What do you like best about the product?
I love the organization that SuperHiman provides, along with read emails etc. In addition, the reminder feature keeps important projects and sales funnel items top of mind and at the forefront of my daily routine

Learning quick keys and the nuances of the product to get the full usefulness out of the product

Reminders and making sure things do not get lost in the shuffle

What do you like best about the product?
Email tends to frazzle me. What's the difference between actionable emails and emails you want to do later? The traditional flagging doesn't quite cut it. Flagging and reminders? Even more so. Superhuman is perfect for the modern business user with highly fragmented attention. It helps you grapple. Customer service and experience is fantastic as well. No frills installation. It integrates well with my workflows, and I used it on a daily basis across multiple accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could be better with PDFs and print-outs of rails because other people still prefer that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling and managing emails.

What do you like best about the product?
Super smooth, extremely fast, easy to use - you get emails every day teaching you about a new functionality which is realy helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if it imported inboxes from split inboxes on Gmail for example. I had set up all my newsletters to go to one inbox, but that was lost with switching to Superhuman.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves a lot of time triaging emails

What do you like best about the product?
At first Superhuman felt too hi-tech for me coming from Gmail but just 1-2 hours later I was hooked. Slowly found comfort in the keyboard shortcuts and UI. I've seen a significant bump in getting my emails done fast. Earlier I might have missed out on emails but now no chance. The reminders are very handy too because as a CSM it's key that my follow up game stay on top. Never imagined that keyboard shortcuts would be my cup of tea. Now I don't I can go back to the normal gmail. The setup and onboarding was quite smooth too. The summarisation feature is very helpful for me since I can have threads with 15+ emails and now don't need to read through each one of them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Keyboard shortcuts take some time to get used to. Gmail plugins/integrations can't be accessed which is a bummer for me since I use Groove's gmail plugin regularly. In such cases I'll need to revisit the normal gmail. Integrations can get better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Boost in productivity and keeping inbox empty.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm usually very calm, but when i started contacting investors and clietns i missed many important emails. superhuman made it way easier to handle what's really important and to get me to inbox 0

What do you like best about the product?
It's a super user-friendly tool that saves you time by offering shortcuts and organizing emails efficiently. The best part is that you don't lose any of Gmail's functions. It has greatly assisted me in saving time and organizing my inbox.


Moreover, Superhuman excels at guiding you through the initial setup process. It's the first time I completely changed my email client: now I use Superhuman regularly to the point where I have stopped using my Gmail directly.


The support team is very helpful and they even offer guided sessions if you need extra help with Superhuman functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting started, specifically achieving inbox zero, took longer than anticipated (1 to 2 days). This delay is primarily my responsibility due to the overwhelming number of emails that needed to be sorted through. Nevertheless, I had hoped for a quicker progress in organizing my inbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My inbox is chaotic, causing me to miss emails and lose track of important conversations. Superhuman is an innovative email client that efficiently saves time and effortlessly organizes your inbox. It has transformed the way I prioritize my emails and tackle pending tasks, significantly improving my productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to set reminders about important message to refer back to.
Calendar integration is quick and easy. Customer service was responsive and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to swipe to next message on mobile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reminds me to get back to leads or important to-do messages.

Superhuman has significantly improved my email response time

What do you like best about the product?
The shortcuts on Superhuman are key for navigating my inbox and rapidly responding to email messages. Split inbox is also helpful but I have not taken full advantage of it. The automatic integrations with Zoom are fantastic for scheduling appointments with my correspondents. I usually hate help emails for customer support but these emails detailing shortcuts and features that can be used in Superhuman are very helpful and useful to me. Overall, the app's seamless integration in my workflow makes me want to use it multiple times a day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the calendar integration falls short—I would really like to have a scheduling link that can see my availability and offer times to the people I'm corresponding with. Additionally, having inboxes separated across accounts is distracting at times as certain inboxes have shared contexts—so jumping from email to email makes my experience worse at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My response time is significantly improved with using Superhuman and that is contributing greatly to my productivity. Shortcuts, workflow, and integrations with key tools like Zoom and my calendar have made the pain points of email management much more bearable and therefore gets me stuck into my work.
