What do you like best about the product?
it is designed so you are encouraged to always have a clear inbox. even if you can't get to something at that moment you can snooze it so you are reminded to address something you can't get to at athe moment
What do you dislike about the product?
the only downside of superhuman is that it is expensive at 30 dollars per month. so if your work isn't paying for it, it is essentially inaccessible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
superhuman helps me keep my inbox at 0. encourages me to address all mail that comes my way. in the past things would pile up in my inbox even after it was addressed

Made my inbox management so much easier!

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can lable your emails and easily find later. I also love snippets, which I use for repetitive emails that contain the same information. I also love the keyboard shortcuts- they are easy to learn and fast to use. It was very easy to install and use on outlook, and I've also used it in the past with G-mail and had a very good experience there as well. I use it everyday to manage work emails as I get a lot of emails each day and frequently have to refer back to old emails. Customer support is top notch and it's super easy to book a 1:1 with a specialist to help answer any questions you may have!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes- I'm very happy with Superhuman and will continue to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it everyday to manage work emails as I get a lot of emails each day and frequently have to refer back to old emails. It also helps me clear inbox clutter so I'm focused on the important emails.

What do you like best about the product?
1. The email conversations are visualized as chat - saves lots of time and prevents confusion in long threads. I love how naturally emails are treated as tasks. The feeling of all done - they call it invbox 0 is cool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price for individual users and not being able to create tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reducing my time spent on my two personal emails. I can not wait to use it in my future company for corporate email. Currently I am not in a position to use it for work email.

Best Email Client for Streamlined Operations

  • April 19, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to quickly move through and process my emails on a 2-3x/day basis. The combination of email summarization and essentially mouse-free processing/marking/flagging/replying user interface has dramatically reduced my time spent working through my inbox. My work inbox (using Superhuman) is night and day better than my personal inboxes (using Mail, Gmail, and Outlook). Setup was quick and it easily plugged into both Google Work and Outlook platforms. Their support is both prompt and thorough.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like most interfaces designed for the new, simple/clean aesthetic (looking at you, Notion!), Superhuman's standardization of the interface formatting, etc. can be challenging for more technical and detail-oriented emailing. I can't do a lot of complex formatting inside my Superhuman emails, so my outbound email product isn't as nuanced as it would be if I could, say, write my emails in HTML or markdown. Additionally, my work deals with images, charts, and tables that don't fit inside of Superhuman's streamlined email review window. So sometimes it is easier to open those emails inside of something like Gmail or Outlook for web that can resize the window AND the email body. Superhuman also does not handle really long/deeply quoted email threads in a particularly fun way. With all of this, you can still scroll to the right to see more of the email, but it is hard to see the "entire forest" in thse circumstances.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman solves the problem of ingesting dozens to hundreds of daily emails, filtering out the less important emails, and quickly and efficiently triaging the most important emails. It helps me to cut through the buzz of daily operations and better address the work I need to be doing on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
