Helps get through my inbox and segment emails soooo much quicker!

What do you like best about the product?
I LOVE the reminder feature! That is SO helpful for me when I need to follow up with someone, but I don't need to do it right away. I really appreciate all the keyboard shortcuts, as well. It makes your speed so much faster! There was a little bit of a learning curve to learn all the keyboard shortcuts, but after I learned them, I can fly through email now! It's very easy and intuitive. I used to prefer Gmail, but now I prefer Superhuman every time!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think I've come across anything I don't like so far! I really enjoy Superhuman and all that it has to offer. :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me organize my inbox so much better. Before, I would keep mail unread if I needed to follow up later or use the stars/little icons in Gmail. But I wouldn't be able to get them out of my inbox, because I needed to remember to follow up. With Superhuman, I can remember to follow up AND have a clean inbox! It's GREAT!!

Superhuman - a big thanks to my boss for getting this for me

What do you like best about the product?
I'll admit, I'd long been skeptical over how much people raved about Superhuman but...

...my boss got it for me and, well, it's is seriously impressive.

Firstly, if you work off email a lot, it's a massive time-saver, it really does make it very efficient to work through and prioritise your Inbox at a vastly faster pace.

For me, it's also great for organisation; the reminder system works brilliantly for my work flow and is something I find way more efficient than scheduling tasks elsewhere. It really makes sense of having the inbox at the center of your working world.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real downsides. It takes a bit of time / practice to learn the ropes to get to maximum efficiency but the guidance / learning provided by Superhuman is honestly first class.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making sense of my inbox with speed and efficiency and, in doing so, greatly improving my overall workflows.

sleek and intuitive email processing

What do you like best about the product?
There are so many things I like about Superhuman. The UX/UI is great and even though there are quite a few shortcuts to get used to at first, it helps you to learn them over time by reminding you of them if you manually do something that has a shortcut.

I love having a clutter-free inbox, and "inbox 0" has always been something I've tried to aim for before Superhuman, but I often got overwhelmed when emails start to pile up and end up procrastinating reading/clearing them.

At the end of the day, it's all about convenience. Superhuman basically makes it easier to just go through all your emails with a click of a letter key rather than to click out of the inbox and procrastinate more.

The customer support I've received have all been great — every rep has been very friendly, patient, and helpful!

As for implementation and integration, it's super easy since it can be completely browser-based. There are apps for it, but I only use the browser version on my laptop.

Superhuman has now replaced my gmail tab, so I use throughout every work day.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one pretty unavoidable downside is when you're quickly processing emails as Superhuman opens one after another for you, you sometimes might open spam/marketing emails you have no interest in. You can easily unsubscribe, but I still prefer to not open them in the first place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving my problem with cluttered email inboxes. It feels great to look at a clean, empty inbox so you can easily see new emails that come in, and it also just makes me feel mentally more fulfilled. The snippet feature is also wonderful, as it's very useful for my job as a BDR to quickly insert templates/phrases.

Making my life easier everyday

What do you like best about the product?
I can move through my emails quickly and efficiently. They are sorted and filed away into the client folders and the access when I need to retrieve them is effortless
What do you dislike about the product?
I personally need autocorrect for both English and Italian and I know that is not available yet so I have had to turn autocorrect off completely. Hopefully the feature will be added in the near future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Going through my email and feeling confident that I have not missed an email or that I will be alerted to follow up. Lots of options for managing email make this product so helpful.

Superhuman has increased my inbox organization, and drastically reduced my inbox stress.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to ensure no message is left unhandled, the streamlined and easy UI makes sure that only what I'm thinking about is displayed, and ensure that what isn't displayed shows up later and effectively. I love the ease of use, and the adaptibility in the UX between desktop and mobile.
What do you dislike about the product?
Missing meeting scheduling features, and it's a bit pricey at $30/mo. I do think I get more than $30 in value, but it's difficult to justify to anyone who is not in a similar position, and can see the value.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
inbox overload, to-do prioritization, search effecfiveness.

Superhuman is an email client that is built just for that — using your inbox as a to-do list

  • May 03, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I've never experienced much pain from the email in my work life. And I've been using my inbox as a sort of to-do list for as long as I can remember.

I used to use elaborate folder structures, but search turned out to be better. Occasionally, I used labels, but Outlook Important/Other splits mostly solved for that.

But this still felt a bit clumsy, as some emails tended to sit in the inbox for too long, obscuring the overall picture and creating friction.

Superhuman is an email client that is built just for that — using your inbox as a to-do list, keeping afloat or surfacing the emails that require your attention at the right time. It makes it effortless to skip all emails that don't need attention. Or schedule the ones you can't deal with now to reappear in the inbox at the right time, or get back to someone if they don't reply.

The features are countless, but the learning curve is not that steep — I completely removed Outlook from my Mac and phone the next day and never looked back.

I heard about Superhuman long ago, but I remembered it as a Gmail extension, and I was on Microsoft 365 mail. Apparently, now it has a native app supporting both Microsoft and Google email and calendar services. I'm pretty sure I'd have made the switch sooner if I'd known that.

If you give it a try, make time to attend learning sessions — they are helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike about Superhuman. The only limitation that is in a plain sight is lack of ability to edit calendar events in the app. You CAN create them, but you'd need to open a calendar on the web to edit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Focus on what is important through effortles email management.

I have tried Superhuman and can no longer use anything else.

What do you like best about the product?
In the use of software, I often use keyboard shortcuts, so this aspect combined with the fact that if I don't remember them I have a rapid way of finding them helps me save a lot of time, and then there are many functionalities already implemented and this also saves me time. Considering that there is also integration with calendars and a very clean interface I am very satisfied.
What do you dislike about the product?
I must say that I have nothing negative to say so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manage my email accounts quickly and effectively

Super Polished Email App

  • May 01, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Super polished and thought through. Superhuman is blazing fast on my Mac, has reduced the time taken to go through emails (by about an hour a day), reduced stress from having to follow up on emails, and generally significantly increased my productivity. The app was easy to install. The daily emails from the founder (Rahul) were delightful for onboarding. The customer support on a billing issue was quick and on point.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app (iOS) is pretty good (8/10), but not as perfect as the Mac app. This is a minor quibble. It is still better than the alternatives.

Also, there are no integrations in the native app (they work well in Google Chrome with extensions thought)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to get through a 100s of emails a day in very short time, saving 1 hour a day at least.
The workflow which allows me to come back to the important emails during focus time and give it the right attention
Split inbox so I can batch process notifications, newsletters etc. quickly.
