Since when has email made you feel relaxed and productive?

What do you like best about the product?
Supehuman was recommended to me by an artist and entrepreneur who felt overwhelmed by the volume of email she received. I don't get a huge amount of email, but am very distracted by it and have had hundreds of emails in my in-box at any one time. Superhuman gives you simple processes to get you in and out of your email in a reasonable amount of time. Just by changing the way I process my email I have more time to do deep work and to concentrate. Being able to reach in-box zero makes me feel more productive and confident. And the interface is calm and relaxing, which makes a huge difference in my enjoyment of the process. I never realized how much I disliked being in my Gmail inbox until I experienced Superhuman.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that there is a bit of learning curve, but Superhuman has designed a really nice ramp up process. I would recommend staying open and following their process to learn the system. It might be mildly frustrating at first, but I find it to be worth it. Their customer service is the best and warmest I've ever experienced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to use my email box as a kind of to-do list, and it always felt like I was never done. By modifying the way I use my email and making it super-simple, I find it easy to get to in-box zero, which feels like a natural stopping point to get out of email and go do some deep work.

What do you like best about the product?
The remind feature is a must have for me as I need to follow up work from colleagues
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems that I can't select multiple attachments to drag and drop. I need to download them and drag them from the finder.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need my work to be structured. Superhuman 'forces' me to use keyboard shortcuts, that way I achieve inbox zero every week which wasn't the case before using superhuman

What do you like best about the product?
The use of shortcuts for a lot of actions. Snippets is a great time-saver. Having the ability to quickly set an email to come back later is also super useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I try to reach Inbox Zero too much and go back to email too often
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coming from Google for business to Microsoft Outlook was painful. I'm big on using shortcuts and everything seemed harder in Outlook than it needs be. I'm able to quickly get through emails and set them to remind me later so I can tackle the most pressing now

Perfect if you easily get distracted

What do you like best about the product?
I am a somewhat ADHD, easily distracted and overwhelmed person. Superhuman helps me get to inbox zero at least once a week (usually more). The keyboard shortcuts make it fun to use but the most impactful for me is probably the AI / automatic separation of important emails vs clutter which previously would always derail my day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the shortcuts do not correspond well with an Azerty keyboard in my experience. Also the calendar "AI detection" could be way better. I send many emails in Dutch and some features won't work for that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Removes all junk and focuses on taking action. The keyboard shortcuts are fast and fun.

What do you like best about the product?
The speed and intuitive nature of the platform is excellent. The onboarding is incredibly well thought out and teaches you the keyboard shortcuts which provide Superhuman with its speed.

It is super simple to set up and easy to flick between different email accounts.

I use Superhuman multiple times a day and it has sped up my email time considerably.

It also connects well with other tools which makes creating a good workflow simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is quite expensive for an email client so if you are not a email poweruser, it might be a stretch. Also the mobile app is not quite as polished as the Desktop app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It takes away a lot of clutter and makes going through my inbox quicker and simpler.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the quick keyboard functions and the ability to insert snippets into emails quickly!
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app is a little clunky still.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was spending hours pouring through emails, sorting through subscriptions and forgeting tasks. There wasn't a simple way to remind myself of to-do items in Outlook or Gmail. This is solving that. I remind myself with two keystrokes to appear in x amount of time, and the email boomerangs back to me. No guessing, no calendar additions. It's great!

What do you like best about the product?
East to remember keyboard shortcuts - like shortcuts for dummies
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost. Work pays for outlook, but I have to pay for this convenience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to set emails as done and schedule for reminders. I receive WAY too many emails and it helps cut through them before them become unmanageable.

Clean the inbox...and keep it clean

What do you like best about the product?
i have completely managed to get to a zero inbox and keep it there. i am so used to constantly checking my inbox and it has been an adjustment knowing that i don't need to but allows me to focus on the emails that require follow up.

i am constantly reminded on emails that require my attention now as they are the only ones i see in the "Important" section.
What do you dislike about the product?
not really had any downside yet other than knowing how to create a bulleted list without having to type something first and then highlight it to get the bulleted list option to appear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i only see emails that actually require my attention. everything else is in another folder and i can refer back to them if i need to.

What do you like best about the product?
The speed and simplicity of use. It saved me HOURS of work per week. I was about to hire an assistant solely to focus on email management and now I can manage it myself in minutes a day. This program had the fastest return on investment of any program I have ever implemented.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time, nothing. The program has had such an impact on me and my productivity. I have not hit any friction points.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I often have in excess of 1k emails in my inbox. Since adopting superhuman, my inbox has been at zero for almost a month. It takes minutes to go through my inbox, and simplifies things like unsubscribing! I have not started using the AI features!
