A Co-Pilot for email
What do you like best about the product?
Fast, great shortcuts, great design and thoghtful product, fun to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Expensive, No Left-Right support, No unfied inbox option.

A lot of time spent in inbox + organisation
Best email experience
What do you like best about the product?
Fantastic UI and onboarding make it easy to stay on top of my inbox. I'm getting to inbox zero every day and responding to prospects faster without feeling like I'm working harder. It's easier to get through my inbox faster, and more pleasant. Can't beat it. Also web app and iOS app are seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the gestures on the iOS version don't do what I expect them to do, but that's on me for not learning that well. Perhaps it's less intuitive overall than the web app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me prioritize my inbox better so I'm able to respond quickly to the emails that matter and not miss followups. Specifically I love the 'remind me later if no reply' option on every send.
Very fast email client that help reduce email noise and keep everything organised
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to mark it as done quickly, and the email hides away. Compared to Outlook or Apple Mail you have to sort or leave in your inbox manually.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could use the calendar section and link it to my Google Calendar and add meetings quickly. I can see it in a calendar but not sure what's going on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping my email organised and focussing on me to clear my email and deal with items.
Email app on steroids
What do you like best about the product?
By far the fastest and most responsive email app I have ever used. Being able to do everything just from my keyboard feels amazing and saves me a lot of time through the day. It is so easy to use and the Superhuman team is amazing with their customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to toggle the side bar and to also have one unified inbox for personal and work emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving me a lot of time while also adding some unique features that Gmail doesn't have or maybe does have them, but are too complicated to use.
Superhuman Sets the Benchmark for All Apps — Not Just Email
What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman is the first email client I've used that feels like it's designed for a modern email experience. It's extremely fast & responsive, the user experience is fantastic, and the support is bar none. I was hestiant as first due to the cost, but it totally makes sense once you use it. I personally have never been a fan of email (mostly use Slack for internal comms) but found myself needing better email organization and this is it.
There is a ton of features that are worth noting, but a few that I love are:
One-click unsubscribe & trash emails (no need to follow a link to unsub)
Auto blocking for anything you can't unsub.
Split inboxes are great (previous client used a similar idea, but not as well implemented)
Read receitps are pretty handy
Lots of easy shortcuts (and a fun game to learn them)
Calender integration
Haven't tried Snippets yet, but that is something I'll definitely implement to make writing and responding faster.
Search is killer and quick, way faster than any other client I've used. The onboaridng process is amazing. They drip-feed you daily emails about the most used/best features and it's a great way to learn them as you go.

Cost is obviously most people's first issue. I balked at it first time I was told about the app. Finally did a trial and now see why it's absoutely worth it for me.

What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman has numerous features that allows you to save time and be more productive. Superhuman is packed with features that save time and boost productivity. It helps you manage your inbox more efficiently, like showing LinkedIn profiles of your contacts, setting reminders, and snoozing emails with just a few clicks. The split inboxes are great for keeping emails organized by category, so you can easily focus on what’s important. I also love the snippets feature which makes sending outbound emails so much easier. Plus, the interface is clean and minimalistic, which keeps things simple and free from distraction. As an executive assistant, Superhuman is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Superhuman only supports outlook and gmail. Also, the shortcut commands is a long list and takes time to learn and be familiar with. The subscription can also be a bit pricey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman is solving the problem of email overload and helping me stay on top of my inbox without feeling overwhelmed especially that as an EA, I am managing 6 ogmy client's inboxes. It speeds up my email management with its shortcuts, which means I can get through my emails in minutes instead of hours. The split inboxes feature is a game-changeras well for keeping my work, personal, and priority emails separate, so I never miss an important message.

It's definitely expensive; the cost may not be worth it for every user.

Reduces time required to handle inbox; clarifies which emails to tackle
The greatest email client I never knew I needed
What do you like best about the product?
The capacity to take a ton of quick actions just with commands on my keyboard. The ability to get to inbox zero EVERY DAY.
What do you dislike about the product?
They should take over my calendar next, and organising videocalls with multiple people (like Doodle, When2Meet, etc.) without several emails back and forth. Then it'd be the ultimate business platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prioritise emails, set reminders, reply/FWD emails faster, etc. The onboarding couldn't be easier and it's already integrated with other apps.
the geek in me has to say adds some fun to emails
What do you like best about the product?
since finding superhuman my email productivity has gone through the roof allowing me to scan through my emails in minutes and schedule time more complex email replies, besides the key board short cuts on o the most useful tools is when ever you write a time or date in a email the calendar pops out from the right, with that date and time. No more double booking.

acutualy there is nothing i dislike about superhuman

Super human solves the problem all other email clients fail to, from AI summaries to never needing to touch the mouse
