Fast, reliable, intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
It's quite fast and intuitive. Their UI helps email response time and inbox management

Lack of scheduling page is a bit frustrating and tends to add time to responding to emails

The fastest way of handling email on macOS and iPhone
What do you like best about the product?
It's the fastest email client I've tried, and I've tried them all. Yes, it's more expensive than most, but the experience, especially when you're getting used to navigating with the shortcuts, no other email client can compare. And their customer support is just amazing, I've never seen anything similar from my more than 20 years in the IT space.

What do you dislike about the product?
It still doesn't have a unified inbox and I'd love to see a Notion Calendar integration for editing calendar events.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes email fun again, by making it faster (probably more than twice as fast) and my inboxes not being cluttered
Super tool that gives you Superhuman power to defeat the inbox monster!
What do you like best about the product?
Helps me de-clutter my inbox in a matter of minutes which otherwise would take hours! Gets me to focus on important work and does not burry important emails under the sea of emails that I get. Very easy to implement and use.

Sometimes the mobile app kind of hangs when there are too many emails to clear.

Very high-quality and efficient app across iOS and MacOS
What do you like best about the product?
On Mac: the best thing is keyboard-centric approach to everything which makes any action super fast and easily accessible. Also this is the ONLY email client I know that allows you to navigate between the emails in a thread, expand and collapse them - all using your keyboard. I've dreamed about this since I used it in Gmail web app long time ago.
On iOS: email thread displayed as a chat is just awesome. Familiar command bar accessible via swipe down, and also swipable action toolbar at the botton - very convenient. Full Gmail labels support is rare on mobile too.

What do you dislike about the product?
In general: I'd love it to support Apple accounts. Right now it's Google and MS only.
Also lack of unified inbox is inconvenient when you have 4-6 accounts that you need to monitor, like I do.
On Mac: lack of multiple windows support. I'd love to be able to open two emails (sometimes even from two different accounts) side-by-side.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
First and foremost, it makes sorting and processing incoming emails much, much faster. And this does not just mean archive, delete or snooze - labelling and filing away emails is quick and easy too, so that they can be found later easily.
It reduced the stress for me in a very good way, and nothing gets lost, forgotten or not handled in proper time.

Great Productivity and Organizational Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Helps with effectively triaging an inbox quickly, helping declutter what is in front of you. Takes some time to get used to using it, but if you are diligent about setting up reminders and marking tasks done, it will quickly have an impact on productivity. Use it all day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Needs better ability to send out calendar invites, easier to use mobile app, ability to reply to calendar invites and ability to paste in outputs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me finally cut down my inbox to only the most important things, and push off tasks that matter less to later.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how the emails are laid out to be more of a text base conversation making it easy to consume. Also, the AI makes it easy to respond to emails very quickly so they don't get behind.

Just trying to memorize the shortcuts to make things fast

Over 4000 emails in my inbox and I'm down to less than 700

What do you like best about the product?
It's unbelievably clean to look at. It's fast to use and navigate. AI my my email drafts and quick AI summaries of emails or the threads. Quick functions to throw emails away like a boomerang and have them back when you can address them. When writing an email offering availability it pulls your calendar view up for quick access
What do you dislike about the product?
Calendar features are lacking, needs focus.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It stops me reading emails and then forgetting about them, I read them and get them to remind me when I know I'm next free. AI drafts is great, coupled with dictation.

I love in-box splits and the ability to bulk-trash and unsubscribe from newsletters.

No context menus when right-clicking on an inbox item. I want to be able to customize a right-click context menu.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside that I have experienced so far is the search function. I usually need to go back to my Gmail to search for things, as the Superhuman search really doesn't work all all, it pulls everything in, even when searching for an email from a specific address.

It's helping me prioritize my inbox, which saves me time. It also is helping reduce my anxiety about checking my email in the morning.
