What do you like best about the product?
SuperHuman has an excellent workflow to help handling emails and getting to Inbox Zero.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have a unified inbox for all my accounts
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SuperHuman helps me to get to Inbox Zero almost in a daily basis and saves time with lots of keyboard shortcuts

What do you like best about the product?
It's a very clean, speedy and well thought out email client. I like the AI summaries and AI responses.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has a learning curve. You need to forget or unlearn some past behaviour. But the personal onboarding meeting is helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I get hundreds of emails a day, some of which I need to spend time reading, crafting a response, some of which I just need to eyeball.
Superhuman makes eyeballing easy. The AI summary is great. Crafting responses are also easy, again with help of AI.

Great tool to avoid email overload

What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman has a clear process for keeping your inbox clear. The desktop platform is fast, and the keyboard shortcuts help you to manage your email quickly. I use Superhuman all the time (and to manage 3 email accounts) and I find it to be incredibly helpful in managing my email volume and my sanity.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you're someone who wants to micromanage emails into many separate folders, it can be a bit more challenging than other platforms. If you have your own specific workflow and you're unwilling to adapt, it might not be the best tool for you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me solve the issue of email overload and losing track of emails. The clear process for keeping my inbox clear helps to reduce anxiety and the simple reminder/recall system ensures I don't forget about important emails/tasks.

600+ Emails to Inbox Zero in an afternoon

What do you like best about the product?
I spent over a year fretting about the size of my inbox. By the time I learned about Superhuman, I was over 600 emails that all actively needed my attention. I'd missed some VERY important emails. In a single afternoon, I'd responded to and dealt with everything. Inbox zero. In an afternoon. No, I'm not kidding.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's on the expensive side. But it's sooooo worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can get through all my email very, very quickly. The email that would normally take me an hour to get through, I can get through it in minutes.

What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman is very good if you have lots of inboxes that you toggle between often. It's helpful if you have lots of emails coming in all the time, too. I used to be a mess with emails but I'm definitely more organized using Superhuman.
What do you dislike about the product?
The design of the desktop app makes it a bit difficult to distinguish between & search for emails, and I find Gmail much more intuitive on that front

Not staying on top of emails from clients, coworkers, and organizations that come to various inboxes

Supercharged Email experience

What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman makes answering email fun and fast, the fact I can answer all my emails without touching my mouse is amazing. The keyboard shortcuts take a while to get used to but really save time and make emails almost fun again. The use of AI to automatically creat events and draft emails is a game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I can think of that I don't like currently!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My inbox is usually chaotic and takes me a lot of time to sort through, Superhuman makes it quick and fun to move through my inbox.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful component of Superhuman is how it builds focus and accountability into its platform. I've become far more reliable at following up to emails, keeping what's most important in front of me, and providing organization to my otherwise noisy inbox.

Really great customer support, the team has been responsive and helpful through all communications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Where Superhuman may present challenges to its users is the learning curve. The functionality and automations are really well designed, but those who don't already have an interest in adopting new tech/software my find Superhuman difficult to use.

That said, I personally think they've done a good job of keeping a clean interface while still providing powerful features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staying focused on important messages, keeping me accountable to action items, automating/assisting my workflow for speed and productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman makes going through your emails feel like a game. It also organizes your emails like never before.
What do you dislike about the product?
Paying for an email client sounds like a bad idea... however it's 100% worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes email great again. I struggle with hundreds of emails per week and this makes it easy to go through each one.

The app that allows you to "process" your inbox like a pro.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the process and the UI/UX of the tool. I have become fatigued by the overstimulating interface of my Gmail. Everything is constantly competing for my attention and I somehow get sucked in to reading and looking at emails that I actually am not interested in. I love how the simplicity of the design of SH as well as smart and intuitive shortcuts keep you focused on the goal of plowing through your inbox and doing triage, so that you can then focus on the handful of messages that you need to dedicate some time and effort to.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its a little pricey for something that you don't technichally NEED, but it does make life better so, to me its worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The clutter and noise of the modern inbox. This tool has allowed me to stay at inbox zero for longer than any other tool or process has been able to do. I actually enjoy my email sessions now, which is crazy!

What do you like best about the product?
Usually simplicity in design is a purely aesthetic choice, but something about Superhuman's design actually makes me use e-mail more effectively. The layout of messages encourages brief, direct responses that get things done. The AI's ability to index all of your email allows you use the AI to grab info from multiple messages at once, saving time from extensive searches.
What do you dislike about the product?
Superhuman is expensive. I don't know of any other e-mail client at this cost level. It really does save me time in a way no other client has, so in that respect is does prove it's value. I'd have a much easier time recommending Superhuman to others if the cost was $10/mo though. I also wish it had a unified inbox, but it's possible the split inbox is actually more efficient, so I'm mixed on the addition of this feature.
