I didn't think I could actually enjoy an email service

What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman makes managing email so simple and intuitive. You can fly through new emails, easily unsubscribe to annoying spam, and enjoy taking control back of your inbox. It took basically no effort to setup for the first time.
The keyboard shortcuts make things so easy, and the built-in AI is also great. I use Superhuman often, but less than I used to check Gmail. I only ever leave Superhuman for my google calendar, which I'm still getting used to with Superhuman.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is the segmented inboxes for more than one account. The mobile app isn't quite as quick and intuitive as the desktop app, but that is to be expected given the keyboard shortcuts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me keep my email inbox clean by encouraging me to archive unneeded emails. Just being able to open my email inbox and not see 100s of pages of 'read' emails makes email less stressful. Superhuman also makes each email session much quicker - no more fumbling around trying to unsubscribe, no more creating Google Tasks based on emails (just hit H and type when you want the reminder), etc.

What do you like best about the product?
I manage multiple accounts within superhuman and changing across them is seamless and I get notifications automatically of reminders, scheduled emails and more. The Instant Send and Smart Suggestions with AI improving my writing voice is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be better at allowing to see calendars across inboxes but the AI scheduling system is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an advisor and consultant of multiple clients, being able to move across inboxes quickly and using reminders and commands save a lot of time.

What do you like best about the product?
It does this in two ways I think. First, it helps organize what emails are actually important, and what go in the "whenever" bucket. It also helps make my responses to emails more friendly and professional. I am very, short, direct, and sometimes unfriendly otherwise.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, just the speed of moving between emails. Maybe it is on my end, I am not sure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping important emails separate from less important emails. Making my responses faster and more less curt.

Fastest email tool out there

What do you like best about the product?
Super fast email triage. I save at least an hour on emails daily and I don't miss anything. Using the keyboard instead of a mouse is extremely intuitive and fast.
Team collaboration is great, you can add notes to emails for you team to see so you don't have to send tons of emails back and forth internally. I can also see my co-workers' calendars and easily schedule meetings.
Some of the awesome features:
- Snippets (email templates that you can personalize and send - takes me a minute to personalize and send to my investors)
- AI - Compose emails and follow-ups to emails in a blink of an eye + written in your own voice!
- Share Availability - Quickly select all the times you are available for meetings and send to someone along with a booking link!
- Opens - see who opened your emails and know when to follow up again.
- Auto Reminders - Reminds you to follow up to emails you have not yet received a response on.
Super simple integration, download and sign up! The Superhuman team is extremely helpful and responsive and is open to suggestions for improvements. You actually hear back from them!
What do you dislike about the product?
Yes pricing is on the high side compared to other email tools, but the functionality (which results in a lot of time saved and un-missed follow-ups) outweighs it 100%.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time spent on email is significantly reduced.
I don't miss emails like I have before. Huge help in sending timely follow-ups!
Thanks to email reminders and being able to schedule emails to be sent in future, I don't forget to answer emails.
AI helps to correct any grammar errors and adds some "meat" to my emails...
Snippets saves me a ton of time
"Share Availability" helps to quickly share my availability and cuts down on the email back-and-forth to find a slot that works for everyone.

What do you like best about the product?
I go through email at a fraction of the time that it would take me with the native services (ie. Gmail) specially when it comes to their mobile apps.

Web is amazing fast, means I can use it inside of Arc where I do most of my work these days.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wished their calendar related tasks were a bit more sticky or as easy as they have made email, that would mean I wouldn't need yet another app.

What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman just works. The initial setup was easy, and the onboarding was world-class. I'm able to use it across professional and personal email accounts in a single pane of glass, but all of my inboxes are still separated. Further, the keyboard shortcuts make it lightning fast to get through my email, set reminders for things to come back to, and get to inbox zero. I've yet to find another mail client that is this easy to use and as powerful. It easily saves me over an hour per day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really think of anything that I dislike. I would love to see a ChatGPT integration, although the built-in AI is still quite useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's about speed and focus, pure and simple.
