Great but expensive ux

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and mind-blowingly fast mail client, loved it for its great UX and minimalist interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pretty expensive, sometimes not so intuitive when it comes to attachments. Does not have mail campaign features
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sort through and love the mail.

What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman boasts an exceptionally sleek interface that not only enhances my experience with email but also significantly boosts my responsiveness to incoming messages. It allows me to efficiently track sent emails and summarize them swiftly, showcasing its impressive capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only drawback is the time it takes to sift through 10 years of poorly organized emails, a mistake on my part
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me Superhuman has solved the issue of having multiple e-mail threads that I am waiting for information on before I respond, now I can hide these e-mails and schedule sent e-mails to follow up on, I am not forgetting even the smallest order or custoemr enquiry. The AI makes sending an e-mail so fast that I am sending and chasing e-mails in seconds. Also once I clear my e-mails, I can focus on other business tasks like looking for new business. It is one of the best pieces of Software I have ever sued to be honest.

its quick. great email client. works with gmail & Microsoft o365 email.

snippets needs more tutorial to help a novice SH user to get up to snippet king speed fast.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to easily access multiple email accounts without switching between apps makes the application invaluable. Responding to vendors using AI takes the guesswork out of having to write something thoughtful when you do not have the time. With multiple services and devices supported, what you do on one is replicated elsewhere without worry.

Customer service is fast and responsive when you have a question or need help. Setting up your various accounts does not take much effort at all. I have both Google Workspace and 365 configured, but now they both look exactly the same. I use only this application now, all day, across all of the devices frequently.

The AI integration gives you tools that do not require you to copy and paste elsewhere for confirmation of data.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app does have a steeper learning curve than the desktop version, and it is not easy to bulk-select large amounts of repetitive messages that need to be either deleted, archived, or marked as spam.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Access to multiple accounts from a single application with ease. Saving hours of going through message and only focusing on what is important.

What do you like best about the product?
all begins with the zero inbox concept. Once you understand some of the concepts below the app like how to manage mails but also time management, i even remember in one of my readings, get things done, i think, they explain how to manage the important things in terms of taking action, pospone, delete or delegate all of this are very intuitive in SH even when you have not read the book. Once i downloaded it was very easy to use, i have connected all my accounts in less than 5 minutes. One thing it most impressed me was the incredibly fast response they gave me when i write to them (i even though that they will answer some sort of generic answer but it was not, they took the time to properly response). So SH is best in class it is very easy to implement, to connect, to create workflows that helps you with your time management (i am using every day, almost all day). I even have integrated with google calendar (and akiflow), zoom, google meets and it is very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
i think if they could add more personalizations and outlook features like group mails by multiple variables: to, from, conversation, date, read/unread, done not done. Also i would recomend to improve calendar management. One more thing, once you star writing an email you realise that there are several things that could improve your experience, like " how you attach another email to the email you are writing" o r things like that. For sure there is a way to handle this, i´m not saying that there is no way, but the thing is that it could be better.

time management, zero inbox, focus on the important things, follow-ups, read status. overall, getting things done

Superhuman makes email work for you instead of the other way around. It takes email to the next level, its the best thing since...well...email!

What do you like best about the product?
The short keys and how intuitive the app is.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a new user, there is nothing much I dislike about the app so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems it solves are,

1. A cluttered inbox
2. Prioritizing emails
3. Creating processes for emails

With superhuman, I can efficiently handle a high volume inbox, clearly define what emails need to be actioned immediately vs later in seconds, and most importantly, never miss out an email. Emails do not get lost.

What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman is fast and intuitive. Every incremental feature is so easy to learn that you A) actually start using it, and B) it becomes a subconscious act. This is the truly unique benefit of Superhuman and why it's aptly named. You see an email, make a decision on it, and then the decision is done. Implementation and integration are both very easy. I use it all day every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app doesn't support the one Outlook-based email account that I have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Every day you get a barrage of emails that include mission-critical-important things, fast response things, absolute trash, save-for-later things....a complete hodge podge. Superhuman allows me to extract maximum value without costing me time and mental energy.

What do you like best about the product?
It makes email snappy and fun and promotes thinking less and doing more
What do you dislike about the product?
So far nothing. If I really need to then maybe I'd say I dislike that the mobile client doesn't have some functions you can use on the desktop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm responding to way more emails and just allowing more things to happen than I did before because I'm engaging and starting more conversations.
