Superhuman Changed my Email Experience

What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman made managing my many inboxes not only possible but a pleasure.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that sometimes old email is hard to find, but that has also been my experience without Superhuman.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My inboxes have been out of control. Superhuman has enabled me to manage them and get to inbox zero most days.

The AI Gmail assistant I've been looking for

What do you like best about the product?
I greatly appreciate using an LLM interface that can securely see my email history and let me ask questions and retrieve information or summaries. It's very helpful in meetings or on the the road to have a text conversation with my inbox and get links to emails used in the response. It a killer feature - far more useful to me than a writing's assistant. And the UI is elegant and streamlined.
What do you dislike about the product?
The LLM is as dumb as LLMs, and can get stupid from time to time without letting on. It's a fantastic feature that is inconsistent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickly finding information from my email history

What do you like best about the product?
The best part is the follow up reminders that if there is a reply there is no reminder. Also the use of key strokes to complete the actions is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
adding in a native table into an email is not yet available

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Superhuman helps me stay organized and on top of my emails with its quick keys and gamified experience. The design is satisfying, making it easy and fun to manage my email. The split inboxes, shared drafts, and team commenting are incredibly beneficial for collaboration and quality control, empowering my team to take initiative. The calendar function and scheduling reminders are also amazingly helpful, making it a must-have tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish hitting inbox zero were more exciting. The current backgrounds feel too generic, and as a designer, I'd love the ability to customize or design my own backdrop. More playful or satisfying visuals, like those on Duolingo, would make achieving inbox zero feel more victorious. A gamified experience would make email management more addictive and rewarding, encouraging streaks and making the whole process more fun.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman keeps me organized and reduces email overwhelm. It enhances team collaboration by enabling shared drafts and comments, allowing quality control while empowering my team to manage client relations effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
The reminders (cmd H) helps me set email reminders for follow-ups and not lose sight of important emails with split inboxes
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't edit the Important Tab the same way you can update the other split tabs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickly review emails, set reminders on emails that are not urgent and prioritize ones that are.

What do you like best about the product?
makes getting through email quickly very easy, and the reminders are useful so my email inbox doesn't stay so crowded

Docs section is useful since we use Google Suite, easily integrates
Customer support very responsive
What do you dislike about the product?
really wish I coudl create calendar invites in it - like 'reply with a calendar invite' using the info from the email
also the AI writing suggestions are too formal, don't feel informed by my writing style (but I'm only about a month into using the product so that may improve naturally with time).

What do you like best about the product?
I tried several tools. As a Realtor I get tons of emails with each transaction plus i am running another business through my inbox. I was drowning daily and having a hard time finding the important emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Took a little bit to get used to the interface
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Splits and AI, I am now able to quickly sift through emails daily. I like that the product is continually improving and look forward to seeing what it can do as AI continues to do more.

What do you like best about the product?
It is extremely easy. It does exactly what it says - saves a lot of time. It keeps me organized. The read receipts are nice, and the calendar build-in is efficient. The reminders are super easy and key for sales. I use it daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really anything. I wouldn't use it if there was anything I disliked. However, a new user needs to spend a few days actually trying to learn the commands. The learning curve is higher than other applications because it is about efficiency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cluttered inbox with too many emails coming in, and to many followups to do.

What do you like best about the product?
I work in a customer service based role that requires 100+ emails a day requiring personal targeted responses. I love that Superhuman allows me to use my snippets to reply quicker. My favorite part of Superhuman is the filters and how easy it is for me to go to different sections of my inbox and focus on one task at a time. The instructions make it easy to set it up and use all the features. I have reached out a few times to work through some things and received quick resonses.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost. I wish it was a little less. $30/month is steep in my opinion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick response options. Managing a robus inbox and providing features to move through it quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
1. setting reminders for emails to return to the inbox
2. setting emails to done when you no longer need them in your inbox, so that your EA can handle the rest
3. moving emails quickly into folders with keyboard shortcuts
What do you dislike about the product?
1. There is no joint inbox to join together multiple email accounts. This is a major drawback.
2. The Mac App is not really great yet. It needs some improvements to make it more intuitive.
