What do you like best about the product?
Ever since I started using Superhuman, my perception of managing emails has completely transformed. It's not just an email client; it's a productivity powerhouse that streamlines my daily communication needs with its speed and intuitive interface.

One of the most significant benefits of Superhuman is its speed. Email processing is lightning-fast, and the shortcuts are a game-changer. I no longer dread going through my inbox because Superhuman has turned it into a swift and almost enjoyable task.

What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman makes it easy to sail through emails with keystrokes, not mouseclicks. For keyboard shortcut folks, it's the best way to use email. Outlook and Gmaiil are cluttered with useless buttons, and Superhuman eliminates all of that so you only need what is there. Took 2 minutes to install the app on mobile and desktop and was live in no time. Customer success super responsive, product team is really driven to make this work. I now use it every day. It's easy, fast, and simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Main shortcoming right now is on the limited calendar features. I know that's a top priority and can't wait to have a better way to book meetings.

Faster, better, simpler, and fun way to conquer emails

What do you like best about the product?
The sleek efficient way it makes you work is the best thing about Superhuman.
One of the coolest things is how the email conversations are displayed like a messaging conversation on the mobile devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything so far that I do not like.

Superhuman makes working through emails a breeze, it helps me get through and respond to many emails efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the distraction free gui with shortcommands to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
- for a premium software and cannot handle other date and time formats
- no encyption of email (pgp)
- integration to fantastical
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dont have any problems yet. I understand the need of a good email client that can support an email management of high intake of emails. Im not there yet - but my intetion is to grow my business . And it is better to set some procedures now that will also work when my business is bigger

What do you like best about the product?
The fast and clean UI, the ability to have long threads in the form of a chat. Cleaning the mail within seconds. Cleaning junk and unsubscribing from unwanted mails within just two clicks and also clearing them from the inbox. Truly astonishing how well crafter this piece of software is.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price, though it very high priced but it's undoubtedly a premium product.

Efficiency of managing mails and actually reading them

1. the shortcuts are intuitive and quick. most shorcuts are just 1 key.
2. UI/UX interface is great, clean and soft on the eyes.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. doesn't have GChat integrated. i have to have 2 separate windows - one for gchat, one for superhuman for emails.
2. a bit hard to find an exhaustive list of shortcuts to use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. saves time from emails!
2. makes me feel more productive
3. my emails are cleaner, more structured and hits the points.

What do you like best about the product?
So many things to count.
But using the command center for all things email is amazing!
Want to archive something, simply tap on "e". Don't want to answer an email at that moment, tap on H and be reminded later.

Using superhuman changed my relationship to email.

On another note, the customer support at Super Human is bomb!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont like that I can't edit the profiles of people that are not in superhuman and sometimes it messes up and shows the details or profile picture of someone else.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making email fun to interact with. It makes dealing with emails less daunting.

LOVE how snappy and quick it is. Really easy to use once you get up on the learning curve and the keyboard shortcuts make it a breeze too.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that you have the gamification of Emails, I love going through and having the satisfaction of getting to inbox zero where I used to have thousands of emails! I also never miss a beat and am top of my most important emails with control over what appears in where with some simple setups.
What do you dislike about the product?
Love the whole superhuman concept! And with ongoing improvements and support from the team you feel heard
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping me across everything and anything in the e-commerce world and prioritising and being able to trigger reminders but removing it completely from your mind!

What do you like best about the product?
I really like to onboarding experience with a customer support agent. He helped me a lot and I felt that they really understand my challenges. It was super easy to start using it with my different email addresses.

Regarding the tool, it is super smooth , easy to use and helps me to reach zero inbox often.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't find something so far.

I'll be checking for it in detail.

I'm getting thousands of emails every month and I was not able to handle it. This was a huge headache for me. Thanks to its simple user interface and I'm now able to reach zero inbox.
