Email management made smooth & easy
What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman changed my perspective about how to address my inbox. As a Customer Success Manager, I get a lot of emails from clients to internal teams. Superhuman helped me to reach a clear inbox in minutes instead of hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, the calendar view is quite limited, which is stopping me to get completely rid of Outlook in my day-to-day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With traditionnal email inbox, it isn't simple to setup reminders or clear the inbox. Since Superhuman uses the keyboard commands, these operations get very simple to do.
Email but Better (AND FASTER)
What do you like best about the product?
This program is the best way to handle and manage email.
What do you dislike about the product?
Truth be told...it is solid. I dig everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping me on track with daily task and remonding me about important meeting, follow-ups, etc.
Ensures I reach Inbox Zero daily!
What do you like best about the product?
The computer version is very user-friendly and enjoyable once you learn the shortcuts, saving you a lot of time. It's extremely fast and includes some entertaining features with a slight game-like feel. The idea of sorting emails and the method that Superhuman provides for doing so is amazing and saves me hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Android mobile version needs some work for sure. They've created such a beautiful computer experience that the Android one is a bit of a letdown. I'm keen to see what happens next.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's super easy when you get hundreds of emails a day to fall into a bit of an email trap, but Superhuman allows you to avoid that. It also encourages you to develop a new way of looking at how you treat emails.
Excellent solution for email management
What do you like best about the product?
The streamlined interface of Superhuman takes the overwhelm out of email. With the keyboard shortcut system, you can quickly train the system to help manage your inbox. It took less than a few minutes to get a base install setup. It was extremely easy to integrate it into my daily work routine. Within a week, I had completely updated my workflow and was saving a significant amount of time. It's my everyday tool. I also had a great onboarding call, which helped me understand additional features that were available to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing is there are a couple of small places where the keyboard shortcut focused interface could be improved with a mouse assist.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sorting through hundreds of daily emails.
Finally, an email tool that actually works
What do you like best about the product?
Easy keyboard shortcuts. I was skeptical at first because I'm not really a keyboard shortcut user, but they really do save time when you're reviewing your inbox.
Intelligent filtering. In Gmail, it feels like I'm constantly building new folders and filters to try to remove all the noise. I do very little of that now. If an email makes it into the main inbox and I don't want it there, I can tell superhuman to move it to "other" going forward with 2 clicks, or can unsubscribe in 1 click.
Easy user interface on desktop. It's sleek and not cluttered and that's what my brain needs when reading email.
Great onboarding that teaches you how to be better at email and use the product so you get the most out of it. Their customer support has so far been really helpful too. I got a very useful response to an email question quickly.

What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app is equally slick, but I have struggled with the touch guestures -- it is just a few swipes and pull downs, but took me a while to learn.
I struggled with the search function at first and found myself going back to Gmail when I needed to find an email. But it just works differently and I'm training myself how to do it better.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speeding up the time it take to manage email comms through keyboard short cuts, filtering, a better interface, and follow up reminders.
Intelligent filtering so I don't miss the important messages in all the noise.

What do you dislike about the product?
As it is not part of the Google ecosystem, I now take longer with the interaction with GDrive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It manages my inbox more proficiently. It helps not to procastinate email responses. It's AI email generator is better than others I tried.
Shortcuts are a great feature!

Speed + Efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
Saves me a ton of time indexing emails and going through my inbox. The shortcuts and interoperability across my differnet platofmrs mac/windows/iphone is also superior.
What do you dislike about the product?
The shortcuts require you to fully commit to learning the UI, but after a week it will become second nature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speed and ease of use for emails
Email unlocked
What do you like best about the product?
Recently switched jobs and was recomended superhuman by a colleague. While it took about a week to get used to, now that I have a grasp of the shortcuts, I've found that it drastically decreases the amount of time I spend managing email. The reminders are SO easy to use, and ensure nothing slip through the cracks, and calendar integration is equally helpful. Highly recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
Labels are a bit difficult to use and edit. Hoping that future iterations will add easier address to add, change hierarchy, etc. within labels.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps with sorting through the 100's of emails each week.
Increase productivity and stop clicking on things.
What do you like best about the product?
Learning to rely on keyboard shortcuts makes Superhuman valuable - you can reduce dragging, clicking, etc by almost 95%.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not as many integrations as I'd like. It would be amazing if Superhuman could integrate with Motion and truly revolutionize how your schedule gets built.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reminder feature helps avoid forgetting about things when you get inundated with tasks in your inbox. No more flagging - just clear it from your inbox with Reminder and it will come back when you want it to.
This is efficient email at its best
What do you like best about the product?
A coworker said "this will change your life", I thought that might be a bit of a strong statement, but it is a great app. I have used outlook for years, then move to Gmail for business a year ago. Both are good in their own ways, but this is next level on ease of use and efficiency. I downloaded it and was seeing benefits in less than a day. I am a zero inbox person, so filing / tagging emails in mobile is super easy, very efficient. same with snoozing emails with reminders, and the calendar visibility on invites, etc.
While I would love to not spend the monthly fee on this, personally it is worth it.

What do you dislike about the product?
only downside is the cost. But I would say it is worth it based on what I have already experienced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiency in managing email, follow through, and calendar management.
