Fast, focused, organized. The system is not exclusive, but the execution is impressive
What do you like best about the product?
It's fast. It has the keyboard shortcuts always displayed when you need them. It's also on mobile. It's fun. It gives you peace of mind.
What do you dislike about the product?
One Signature for everything. But can easily be worked around by using the signature as a snippet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping up with the constant inflow of new email without the organizing overhead.
Huge time save for founders!
What do you like best about the product?
The shortcuts save me a ton of time! Especially love the snippets functionality and the calendar view to easily create new calendar invites while I'm in my email.

N/A - very happy customer! I think it's an awesome product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me to quickly go through the most important items in my inbox and be reminded about what I need to follow up on.
Saves a ton of time for a busy academic
What do you like best about the product?
Although I was most intrigued by the AI features when I signed up, it is actually the shortcuts and the ability to have emails disappear until I wanted to see them that I found the most useful. Previously I would miss a lot of important emails because they got buried in my inbox due to a high volume of incoming mail. Now, I can use a simple keyboard shortcut to make emails reappear at a time that is more convientient for me. I also like the snippets feature to quickly type repeated phrases. I have finally stopped categorizing my emails into folders! It is such a time saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a really good tool. I thought I would use the AI features more, but I find that the amount of time required to prompt the system to give an appropriate response is too long, unless it is a very long and complicated reply. It would be great if there were more relevant short reply suggestions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing a huge volume of email that I was not able to effectively manage with existing tools.
Streamline email experience with invaluable Keyboard shortcuts, intelligent auto-correct and AI!
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful feature by far are the keyboard shorcuts for everything from respondign to emails, snoozing them for later, labeling them, switching between emails, etc. There is a shortcut for everything! This is incredibly time saving. Intelligent autocorrect takes care of all your typos as your type your email instead of just showing you something is wrong. It even capitlizes names and adds punctuation where necessary. Seems small but makes your email look so much better. AI needs training but is super helpful when you need a hand creating a well-rounded response to emails. Finally I love the feature that lets you respond to sections of an email simply by higlighting the section and hitting enter (mind-blown). I have not use the teams features yet so I am looking forward to that.
Overall this app is what all email systems should strive to be like and make responding emails as easy as possible.

What do you dislike about the product?
Ability to change the font size in the app. I would like the ability to use AI to create tabs for organizing my emails.

Time required to respond to emails. Organizing emails. Not being overwhelmed by the long list of emails to respond to. Assitance to drafting emails.

What do you like best about the product?
Hot keys allow you to fly through email. AI features are cool -- usually useful replies and AI summary information is helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mobile app is a little clunky. It works but not as easy to use as the browser.

Underrated, Exceptionally Powerful, and User-Friendly: A Time Saver
What do you like best about the product?
Enhances my flow state, allowing me to process emails 10x more swiftly and efficiently while maintaining an uncluttered inbox. Each action or interaction on Outlook or Gmail takes a fraction of the time and effort with Superhuman. If I could only subscribe to ONE productivty app it'd be superhuman!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a single thing, maybe having more themes would be a nice bonus but other than that..... nothing.

For me, this means staying in the flow state longer, addressing emails quickly and efficiently, and keeping my inbox organized and clutter-free. With Superhuman, every email task is a breeze, saving me valuable time and boosting my overall productivity.
Superhuman removed inbox stress from my life.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy and intuitive it is to organize different addresses/projects into their own inboxes. I also like how much more efficient the keyboard commans make navigating my inbox. Plus, they have such an in-depth onboarding setup that it feels like I got up and running so easily. Most importantly, it helps me keep my inbox organized and decluttered, which had been causing me a lot of stress with my previous email provider.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found much yet. It took a little while to get used to the commands, but their tutorials and games were so helpful in making them second nature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I get a lot of emails to different address for different products. Having them all in the same inbox is suboptimal. Superhuman fixes that. In addition, the ease and intuitiveness of using Superhuman is ensuring that I don't miss or forget important emails.
