What do you like best about the product?
You are not over whelmed with looking at a ton of emails, easy to navigate from one task to another and set easy reminders/ follow ups.

I have finished my days with 0 emails for the past 2 weeks!

What do you dislike about the product?
I reccomend the desktop/laptop version over the mobile. The mobile still works just not as quickly or as useful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to set reminder emails to send to customers and upper management if the email is not responded to.

What do you like best about the product?
It's saves you time on email and helps prioritize your work. There's very easiable accessible staff support and a system there to help you learn how to optimize it's use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can take awhile to learn the system to make it work for you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me prioritize a large amount of incoming email, which frees me up for more time for deep think, meetings, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
The speed of the interface is fast and helps you stay focused on working through your email. The keyboard shortcuts only add to that speed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is high for what it's offering. It's easily worth it to me for the time I've saved but I wonder how much I could teach myself the shortcuts for outlook and achieve similar speed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It reduces distractions by being fast and responsive. It allows for quicker processing of e-mail.

Allow the method to reach zero inbox and plenty of automation

Lacking full functionality on mobile devices and too expensive, the calendar integration is good but not so powerful as outlook

What do you like best about the product?
Keyboard shortcuts to get rid of emails to unclutter the inbox like a madman.
What do you dislike about the product?
The messaging thread took a bit of getting used to for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Was missing important messages cause of email clutter.

What do you like best about the product?
I can manage mulitple email accounts efficiently and keyboard shortcuts speed me up.
Support is better than anything i've used too!! I always get an email back within a few hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
not much ;) I love all of it so i don't know what to write here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i manage multiple accounts for business and a personal account. Switching in gmail was always painful. Superhuman makes it easy

What do you like best about the product?
Once you learn the capabilities and "How-To" of Superhuman (it's not hard) it's become so fast getting to "Inbox Zero". Overall it's more than just "an app", as it allows me to feel confident that I've gotten through my chaos of emails and I haven't let anything fall through the cracks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly...there isn't much to not like when it comes to functionality. Financially, it feels expensive at first until you see what it does for you. I just remind myself that the anxiety it has saved me is well worth $1 a day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of emails falling through the cracks (not replying at all, not responding on time, etc.)

What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman is my favorite email client by far. It saves me a ton of time with its different inboxes, allowing me to stay organized and efficient. I also love the satisfaction I get when I mark an email as "done," which helps to keep my inbox from getting cluttered. The new AI features offered by Superhuman have been extremely handy, and I appreciate that the team is constantly adding new features to enhance the user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I tend to need to dig for emails when I'm on my mobile device, which is not the easiest thing to get to sometimes. I also had to wait for the Android app version to come out when I first started using Superhuman on my computer - but it's here now and still way better than using the Gmail app.

I also would say it can take a bit of time to learn the shortcuts — I still haven't learned them all. But the ones I have learned and use, those save me a ton of time!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It automatically buckets my emails into different categories so I can prioritize the ones that really matter. And it definitely learns based on my behavior.

Recently the team has also implemented AI for helping to draft emails - and the system has already learned my tone of voice so the more I've used it, the less need to edit before I hit send.

focus on the important mails, while pushing the others to categories. good support. i use it daily.

lack of rules to mark emails as read from specific senders
