What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman start off by introducing "Inbox Zero", how to go through and prioritizing emails. Along with split inbox, AI writer, auto reminder, snippets.... lots of great features that outlook simply doesn't have, I go through email 100% faster on Day 1 adapting Superhuman, and always stay on top of important email threads!
What do you dislike about the product?
Calendar feature is a bit lacking and cumbersome to use. Lack group emailing/mail merge feature

embedded AI writer to refine and draft emails. Inbox zero workflow to better prioritize emails and always stay on top of important email threads with reminder

Elegant and lightning speed email service

What do you like best about the product?
It's fast, elegant, allows me to focus and combines a task list with an inbox - they are the same entity, and now I email myself tasks that aren't in an email thread so my inbox becomes my to do list that I "clear" every day. I really enjoy the features that allow me to punt things if I can't action it now but would like to return to it later in the day or week.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes ramp up time on the shortcuts, and some of the calendar emails are not intuitive - rather than putting updates on a calendar invite in the same thread, I will get multiple emails. I am missing colour coordinated labels so that I can easily see which topics are clouding my inbox the most. I also wish for a feature that reminds me when a person hasn't replied to a thread in a while (gmail does this) as I have threads where I use the "remind me" feature to keep track - but in case I forget, it would be nice if the tool told me that I need to follow up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes my emails much easier to sort through and allows way more speed

What do you like best about the product?
I love it. Great interface that makes you focus on the task at hand. The shortcuts and removing mouse usage from your workflow makes a tremendous impact to my efficiency and makes managing my emails a breeze.

Very positive and easy onboarding process, with your own customer success manager assigned (for enterprise accounts) who is at hand to answer all questions and support implementation.

I recommend it to everyone I speak to at work who is struggling with a large volume of emails and wants to stay up to date with emails, rather than just filtering and ignoring emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobiles experience feels inferior compared to the desktop experience - but it is all about the desktop experience.
As a minor point, I would be keen to see the roadmap and what other integrations could be possible.
The calendar experience seems alittle disjointed from the quality of the email experience - but that may be because the email experience is so fantastic that it can't be replicated in calendar / scheduling.

That is really nit picking! Its an email product and for email, its near faultless.

What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman has changed my relationship with email. The user interface is so clean, quick, and all the tools make getting through email easy. I save time every day using Superhuman!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that Superhuman doesn't have a unified inbox yet. As someone who manages multiple email accounts, toggling back and forth between the different accounts does add some time to my experience -- a unified inbox where I could manage all of my accounts in one place would be very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's quick & allows me to get through my email inbox faster & ensure nothing gets missed.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to snooze an email and have it return but not lose anything important. Decluttering my inbox is 10/10.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost. I use Superhuman through work, but I wish there was a personal plan for my own use outside of work projects that provide Superhuman.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing many things in one space. I don't lose emails that I need to reply to, but I can also quickly block spam and things I don't need.

What do you like best about the product?
The layout is generally very clean and there is somewhat of a gamification to get to "inbox zero". I know that doesn't work with everyone, but its certainly helped me out. Generally, I know a few keyboard shortcuts for most things, but its not how I normally navigate around most applications, It is however, what I do in Superhuman. I can navigate through 95% of all of my email tasks without touching the mouse, which is pretty convienent. I also tend to be the person who can fall into using my inboxs as my to-do lists. Superhuman has a one key shortcut to set reminders on emails and that allows me the confidence that i'm not going to drop the ball on something just because I don't have time to do or think about it in that exact momement. I also like their AI based summarize feature with one keystroke. I, like many people, subscribe to more newsletters than I can reasonably read. This use to stress me out, but now I just have superhuman summarize each one into 5-10 bullet points and then make the decision if I want to read the whole thing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an option for a unified inbox with all of my addresses going into one place. I might ultimately not want that, but it should be easy enough to have that as an option as it was origianlly what I was looking for. The mobile experience is good, but I wish a few of the navigation features were just a bit easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to process all 4 of my separate inboxes with a uniform set of functions in a much more efficient way. It also allows me to more easily consume all the newsletter content I receive.

What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman has an effective way to clear out your inbox and organize your emails. In the past, I would answer my emails and then keep them in folders or if I didn't know exactly how to manage them leave those responded to emails in my Inbox. With Superhuman once I answer I can say it's done and it organizes those emails for me in easily located areas. Additionally, I can pull up my calendar when I suggest a date automatically to ensure my availability and also check to see when my emails have been opened to send up follow-ups if necessary.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many shortcuts it is a bit overwhelming to take on initially. There needs to be an easier way to learn them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time, plethora of emails that may get lost in the pile are now effectively answered by keeping them organized for me to answer in a timely manner. The AI helps me to craft effective communication and I make sure that anything I schedule is in my calendar without conflicts.

Inbox Zero in 2 hours

What do you like best about the product?
I no longer feel anxious about checking email. Logging onto Gmail feels like arriving at a bombsite, no matter how many labels and filters I have set up. Superhuman separates my emails intuitively which genuinely reduces the stress of even *opening* the email platform by 10x.

Then there's the process of actually replying. AI replies and pre-written reply snippets double the speed at which I can reply to things (especially as I find myself typing very similar emails every day), and the keyboard shortcuts for literally everything makes the whole process feel smooth.

2 years failing to reach inbox 0 in Gmail. 2 hours in Superhuman, and it was done.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally freezes when opening the "Split Inbox" settings. This was most prominent during the onboarding tutorial, but it still happens occasionally, even when WiFi speeds are high.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Faster replies - less time spent on email.
Intuitive inbox splits - makes landing on email less stressful, ergo I'm more likely to do it... meaning email gets less out of hand.

What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman has completely changed how I handle emails.

The keyboard shortcuts are a game-changer; super intuitive, they might take a bit to master, but once you do, you'll have muscle memory within days.

Superhuman integrates features that usually require multiple apps, like easy scheduling, AI-assisted responses, sharing drafts with team members, and setting follow-up reminders.

The whole email experience feels streamlined and enjoyable.

To top things off, the customer support is exceptional! Very responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
A unified calendar view would be fantastic. Superhuman supports multiple email inboxes. The calendar integration is solid for individual inboxes.

EDIT: After a call with the fantastic Superhuman support team, I discovered a solution for the calendar view! You can sign into an account to gain calendar access for your primary Superhuman account. You can sign into multiple accounts to view any calendar you'd like!

Also, viewing attachments can be clunky; you're redirected to an external browser.

Finally I'd like to see tighter CRM integration and overall expanded integration options(accounting software, more CRM options, etc.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman handles email overload and makes daily inbox management easy. The shortcuts are quick to learn, and everything feels smooth, from scheduling to AI replies. It also stops the need for you to "Frankenstien" your browser with extensions!
