Steep Pricing but I pay it from my private account to boost my work productivity
What do you like best about the product?
First time in years I have zero inbox and using email is not that frustrating anymore.
What do you dislike about the product?
Two things: pricing and that is not available for classical IMAP/SMPT accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes emailing super efficient and less frustrating.
I love Superhuman's UI. It's streamlined, minimalist, and has great keyboard shortcuts to GSD.
What do you like best about the product?
Their UI is excellent. Gmail is loaded with distractions and other features. Gmail filters take too long to set up in comparison, and 'snoozing' an email takes a lot longer. SH just lets me power through emails and deal with what I need to right now, get rid of junk quickly, and keep the stuff that needs more time for the future. I breathe a sigh of relief when I get through a block of emails with superhuman.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really sure. Their support is very helpful, so the few things I had questions about were all solved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I get a ton of outside email, most of which I don't have to spend more than a few seconds on. Then there are things which are important and I want to deal with during another block of time. During my email processing time blocks SH helps me get through it faster than gmail, even with gmails keyboard shortcuts.
Inbox zero with SuperHuman
What do you like best about the product?
I have multiple email accounts to manage, SuperHuman is instrumental in maintaining inbox zero across those multiple accounts
What do you dislike about the product?
Some people might be put off by paying for an email app when gmail is free. For me, increase in productivity offsets any concern I have here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was spending hours a day just answering email in a responsive manner, without really having control of my inbox in such a way that I could leverage the information I handle through my email. Superhuman helped turn my email from a time slog activity I had to do to a powerful tool for business management.
Great concept, but still kind of buggy.
What do you like best about the product?
Getting to Zero approach & the idea of seamlessly creating calendar events.
What do you dislike about the product?
Marking Emails as done did not work properly, calendar takes a long time to load when looking for suitable timeslots and only English supported for AI Creation and Auto-Correct.

Writing emails.
Superhuman as a Sales Rep
What do you like best about the product?
Allows me to triage my inbox so I can quickly respond to clients and never miss an email. Super easy to use, super fast, saves me hours every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to note - they could amp up their "Superhuman for sales" features but they're currently working on that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Saves me at least an hour weeding through non-essential emails
- Reminders, snippets and superhuman commands allows me to fly through email without needed to touch my mouse

Superhuman is the best email App I have ever used
What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity, integrated flow to have 0 email bow at the end of the day, the shortcut keybord which are so intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found yet what I dislike... Maybe the price only.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Perfect flow to empty your email bow, the reminders make everything easy, and the keyboard shortcut will make you feel that you will love managing email again
Best email program - saves me a lot of time each day
What do you like best about the product?
The program makes me excited about doing emails. The AI function is amazing; helps me to structure my thinking and turn my notes into real emails that are written in my tone of voice. Saves me real time each day
What do you dislike about the product?
I like the Superhuman iPhone app too, but I am not as in love with it as the Mac Desktop version. Likely it just a matter of me familiarizing myself more with shortcuts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- It is creating an overview and structure in my emails
- It has helped me to unsubsribe from marketing emails in bulk. That literally saved up space in my head.
- It is making me be on top much more given the reminder features.

Good product, but it lacks features.
What do you like best about the product?
It is fast and has friendly functions for the operations
What do you dislike about the product?
It lacks more Visual functions, not everyone likes to use the keyboard, on the other hand it does not have a built-in translator function, not to mention versions in other languages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So far it hasn't solved any problems for me, nor has it made it easier to read and respond to emails.
Timesaver + Productivity killer
What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman is a timesaver, a productivity killer and super userfriendly musthave app.
You can talk with the Superhuman crew when you have a question. They are really fast (and cool). I use it every day for all my companies and I switch from gmail in few days. It was very easy.

Be focus on what matters. And learn to love work with (lot of) mails everyday
Amazing application! Much better than outlook, gmail or Apple Mail on IOS
What do you like best about the product?
The easibility, and fastness it provides to see and reply to emails on the go (mobile application). It's amazing how Superhuman has transferred me from using outlook to Superhuman in no time at all! Amazing team and amazing product.

Nothing, absolutely everything about superhuman is amazing!
