The gift of time
What do you like best about the product?
It saves me so much time in going through my emails that I can even go back to write reviews like this one. I have so many issues with regular email, from the editor experience, to formatting, to switching back and forth between different spelling and AI tools, to trying to manage a task list by snoozing or marking emails as unread. Sometimes peoples signatures even bloat my browser. All of that is gone with Superhuman, it made emails great again. Using Superhuman for email is comparable to the first time I used an iPhone; it's magical, it's high-end, it just works.
What do you dislike about the product?
I tried very hard to find something. I couldn't, if you do, please let me know.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves me so much time of switching between different tools, and I can go quickly through all emails, peak into them, without having to use silly Gmail techniques like snoozing or marking as unread. Going through emails used to feel like a boring task taking all of my energy. Now it feels like a game, and it's actually fun, it made emails fun again.
Very fast to go through email and best of all easy to set reminders
What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman allows me to get through my email 2 to 3 times faster.
Setting the reminders is easy and critical for making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
I like the concept of doing everything using the keyboard. It is amazing how much the mouse slows the process down.
It only took me an hour or so to get used to what to click, and if you forget, everything is easily available to remind you what needs to be clicked.
The snippets are really helpful for sending the same message over and over again including automatically addressing the person you are sending to and adding a CC automatically too.
Everything is done fast via the keyboard; the reminders and snippets are the most essential features for me.

I still set my calendar events in Outlook because I like to get email reminders for events and Superhuman does not offer email reminders for events yet.

The only inbox manager I'll ever use
What do you like best about the product?
I really can't recommend Superhuman enough for anyone who feels overwhelmed when it comes to email. It's become a program that I use every single day, which has saved me time and stress with my inbox. It is extremely easy to use, and the customer support is incredible (real, kind people and fast responses). There are many features that can be tailored to your needs in business, academia, etc., and make your life easier, but still within a beautiful and aesthetic user interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't actively dislike anything about Superhuman, though I wish there were more integrations with task managers like Notion. That being said, they are working on this and are very receptive to feedback! Nothing negative to say.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The 'Remind Me' feature prevents emails I don't need from sitting in my inbox. Keyboard strokes make the whole process faster, and the AI integration prevents avoidable typos, and the calendar feature allows me to schedule events without leaving my inbox.

What do you like best about the product?
I struggle with an overwhelming inbox but Superhuman allows me to reach the hallowed goal of "inbox zero" with little effort. It's easy to install and apart from a few moments of anxiety as it archives your current inbox, easy to use. I love the features such as automatic reminders, follow up reminders, delayed sending, ai message generation to name only a few. I save hours a day and am more productive by scheduling when I will deal with each email. I am finding more and more ways to simplify my workflow everyday. I use this on laptop, notebook and phone with no issues.

The commands take a little getting used to but are easy to locate if not commited to memory.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
While Superhuman is an email inbox, it's really one of the best time management tools I've experienced. It's improved my productivity and improved my response rate back from my customers.
Made my inbox manageable
What do you like best about the product?
Makes it quick and easy to clear out my inbox down to just what I need to handle for today. The Reminders feature is probably my #1 productivity unlock, as it brings messages back to the top of my inbox when I need them. Makes it a lot easier for me to shift things out of view when I know it will be coming back timely. Share Availability is also great. I spend more time in my email than in any other app, so the quality of life improvements and time savings make Superhuman one of my favorite purchases so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't edit calendar appointments in Superhuman, which can be annoying. Need to go to your actual calendar account (Office 365 in my case) to make edits. On the flip side, the automatic meeting name and descriptions have been really nice.
Cost is also a "con" considering Outlook is effectively free (since I'd have the Office apps regardless). Well worth it though when I consider the time and stress it saves me.

The search function in Outlook is hot, hot garbage. Makes it more difficult than it should be to finde what I need. Superhuman allows me to search my email significantly faster due to better search functionality. There is also the AI agent that can help summarize threads.

If I can't deal with it now, I can remove it but set it to come back when I actually need to respond or take action. Superhuman has drastically improved my business opportunities!
What do you like best about the product?
Within the first day of using Superhuman, I found multiple sponsorship offers in my email that I did not know existed. I was able to use the built-in AI features to help me respond to emails more quickly and start creating business relationships with these companies.
The ability to set reminders for emails has helped my own anxiety in my business because I don't have to keep remembering what I should be doing or responding to. Ultimately, Superhuman has helped save me time and reduce my anxiety with both tasks and responding to emails!

What do you dislike about the product?
The only dislikes is that I have to create archive rules in Gmail to have certain emails marked as done automatically and I cannot figure out how I can use the AI features on mobile to respond to email.

Life changing email experience
What do you like best about the product?
That I've only been on it for 4 weeks and I've reached inbox zero every week. Love the keyboard shortcuts, and it's so fun to get through the emails. The best is that I can recognize promotional/spam/scam emails immediately and mark them as done from the inbox without opening them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way it renders certain emails and handles collapsing quoted threads is not the best. It is sometimes hard to follow an email thread so I open it in Gmail instead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves cluttered inboxes for individuals, and it solves collaborative emails for teams.
It saves me time by uncluttering my inbox and also makes sure I don't miss important emails. We often also have to have multiple people work together on a single email thread, and this is very easy with Superhuman's conversation sharing and commenting feature.

Blaze through email
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is optimized for speed of moveing through your inbox quickly. Keyboard shortcuts and more importatnly it's onboarding of said shortcuts help bed the habbits in.
What do you dislike about the product?
Price can be a sticking point but for those with even medium amount of daily emails the time saved is worth it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps you focused in your inbox and helps clear out or move emails into areas for later and giving you back time.

I love the keyboard shortcuts to sift through emails and smart automations to take away the hassle of doing admin tasks (scheduling calendar invites, doing/accepting intros) .

The price is quite expensive at €30 per month.

Before, using Outlook, I used to drown in emails, never be on top and even miss emails occasionally because of bad filters.
This was stressful and just didn't work well.
With Superhuman I can sort through emails super quickly to the point that it's almost fun. The best is that I finally have peace of mind that I'm staying on top of things.
