Superhuman - looking for a quick, keyboard friendly email software?

What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman is great for those that appreciate the ability to navigate software with only the keyboard. This is in a similar vein to Chrome browser and Microsoft Excel. The less I use the mouse, the quicker and easier my experience is. Superhuman nails this.
What do you dislike about the product?
Minor things around labels and split inboxes - the ability to pivot and be flexible with labels and split inboxes is lacking. Not being able to rename labels is annoying. I use labels/Outlook folders for potential deals. Once the deals are signed up, I would like to be able to change the name of the label.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to navigate email client with good organization

What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman has completely transformed the way I handle emails. The speed, efficiency, and intuitive keyboard shortcuts make it an absolute game-changer. I love how it helps me stay focused and respond quickly without distractions. The split inbox, read receipts, and AI-powered reminders are incredibly useful, making my workflow smoother and more organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s honestly not much to dislike. :D

What do you like best about the product?
The efficiency and speed in navigating through my emails, the nice learning curve and onboarding process of features. The developer/IDE like interface with the commands and shortcuts. The AI assistant features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI assistant can be a bit clunky at times and I can't integrate my LLM of choice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dealing and categorizing large volume of emails, responding swiftly, setting up workflows efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
The UI/UX of Superhuman is exceptionally well designed — it truly takes the pain out of managing your email inbox. Their team is also incredibly responsive and eager to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve for using keyboard shortcuts varies from person to person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman is boosting my efficiency, enabling me to take on more tasks without adding to my workload.

What do you like best about the product?
- Automations are well designed and effective
- HubSpot contact record in the app is super helpful
- Keyboard shortcuts are intuitive
- Easy to learn
- Excellent UX
- AI integration isn't gimmicky, it's well thought out.
- Ability to tag colleagues in notes rather than forward the email makes for a better experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
- Wish it automatically logged emails in HubSpot.
- Some of the features take practice and time to get used to.
- It's really expensive compared to competitors.
- Excellent customer support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- I receive a lot of emails daily and this allows for me to focus on the most important emails.
- It helps me have a quicker response time through native AI writing assist.
- The interface is enjoyable to use.
- The MANY keyboard shortcuts help me to move quickly through email.

What do you like best about the product?
The basic premise is solid: Save a ton of time reusing bits of email responses, remember to follow up by setting reminders, get emails that aren’t actionable out of your inbox.

Newer features are awesome: collaborate on drafts with your team, share snippets with your team so that everyone has access to the reusable bits of email responses. I’m looking forward to further integration with AI helping put various emails into context together. I use the split inbox constantly to help with that today. I haven’t found anything faster. Do yourself a favor and learn the shortcuts on your keyboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
not everyone on my team is as technically savvy, and it can be difficult to get started if you’re used to using your mouse to click on everything instead of using shortcuts. The idea of commenting inside of a thread instead of replying can be confusing to some people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform saves me a ton of time sorting emails and trying to get to what’s important. It’s also incredibly useful to share threads with my team so they understand full context without me having to forward replies I love the snippet feature. I don’t use it enough, but it saves huge amount of time if you have the same type of email coming in and you find yourself replying with the same information frequently. The ability to get emails out of your inbox, but also bring them back when you need them is incredible.

Superhuman literally makes me feel superhuman

What do you like best about the product?
I am neurodivergent and have ADHD; Superhuman has totally gamified my inbox. Emails are a huge part of my job - they are the primary way I communicate with clients, answer complicated questions, and clarify complex topics. With Superhuman, my email responses are extremely organized and clear, and I feel very accomplished each time I clear my inbox.

For me, when something is out of sight, it is also out of mind. Superhuman has a feature that allows you to have an email show up in your inbox at a scheduled time. So instead of marking things unread or accidentally marking something read and never responding to a client, I know I can depend on Superhuman to always have my back.

I no longer feel overwhelmed and overstimulated every time I open my email. I know when my co-workers are already responding to an email, I know when people have seen my messages, and I can send internal messages to remind or advise our project manager on specific case progress.

Superhuman has streamlined my company's workflow and it's been really nice to watch it happen in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few things that take some getting used to and some digging to really learn about. Modules front-and-center might help ease some of the bumps for new users that aren't very technologically inclined.

I also don't think it's super necessary to get an email from Rahul every single day. I like that he offers new information and engagement, but every day is unnecessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman streamlines my company's workflow by allowing us to draw the attention of our co-workers to specific emails; this allows them to avoid wasting time checking emails that don't concern them in their own inboxes.

Superhuman allows me to schedule non-urgent emails for later. In the past, these emails would be marked unread and could easily be missed or accidentally deleted.

What do you like best about the product?
Your email inbox becomes a place of calm and organisation vs the chaos of Gmail and others. Easy to use, implement, and responsive customer support. I use it all the time and when I stopped it for a few months, my gmail was a nightmare.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could do with some more advanced email features (changing your signature and formatting of it in Gmail is not great)

Managing my inbox and follow ups.

What do you like best about the product?
The combination of the keystrokes along with the AI tools makes it much quicker to focus on the substance of e-mail, and far less time sorting, sifting, and weeding out what's important and what's not important.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI assistant could be better in terms of searching and querying e-mails more broadly. Also, I would love to be able to use the AI assistant to schedule meetings directly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman helps me more efficiently manage emails, respond quickly, and stay on top of my to-dos, which makes my workflow more streamlined and productive.
