
- The AI writing features actually do what I need, which is a huge time-saver.
- The clean design and keyboard shortcuts keep me focused.
