What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the simple aesthetics, the easy keyboard shortcuts, and being able to combine calendars has been especially helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes find the keyboard shortcuts are not always intuitive, though I may need to simply practice using them more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to combine calendars has saved me a lot of time when trying to find times for clients to meet with my boss. I also just enjoy looking at Superhuman's interface more than Gmail.

I finally feel like my inbox is under control.

What do you like best about the product?
It adds a ton of layers of productivity to my workflow from snippets, to keyboard short cuts, to integrated AI writing tool it helps me keep my inbox under control and instead of 30-50 messages piled up I usually end my days with 5 or less in my inbox waiting for some action.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downside is it doesn't support all email providers. So you have to be using gmail or outlook in order to take advantage of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making me more efficient at email, and when email is half or more of my communication per day any time savings there is a huge win.

This app saved my life

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love how intuitive it is to use this app. I can use natural language for workflows, but it also gives me hints for keyboard shortcuts along the way so I can eventually become superhuman.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is a bit high for most people, especially if you don't get team/company buy-in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's creating clarity around email priority, setting reminder followups if no reply, AI drafting, summarizing, triaging emails into priority.

What do you like best about the product?
The speed of navigation is insane. I'm able to work through my inbox extremely fast. As someone who likes to aim for an empty inbox by the end of the day, Superhuman has made that incredibly simple. A few checks throughout the day and my inbox zero goal is easily achieved. Gone are the days of marking emails important just so I can remember to come back to them. Now, I simply hit "H" and set myself a reminder at whatever time I choose for it to come back in my inbox.

Organizing my inbox is a breeze now too. Just by typing "V" I'm able to stow away important emails exactly where I need them.

Once I picked up on the shortcuts, my experience with Superhuman flourished. The best part is, if you forget a command, a simple Cmd + K (on Mac) will get you access to everything you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ONE thing I don't love about Superhuman is it's scheduling feature. From what I can tell, if you want to schedule out and send clickable links, the recipients need to also be on Superhuman. For my job, I'm constantly sending out times for my clients to choose from to meet and am able to use the SalesForce integration on Gmail to look at my calendar and the calendar of my teammates who need to be on the call and send clickable time slots. I haven't found a way to make that happen on SuperHuman just yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease and speed of navigating through my inbox. It also provides me with client insights on when they're opening my emails and from what devices.

Superhuman brings email to the next level

  • March 14, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how fast I can plow thru my inbox, set reminders and file the email, all without my fingers leaving the keyboard. Once you master the keystrokes, you can get to inbox zero and feel the dopamine rush of that feeling. For someone who had literally 1,000's of unread emails before, I never thought that inbox zero was a reality. Now I get there every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
You will have to train yourself on the keyboard strokes. If you are open to learning a new way to handle high volume email, this may be for you. If you don't want to learn, this will be difficult for you. Also they need to improve the calendar function a bit. Basic function is there but if you are always fooling around with your calendar you will find it challenging - but luckily I can go back to Outlook to do any advanced function.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cutting thru the email inbox noise, allowing me to be efficient with my email.

Quickest Inbox Management Software

  • March 11, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how quickly Superhuman allows me to go through my emails. Additionally, the inbox splits makes it really easy to stay organized.

The keyboard shortcuts are also a lifesaver. I continuously recommend superhuman to people at work.

When i first set up Superhuman, I felt as though there was a bit of a learning curve. During that time period, customer support was extremely helpful. We did a demo and they answered all of the questions I had. It's been about 2 weeks now and I don't think I can ever go back to gmail.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't feel like there's much of a down side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I feel like they're solving the problem of efficiency. A lot of inbox managers like gmail are very slow when you are receiving a high volume of emails. Superhuman is soooo fast, it's amazing.

Surprisingly Fast and Well-Designed

  • March 08, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Aside from integrating so many features that I have paid for with separate services, Superhuman is just inherently fast. It's hard to pinpoint why, but I find myself spending much less time in email than before. It's also rock solid and stable, which can't be said about some of the more popular feature-rich email app alternatives. Customer support has also been super fast and helpful. No crazy support forms...Just send an email and someone responds within a day. The app does an excellent job of training you on the keyboard shortcuts, and the command bar is powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is up there, but I've found that I paid a similar amount for some of the separate services that offered similar features. The cost kept me from trying the service for a while, but now I'm hooked. You get what you pay for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I receive a ton of email with varying degrees of imporance. Superhuman helps me parse out the important messages and work through my inbox very quickly.
