Super easy-to-use email client
What do you like best about the product?
What I absolutely love about Superhuman is how easy it makes it to browse through emails really fast using my keyboard. I use it every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. I wish the AI was able to mimic my tone of voice more than is currently the case.
2. I wish the Hubspot integration would allow me to selectively sync conversations to the CRM

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman allows me to have an always-open email client with good filtering, the ability to use my keyboard to browse and that is easy to use.
I have recommended Superhuman to friends already!
What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman helps me carve out unnecessary emails from my inbox so I can focus on what is high priority. It cuts down on my stress levels becuase I am only looking at what is doable and actionable for today. Highly recommend!
What do you dislike about the product?
Superhuman takes some getting used to initially, but the shortcuts are intuitive and their help team (Delight team) is SUPERhuman fast at answering any and all questions. Unbeatable service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman helps me remember to follow up on important emails but also removes them from my inbox until it is time to deal with them.

What do you like best about the product?
It has made answering emails fun, it decluttered my mind, increased my productivity and ensured that I am on top of all my communications. Apple level customer support. I have transitionied instantaneously and their onboarding is timely to help you learn the new tools. I now only use superhuman for emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably still needs improvements for team splits and company wide implementation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email clutter, enjoyment of email, follow up scheduling efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps you navigate your mailbox quickly and reach the "zero inbox" stage daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Menus (especially the cmd+k menu) could be way better and easier to handle. Also, it modifies your inbox (in your "home" email accounts). So, if you use labels and folders, beware of this. Beyond that, an incredibly capable app to boost your performance

Super fast, super slick with simple effective methods to manage chaotic email inboxes
What do you like best about the product?
Full Mac OS client which is very fast and very quick to navigate. While it saves a lot of time, jsut navigating, it really comes into it;s own in how you manage email in it. My inbox was NEVER zero before Superhuman. Now it is nearly always zero. It's hard to say exactly why, but Superhuman focuses on having everything to hand just when you need it. I feel if their developers see something taking two clicks they will figure out how to make it one - or just there in front of you. They seem obsessive in a good way about fast workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would really like the Hubspot addin in Gmail available directly in it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reduced time in email and making it super easy to remember what I need to be on top of. It is excellent at reminding me when to get back to people, when to chase unanswered emails etc - That is a huge benefit when a missed email can lose you business.
Saves more than an hour a day, makes me more reliable
What do you like best about the product?
The keyboard shortcuts are amazing. Onboarding is super easy. The speed is real, particularly on the mac app.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bulk email handling on mobile is wanting and the mobile app for iOS as a whole feels like it's designed for occasional out-of-pocked use rather than continuous engagement. AI responses are more aspirational than useful. I keep trying to use them and they're not there yet.

Email triage, responsiveness, prioritization of email.

What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman has given back control of my email! Fast, efficient combined with reminders makes purchasing a nobrainer. I don't know what I would do without Superhuman. Implementation is simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing right now as I just started using it a week ago. I use it everyday.

Time it takes to respond to emails is minimal with Superhuman
Blazingly Fast
What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman saves me countless hours a week...nothing slips through the cracks in my inbox! It is a delight to use. Shortcuts make clearing the inbox so fast, and the team is always sending over helpful tips to optimize use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't know what to do with all the free time it saves :)

It helps me reach inbox zero, action emails quicker, and stay organized.

What do you like best about the product?
Makes email so much faster and honestly more fun.

Only downside is to use it to the fullest you really need to make use of the keyboard shortcuts. If you don't like that it might not be as helpful for you.

It's making email much faster and less of a hasstle
A real game-changer for anyone working email on daily basis
What do you like best about the product?
Every element of the user interface on both computer and mobile are extremely intuitive and very well thought through. When using Superhuman, I have similar feelings of excitements as when using Apple products. When you use Superhuman's easy-to-learn shortcuts and way of processing your inbox, you don't need to take your hands off your keyboard and simply handle one email after another. It helps you focus on what's really important. I couldn't rave enough about the AI supported Summarize feature, converting long threads into a few bullet points for my quick understanding of what's going on. Any question is responded quickly by the Support team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is the absence of the Summarize feature on mobile, but the Superhuman team confirmed this is coming soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a Head of Sales & Marketing, email is my main communication channel. Superhuman helps me handle the same amount of work in considerably smaller amount of time.
