What do you like best about the product?
Although I am still very new to Superhuman, in a very short time, superhuman has increased my productivity on email in tremendous ways; I am amazed at how many days I have taken my mailbox to zero. The ability to schedule important emails, delete timewasters, and search history has been incredible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want more ability to enhance themes and the look of the application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping my email, clean and avoiding timewasters.

What do you like best about the product?
Snippets, AI writing assistant, keyboard shortcuts, beautiful UI, mobile app
What do you dislike about the product?
It's worth the cost, but a little expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I spend anywhere from 25-50% of my day working out of my inbox. Superhuman helps me move faster to cut that time down, and makes it a far more enjoyable experience thanks to the beautiful UI. The Snippets feature is absolutely amazing, that alone saves me 1-2 hours a week on routine emails. I'm often pasting excerpts from Google Docs into emails, and I love how I can just paste right into Superhuman rather than paste-special and reformatting (which you have to do in Gmail).

Has a bit of a learning curve. It's fine after a couple weeks.

Ease of use and massive time saver. Very easy to adpot.

I would like a combined inbox view for multiple email accounts.

Had multiple inboxes and was bogged down with having to write mundane , repetitive responses that took me away from more important work.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Superhuman because it makes email fast, I'm able to stay on top of my team and ensure proper customer service. It helps me stay organized and get through my inbox without feeling overwhelmed. It’s a game-changer for how I work!

That not everyone in my life is using it.

Email management was impossible before. Segmenting emails into split inboxes is genius.

The internal AI makes everything about working my multiple email inboxes easier, from writing/editing, to search, to managing follow ups.

I wish it would show unopened emails as well.

What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman is the fastest, most polished email experience I’ve ever used. Every interaction feels seamless, making it noticeably quicker than Outlook or any other client. While some features might exist elsewhere, Superhuman refines them to perfection, setting a new benchmark for usability. The design is minimalist yet stunning, with a UX that makes email not just manageable but genuinely enjoyable—a tool I look forward to using every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s hard to find much to dislike, but if I’m nit-picking: while the AI features are well integrated and definitely helpful, they don’t feel far ahead of what’s available elsewhere just yet. Also, the cost is undeniably steep at $30-40 per month—it’s a big ask for an email app. That said, Superhuman genuinely improves my efficiency and makes email a pleasure rather than a chore, so it feels like a worthwhile investment compared to other subscriptions that add far less value to my day.

Superhuman has completely transformed how I manage email. It’s so much faster than Outlook, allowing me to power through messages with unprecedented efficiency. For the first time in years, I’m consistently reaching Inbox Zero—a milestone I thought was out of reach. The app’s polished design and intuitive experience make me actually want to engage with my inbox, turning a daily chore into something surprisingly enjoyable. It’s a productivity game-changer.

This adds another app to your device, but it is so well used it can replace my native email app!

What do you like best about the product?
You can easily go through your email quickly-- and complete tasks that it would have taken many CLICKs and various software.

Delete, batch unsubscribe (and delete every email you ever received from them!), archive, remind me in x days and at y time, create a calendar invitation, ask AI to summarize the thread, search for an email.... all by hitting one or two keys!!! Brilliant! I can't tell you how this is saving my wrist from carple tunnel!

And the Superhuman team makes it super easy to learn how to use the software (on Windows, Mac,Android or iphones) with quick, easy to understand implement impactful emails.

When I had a question about how to do something, I emailed them and they got right back to me!
