Superhuman saves time
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use on desktop. I'm able to get to inbox zero every single day
What do you dislike about the product?
It does require a bit of a learning curve but they help you get started with great feedback and instruction

Helping me stay on top of email and important clients
Was skeptical, I was wrong
What do you like best about the product?
It’s been about a month and currently I’m sold. I really like the aesthetics, and it encourages you to speed through your emails and keep your inbox clean and empty, which kind of scratches a weird itch of mine.
As someone that enjoys shortcuts and navigation through keyboards it’s been great and getting used to it was smooth.
Now to AI features, I went in thinking that those are just gimmicks that nobody would use. Until recently realising how often am I just triggering it with “?” and going like “where’s that email about ____ again?”, “give me the link to my meeting this afternoon”.
Then there’s the CMD+J to trigger reply with AI, now I’m getting into the habit of replying emails by jotting random notes and sentences and having the AI structure it for me, and 90% of the time it’s on point. Not sure if it’s a good habit or not though.
Support was very good, their team personally replies to your email within 1-2 days.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there's anything I really dislike about Superhuman (probably the price, but I think it's worth it). Although I would like to see more integrations, currently it's just google calendar, but I'm hoping to see an Apple calendar integration in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Going through emails quickly, responding to emails quickly, managing emails quickly. Keyboard navigation/shortcuts are satisfying to use. Basically saves time, and make emails less of a chore.
An absolute game changer for productivity
What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman makes it easier than any other vendor to reach inbox zero every single day. With the superhuman "remind me" feature, I can eliminate the need for me to remember all of the ongoing conversations that I am having with customers. I have more mental bandwidth as I now rely on Superhuman to remind me of any conversation where I am still waiting for a response.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike about Superhuman. I recommend the service to all of my friends and colleagues. If you are in a customer facing role, Superhuman is a must.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman eliminates the need for me to keep a clutter inbox of unread emails as a reminder of which conversations I am waiting for a customer's response. I have significantly more mental bandwidth now that I can fully trust superhuman to clear my inbox and remind me when a customer has not responded after a certain number of days. Additionally, being able to see who opens my emails and when is critical in a customer facing role. Now I know when a customer is revisiting an email that I sent in the past.
Next Generation Inbox
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of this tool is unmatched. I used to struggle with keeping my inbox clean. Invites / Meeting RSVPs / Goole Comments / Asana updates would come in with no rhyme or reason to where they landed - even after I created rules. Superhuman takes that guess work (and likely human error) out of filters / labels and keeps you focused on what is need and what is important.
What do you dislike about the product?
I toggle between my work and personal email in Gmail folder - so not being able to do this here is a little clunky - but it also separates the two and I have stayed more focused on what I am doing then getting lured by a promo email or two.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping my email inbox clean, prioritizing and reprioritizing with smart command functions!
Whole new experience
What do you like best about the product?
The UX/UI is top notch, it's fast, and the approach of tasks vs emails makes it much more effective

So far I am loving it, but still not very comfortable with the iPad version

The whole emailing experience is much better with Superhuman — it makes it more enjoyable
Powerful Shortcuts and Seamless Integration
What do you like best about the product?
The keyboard shortcuts significantly boost my productivity, and the design makes navigation effortless. The seamless integration with my calendar and Salesforce keeps everything in one place, allowing me to manage my schedule and contacts efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
They've really thought of everything, but I'd like to see more integrations being built out or developed. Salesforce is great, but could be a bit more comprehensive
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman helps me streamline my communication and scheduling tasks. The integration with Salesforce allows me to easily manage customer interactions and track sales opportunities without leaving my inbox. The intuitive design and keyboard shortcuts save time and enhance productivity, enabling me to focus on high-priority tasks and reduce time spent on administrative work.
Best email application experience ever!
What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman saves me approx 1 hour per day, I would never think in my life that I will be excited to receive email 😬 this is a really cool application
What do you dislike about the product?
Auto-correction for Turkish language :) but that's really not a problem

By far the best way to email using Windows OS/Outlook
What do you like best about the product?
My work has us using Windows computers. I use Superhuman to enable myself to send emails of consistent quality externally and internally. To add, it gives me the ability to organize my inbox based on important topics, calendar related topics, and news articles. Each of these take up 95% of my inbox so being able to dedicate pages to each respective focus area of mine is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are only two things that come to mind when thinking about Superhuman. 1) The overall experience on Windows is not that great compared to Mac. I don't think this is Superhumans fault but rather Windows OS. I am coming from Mac so it took a bit of getting used to. 2) For mobile, you can swipe down and be able to search your inbox, this also took some getting used to as I normally swipe down to refresh a page. Overall, nothing I extremely dislike, rather just some functional things that I want to note take getting used to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman mainly solves the problem that I face when writing emails on Outlook and sending them to Gmail users. The font appears as if it was sent from Outlook and appears a bit more clunky and different when reading them. Superhuman allows me to send clean emails to Gmail users while conforming to the text style that Gmail users are more accustomed to seeing (ex. sending an email from Gmail user to Gmail user).
Sophisticated Email Client for Mac
What do you like best about the product?
Clean UI, good font, built-in AI, a lot of commands to faster reach inbox zero and don't miss important messages.
What do you dislike about the product?
No unified inbox feature, more expensive than competitors, but it's worth it.

Helps me keep my inbox clean and follow-up with imporntant conversations on time
