What do you like best about the product?
Shortcuts, the easy snoozing function and the AI genrrated answers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have experienced some outlook spam/limit of sent mails vs superhuman issues, hopefully it will be fixed soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving me the posibility to read and answer more e-mails in my inbox.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps me a lot with ADHD! I can set different reminders, scroll fast through my mails, i don't get overwhelmed all the time by my mails and i have a perfect overview
What do you dislike about the product?
would be cool if there is the option to connect several calendars of people, who dont use Superhuman
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having an overview and don't forget to follow-up because of the reminders.

What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman has lots of cool features, but the best of them are the scheduling feature (let's that email come back at an opportune time) and the AI writing feature which makes my emails look super professional
What do you dislike about the product?
They should add an inbox pause feature or a batch delivery feature

Time optimizing! Getting rid of email clutter

What do you like best about the product?
It is truly a modernized tool that helps support high performance. I work in an incredibly complex, overwhelming environment and my inbox reflects that. This is a tool that has allowed me to control chaos and transform a chaotic, reactionary inbox (which is a representation of our day to day.... into a fully controlled, proactive manageable environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Given that it is a new tool, and that the development of the tool is very strong, I have no dislikes. I have tried alot of tools over the past decade, and have been dissapointed with most, if not all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Implementing GTD methodology in a chaotic reactionary environment. Keeping track of a multitude of ongoing reminders, follow ups and checkins that are too many to spend time to put on a calendar.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can clear out my inbox and have that "inbox zero" feeling while knowing that important emails will repopulate when I want them to.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a little bit of a learning curve, but I am getting more confident in it quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman is helping me stay on task with priority projects because I don't get constant notifications and lose focus. I feel less stress about my email now because I am not looking at it constantly. The priority inboxes help too because I know that if it's not in "important" then it's not worth my stress.

What do you dislike about the product?

Additionally, while the onboarding process is great, it’s quite intense and might feel overwhelming for someone looking for a quick setup. A bit more flexibility in customizing the interface would also be nice.

Superhuman is solving the problem of email overload and inefficiency by streamlining the entire experience with speed, simplicity, and productivity-boosting features. It reduces the time spent on managing and organizing emails through intuitive keyboard shortcuts, split inboxes, and real-time email tracking. These features allow me to quickly prioritize important emails, avoid distractions, and stay on top of my tasks without feeling overwhelmed by a cluttered inbox.

The benefit to me is clear: I save time and stay more organized, which boosts my productivity. By using Superhuman, I spend less time in my inbox and more time focusing on high-value tasks, making my workday more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
Speed of use. Great customer support. I use it every day.

I can't think of any. Perhaps if it had the ability to create a task list from emails.

Transformed My Workflow

What do you like best about the product?
I love how fast I was able to sign up and fully organise & optimise my email accounts. I have 3 accounts that I work from and things were piling up. Emails & Admin used to take up hours of my day and now I can get through that task in easily 1 hour if not less per day. I also love seeing a zero inbox and the dopamine rush my ADHD brain gets from this! lol. My emails are so much more organised and I'm way more efficient with my workflow and prioritizing. The AI writing capability has a really easy adaptability and seems to help me immensely with some of my more easy/ appointment based client emails. This has truly transformed how I work!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love how it doesn't have the same search ability as gmail does. If I'm looking for an email that's been deleted for example, I have to open up my gmail to find this. I also can't seem to find an easy way to add emojis to my emails which I sometimes do in gmail. It shows up in the AI function if I ask for it, but I can't just manually add them?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time consumption of responding to emails. Forgetting to remind myself about certain requests/emails. Organising emails / Prioritising emails. Filing documents.

What do you like best about the product?
As a CEO I always look into expanding my 24 hours :) Superhuman helps me to add 1 hour on top every day.I t is an exceptional tool designed with a clear focus on maximizing productivity. As someone who was a power user of Gmail, with advanced setups like filters, labels, and automated workflows, I can confidently say that Superhuman has streamlined and simplified much of that complexity. It takes care of a lot of the heavy lifting I used to handle manually, which saves me considerable time. The speed of the interface is truly impressive, and with my engineering background, I find the use of keystrokes and shortcuts incredibly intuitive, allowing me to process emails much faster than before. Overall, it’s a game-changer for anyone looking to boost their email efficiency
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn’t much to complain about, but the AI can be a bit inconsistent. Sometimes it suggests brilliant, spot-on emails, while other times, the proposals can feel irrelevant or off the mark
