Get to Inbox Zero much faster! And if you like keyboard shortcuts, this is for you!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the easy to use keyboard shortcuts. I hate the mouse and it is so nice to just click through emails with a touch of a key!
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm used to using a lot of extras that come with Outlook that Superhuman does not use. However, it isn't often that I do it, so if I find it necessary, I can always open Outlook for that message. For instance, I frame my screenshots so it is distinct on the page. I use the highlight features regularly. Little things like that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly getting me to Inbox Zero. I love the snooze feature and the option to only be reminded if there is no reply. Brilliant! It saves time and helps resolve some anxiety and overwhelm.

What do you like best about the product?
As a self employed realtor of course I get tons of emails. When I first signed up with Superhuman I had over a quarter of a million unread emails in my inbox. Within 3 days of signing up for Superhuman I was at inbox zero and I have maintained that for 6 weeks in a row. Superhuman utilizes shortcuts to make it easier to navigate. One of my favorite features is the option to have the AI help draft your emails and/or revise the email response.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you have a Yahoo, AOL, or other email provider, it will not work. It is only compatible with Gmail and Outlook.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My issue mainly was being able to filter and curate my email inbox. This checks off all of those boxes. Also with the tools Superhuman provides it insures that important emails don't fall through the cracks.

What do you like best about the product?
I like many things but what really takes the cake is the ability to get through the massive amounts of emails which I never could quite accomplish.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downsides: Maybe initially Superhuman was intimidating as far as UX and user-friendliness?

Providing the ability to get through emails rapidly and separate important emails from newsletters and less important traffic.
Essential Tooling for Those Who Live in E-mails
What do you like best about the product?
In just two short weeks, Superhuman has become an essential tool for me. As someone who has a lot of client calls on a weekly basis, I often have a lot of follow-ups and agendas to take care of.
Using Superhuman's follow-up reminders has unlocked more efficiency in my work. Having my calendar pop up when I begin to type about when to meet is a game changer. The most helpful feature thus far has been Read Statuses, I know who is reading my e-mails and when, I don't have to go looking for that information and it allows me to be more targeted in following communications.

What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve can be a bit steep for those not attuned to using keyboard shortcuts, formatting can sometimes not carry over if copy/pasting from other sources.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time Saving: I don't have to dig or search through my inbox to find e-mails anymore.
Follow-Up reminders: I'm not losing track of threads when I can just set reminders.
Scheduling: Having my calendar integrated and pop up automatically leads to ease of scheduling.
Clean inbox: Being able to zero my inbox based on parameters I can set is great for peace of mind.

No support, billed me twice for $600 , not working and no reply to my support requests.
What do you like best about the product?
it doesn't work and they won't reply and they billed me for $600. They do let me know that in some days ahead they will not take it back. But they won't answer a frigging email or call on the number they give to my AMEX card.

No service. Checked my junk mail. Supposedly they are managing my mail and nothing.

How to keep me from working trying to solve their time-saving claims.
The best email experience!
What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman helps me fly through my emails, and with ~6 email accounts split between work, school, business, and personal, what used to take me ages is extremely quick. Additionally, the AI makes responding to emails a breeze - it will spit out a pretty solid draft, and allow me to just make a few tweaks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've given this feedback before (to their absolutely wonderful customer support team), but I really hope that they make an effort to prioritize a unified inbox. Outlook and Gmail support it natively, and that is one of the only things holding me back. I have referred several people and spoken with probably a dozen professional contacts that use Superhuman, and their one complaint is ALWAYS the lack of a unified inbox! Keep up the great work, Superhuman team!

Pricey but supereffective
What do you like best about the product?
Its amazing AI function is somewhat astonishing - it writes up grammatically and stylistically correct mails in my native Polish, what, considering the complexity of this language, is a feat. Plus, it's a really good email client. Fast, effortlessly professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
It all comes at a hefty price, which limits its use only to people using their email account as a second brain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for personal email, and it helps me declutter my space immensely.

What do you like best about the product?
The feature I like the most is the ability to snooze from my phone to my desktop. It helps me clear my inbox and return to a list of high-priority tasks when back at the desktop. I also like using keystrokes rather than mousing all over. It saves me a ton of time. I'm also excited to try out more of the AI features as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the Chrome extension can have challenges. I have had some times where it works great on mobile but doesn't load as much on desktop or as quickly. These instances are not common but do happen from time to time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most email services are hard to navigate and manage and filter things without you asking them to. Superhuman is intuitive, keeps me in control of what gets archived and kept in my inbox. It also helps me work through my email very fast on both desktop and mobile which I really appreciate.
