A new way to email

What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman is a game-changer. One feature that's got me hooked is the ability to schedule emails based on whether or not someone has responded. It's like having a personal assistant who knows exactly when to follow up. Plus, the interface is super sleek and intuitive, making email feel less like a chore and more like a breeze. Once you try it, you'll wonder how you ever lived without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet. The 'hardest' thing was learning new key shortcuts but that took a few days before it was intuitive. It's all pretty straightforward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clear inbox. Less mental load. Making follow ups easier. Possibly dopamine release but I have nothing to back that up expect the happy feeling I get when I press 'E' to mark emails done

What do you dislike about the product?
Calender integrations to outlook need to be improved. Only Microsoft & Google emails can be used - iCloud should be added soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To work through emails better & with higher quality.

Peace of mind - in the form of an email tool

What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman saves me a ton of time throughout my day with replying to, triaging, and prioritizing emails. Most importantly, it gives me peace of mind. Most email becomes overwhelming or anxiety-inducing, but Superhuman has created the best experience for email.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very little. It took me a bit of time to learn the shortcuts, but nothing too hard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It greatly helps me with creating email templates that I can share with my team and included pre-attached documents. The read statuses are also very beneficial.

What do you like best about the product?
faster and more efficient email processing. Love all the shortcuts. Wonderful and fast customer service. I'm finally getting through my 2-year backlog in my inbox!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are read notifications and reminders, but those features could still be refined. Overall, very little to dislike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was drowning in email. This helps me prioritize the wheat from the chaff, prioritize, and get through my inbox. Highly recomment

What do you like best about the product?
Once learned, this tool radically changes how my email gets processed. I used to feel overwhelmed by email and was very often late replying to even very important emails, but now I get through emails every day and hit inbox zero - nobody is left waiting for a response from me. The main thing that changed the game for me was the distraction-free, keyboard driven process that Superhuman has. It gives me a dopamine hit to fire through emails as fast as possible and there is always a response that I can make to every email to knock it out, even if it's just to push it to tomorrow.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is a factor - this isn't a free tool. But there's a clear ROI for me. It also takes a bit of learning, but once the keyboard shortcuts are second nature it's fun to use and very effective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

When I hit inbox zero I can take a deep breath and walk away from my work for the evening, knowing that everything is in hand and ready to be picked up tomorrow.

What do you like best about the product?
The speed with which I can get through my inbox is unparalleled, and learning the hotkeys/workflow for their system is incredibly simple. Also having native Windows and Mac apps in addition to mobile is a gamechanger for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything about it so far. Honestly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work across several different companies and accounts, and staying on top of all of them every day was insanely time-consuming and anxiety-inducing. Superhuman has solved that in a way I wasn't expecting, and I'm incredibly grateful it exists.

Superhuman makes me 40% faster!

What do you like best about the product?
The biggest benefits are the following

- Superhuman's email 'reminder' feature
- Tracking opens and reads
- Intuitive actions

and above all

- Snippets. Snippets is by far the best feature of superhuman, wherein I save 10-15mins per day using these to send similar messages to multiple clients for example.
What do you dislike about the product?
The App experience still doesnt feel as polished as the Web client or Mac, because the typical email actions one is used to in Mail or Gmail app leads to different outcomes on Superhuman. Yet to really push myself on the app because I don't feel as confident as I do on the Web.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman was suggested to me by my CEO and has been super helpful in making me better at managing my email follow ups and ensuring I am on top of things in my inbox all the time. Snippets have changed my life; I send ~10-15 per day.

Learning curve, but worth the effort

What do you like best about the product?
I love snippets, those are a timesaver. I like that the read receipts don't require an action from the recipient. I find that the split inbox is a huge timesaver.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a big learning curve if you're not someone who uses keyboard shortcuts already.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman is helping me clear my inbox faster. I can tick off things that need attention later and they vanish from view, returning automatically when I actually need them.

Master the keyboard shortcuts, apply some focus and inbox zero possible (almost) everyday

What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman is fast. Not just the software running, but the myriad of keyboard shortcuts mean that you rarely take your hands off the keyboard. The interface is simple and available in dark mode too. Hiding an email until you can give it focus is genius. Set aside an hour for personal admin? Hide the messages until you ar ready to deal with them.
What do you dislike about the product?
To get the most out of it you have to invest the time. The keyboard shortcuts are real timesavers once you have learned them. For old folks like me, reminds me or Borland Sprint - a text based wordprocessor from 30 years ago!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dealing with lots of email without spending all day in my inbox. Email is important and needs attention, but it shouldn't dominate my day. I can plan how and when I interact with it.

What do you like best about the product?
It makes emailing a breeze experience by giving hotkeys to move around the emails faster and keeping your mind clear with the Inbox 0 feature. It took me 5 minutes to integrate and understand. Now I use it everyday and I like how emailing now feels interesting again.
What do you dislike about the product?
Of course the fact that it costs you money makes yout think about using it since it's "just an email app", however, I think once you use it, you understand why it is a great investment
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Emailing takes a lot of my bandwith through the day and feeling organized is a big priority for me. Superhuman helps me with both.
