Changed my relationship with email
What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman shines in the desktop mode. The shortcuts help me blaze through what I need to, push out things that don't need an urgent response to a better time, and take care of common tasks like replying to intros and scheduling easily.
I can manage both my work and personal emails and see an integrated calendar across both. Works great with both Gmail and Outlook. Beutiful experience.

What do you dislike about the product?
The sleeked down interface means some options I got used to in other emails aren't easily available (or I just haven't figured out how to do them yet), for example, pasting pictures into an email with keyboard shortcuts has not worked intuitively. It's fast to change the color of text in an email but to make it simple, there are only a half dozen options rather than a full pallette. None of these are dealbreakers for me, just change a few habits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Extremely fast triage; helps me avoid missing what's important and be better at follow up.
Email serves me and not the other way around
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about superhuman is that it's designed around focus. Other clients allows you to collect endless emails in an inbox, but superhuman helps you to give a destination to every single email in your inbox, which allows you to go through everything every single day
What do you dislike about the product?
it has a learning curve. You have to commit to using it for a week or two before seeing the benefits. It's a tool made for email power users.

Saves time! The superhuman menu and the great Done -E feature and -H Reminder feature is great

Ability to customise left swipe and right swipe on iPhone and also poor interface in iPad

Saves time
It does what it says, and fast as well.
What do you like best about the product?
It got me to inbox zero on the very first day. It now allows me to keep my emails organized and spot the most important emails first.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd want there to be more keyboard shortcuts for more advanced use cases (won't die if I don't have it - but nice to have).

Getting to inbox zero fast and helping me organize my emails.

I can get through my email so quickly, never miss a followup, and are able to reply thoughtfully every time.

Nothing at this time. Fantastic product.

Superhuman allows me to get through my emails thoughtfully, at the right time, and spend time doing actual activity that help me hit my goals.
Inbox Zero is a real thing
What do you like best about the product?
Its really helped me think about how best to use my inbox to NOT manage my day. I am focused on getting to the most important things and than onto more strategic work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the calendaring so I am finding myself going back and forth from Gmail to Superhuman. If they could improve that I don't see any reason to leave it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Focusing my day and mind not on my inbox but getting through my day.
Like a bullet journal for email
What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman helps me manage email by quickly narrowing my focus. I am able to effeciently triage my inbox by deleting unnecessary email, archiving finished conversations, and setting reminders for anything I need to actively work on. I can push someting to tomorrow, next week, or next month if it's not pressing and come back to more immediate things in 5 minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI writing doesn't generally give me messages I can send.

Superhuman is helping me manage my inbox, stay focused on immediate tasks, and juggle multiple accounts.
A refreshing email experience
What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman makes it a pleasure to knock through your emails. What I find most useful is the encouragement to hit inbox 0. Shortcuts are intuitive and helpful to work through your emails and help you feel acomplished doing so. After using gmail for so long, I'm very happy with the UI and ability to mange my email effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really are not many, it takes a day or two to learn the shortcuts and then your experience is levelled up!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A major problem before was the time spent on managing email, the workflows and shortcuts available to you in Superhuman make it a breeze and feel like I've got my time back.
Got a major speed boost since using Superhuman
What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman is really hotkey-based, which I love. Allows me to navigate between mails efficiently, switch between tabs and never leave any strings hanging.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Superhuman should take another look at the calendar customization. Things like being able to select how long before a meeting you have a reminder, being able to use a 24 hour clock as opposed to a 12-hour one, etc. Fairly minor things though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've always had difficulty efficiently sorting my emails in different categories. Superhuman does that super well with the split inbox settings.
Fast email with useful AI capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
It makes triaging emails very fast and the AI writing and search features are actually useful, unlike other services I've tried.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is a little steep. While the team has done its best to overcome it, to get the most value from Superhuman, users have to adjust how they do emails. It's worked well for my team but may not suit everyone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's super fast email, it's aesthetic and it reduces the amount of time spent on email while increasing the velocity of reply and contact with clients.
