Hesitate at first, but now I love it
What do you like best about the product?
I heard about SuperHuman from a software executive I know and discounted it at first. Having my email usage expand I reconsidered it and turns out I really really like it. I especially like the fast, keyboard-first user experience. Getting the mouse out of the process is a game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have multiple inboxes to manage and the split inbox feature is not quite designed as a true "unibox" like I would like. The work around is simple and works, but I think there could be a way to reimagine a unibox experience for multiple accounts.
The current method isn't bad, but I can't help but think it could be better.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can time block my email time in a few short blocks a day go through all my inboxes from one interface without jumping around between accounts. The keyboard-first user experience is also very fast and makes responding, searching, unsubscribing, and snoozing emails a breeze.
Overall, I'm better at time blocking work email and snoozing personal email to the times of day or week that are most appropriate to handle those items.

This makes email much less of a chore. Super fast processing!
What do you like best about the product?
This makes going through and processing email much faster than anything that I have ever used. I am so happy with it and appreciate how much it has changed my life. Since it sits on my Gmail, I can always look at Gmail to see if I need to integrate something else into my email processing.
What do you dislike about the product?
To make use of it, you need to learn the Keyboard Shortcuts. I am succeeding but it takes time to learn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Processing and coming back to email is so slow. It is not possible to get through all of it in the time I have. With superhuman, I process emails so fast that I have just a few left at the end of the day to save for another day. I am at inbox zero several times a day!
Saves me hours, and more importantly, stress
What do you like best about the product?
I was on the fence about Superhuman, especially without a free trial. I had been looking into virtual assistants to support email management. I was always worried that I might miss an important email (and in fact, from time to time, had). I knew something needed to change so I decided to give it a try.
Superhuman gently prompted me to clear old emails out of my inbox. The hot keys make email management super quick. I really love that it automatically separates newsletters, which were a big part of why I was getting overwhelmed. Now I can make it through important emails in half an hour at the beginning of the day and (if needed, which is rare), half an hour at the end of the day. I set aside time to review newsletters when I can actually focus on them.
The platform is so easy to implement, I was able to jump in and get started right away. The customer support emails are exactly the right tone. I'm now a daily user, with really simple integration with my other processes. I can wholeheartedly say it has reduced my stress and saved me a lot of time.

What do you dislike about the product?
While Superhuman has a lot of great features, there are still times that I go back to my gmail interface. Examples are when I'm quickly reviewing attachments (gmail allows you to view in the same browser window without downloading). I also find exsitng calendar/ scheduling functionality more preferable at this time, although admittedly I haven't spent a lot of time getting familiar with Superhuman calendar features. Suggesting times via Superhuman is quite easy. I haven't been able to use AI email generation much yet, but I think over time it will get more familiar with my tone/ style. Overall these are nitpicky, there is very little to dislike!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman is saving me a lot of time, filtering emails and being able to use hot keys to manage emails. The reminders help add to efficiency while not being bombarded with a full inbox. It's saving me the stress that I might have missed an important email inadvertently.

I didn't believe I'd like another email client over gmail
What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman really does help me get through and manage my email much, much better than I could without it. I love two features the most. 1) the way it can sumarize an email string down to a single line for each email in the chain, 2) the AI composition feature, that allows me to craft a response to most emails very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it worked with yahoo. I have a really old yahoo email that I still use. I totally understand why they don't support it, but if they did, I could have all 5 of my active email accounts under one app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It not only makes it quicker to manage my incoming email, but makes it easier to find emails I'm looking for and to understand the gist of email chains. I also love the AI composition feature.
Super Human has given me control of my life back :)
What do you like best about the product?
I have mulitiple email addresses for work and my own business and it organizes everything in one place and I always feel like I am on top of my email now.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any downsides to Superhuman that I can see yet.

Keeping multiple email addresses organized and allowing me to set reminders on emails. Seperates important versus important. Easily unsubscribe from junk mail.

- It is super fast...like you do not understand...SUPER SUPER FAST
- Tips are given in digestible bites. They are always there to help and give you tips with one on one meetings.
- A mouse is no longer used. It is so easy to use this way and you learn along the way. And when you do use your mouse because you do not know how to do it with the keyboard it will ALWAYS explain how you can use a keyboard.

- Cannot add multiple inline messages *THAT IS IT THOUGH*
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email are no longer a chore. I handle them so quickly. It definately saves me time and got my inbox to zero so quickly.
Crazy lightning fast email with great shortcuts
What do you like best about the product?
It really does what it says on the Tin. For the first time in six years, I'm now at inbox zero. Not only that, almost daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a bit of a learning curve, getting used to the keyboard shortcuts, but I just made flashcards and put the effort in, and it was worthwhile putting the effort in. I recommend making flashcards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cutting down the amount enormous amount of time I spend in E-mail each day. Also removing distractions from emails. I noticed that signatures are also removed. Anything that can slow it down is gone. This is a good thing.
Speed is the name of the game!

It significantly speeds up my inbox handling and stops me fro going down rabbit holes

Nothing! Lags on mobile occasionally but they're working on fixing it
