As a founder constantly trying to stay on top of my inbox, Superhuman is truly a life saver.
What do you like best about the product?
I finally feel like I have control over my inbox and has had an impact on my responsiveness and overall productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Calendar feature!! When I need to check out my sched/get on calls, I wish I could just go to a Superhuman calendar.
Also, when I'm scheduling calendar invites with other teammates from email, I wish I could more easily see their calendars while trying to find a time. Sometimes I can get to view their cals, other times I just get frustrated and go straight to my cal.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Feels like an email to-do list - can easily manage and prioritize inbox, separate important vs. not important emails, make sure my team is on top of responding to emails.

What do you like best about the product?
Super efficient, multiple inboxes in one app, really intuitive keyboard shortcuts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish there was a notes app, that you could edit events from the calendar in superhuman, and that highlight a date/ time > schedule event on Gcal (for iPhone use).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time spent on email > so much faster with shortcuts.
Missing important emails > love the reminders function!

The best experience, with a big price tag
What do you like best about the product?
It is not just an app, they also include greater customer service and help to discover and adapt to the best email experience for your use-case.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricetag, but I get my employeer to pay, so its all good!

Get to inbox zero asap, minimize wasted time and improve productivity. Also, no email gets lost
Superhuman has changed my life!!!
What do you like best about the product?
SO easy to use, keeps me organized, FAST to clear out inbox, nothing gets lost or deleted. Copy feature is FAST AND EASY when I have to paste info somewhere else, and has the header info.

I love this app. I don't know what I don't like....
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My inbox used to have THOUSANDS of emails because I never wanted to delete anything. I set up folders and automations and tried to organize, but it never really helped. I tried superhuman and embraced their system and IT CHANGED MY LIFE. I'm on inbox zero for 100 weeks!!! I love how it shows me when emails have been read. I love sending things back to myself when I need it, instead of just leaving the email floating for weeks! I LOVE the key commands! I can get through my inbox within 30 minutes every morning. When I see that image when my inbox is empty, it feels so great!
Fast, smart and clean
What do you like best about the product?
If emails is a big part of your work, then save yourself time by switching to Superhuman. It is easy & fast to navigate, it has smart functions to streamline the flow such as reminders and follow-up, it offers tracking so you are ahead of the conversation and lately it's been boosted with AI-power.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI has improvements to do, especially to make the window more reactive to external monitors and to be able to toggle between views (e.g. like Notion has)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing me to spend less time getting through a cluttered inbox and improving the quality of my output, both with reminders, tracking and level of communication thanks to their AI enhancing features.
Superhuman saves me hours a week
What do you like best about the product?
I get through my email significantly faster. Ergonomics are truly thought out - so many little things that take far too much time in other systems, are fast in Superhuman. Calendar integration, reminders, templates, sending later, split inbox, and easily accessing and switching between multiple email accounts. All of these on top of the extremely fast and keyboard-centric user experience make for a delightful tool that I use every day, which saves me at least a couple of hours a week compared to Gmail, of which I was a power-user before.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't encountered any downsides to using Superhuman. I sometimes hear folks complaining about the cost. If you don't feel like saving 2+ hours a week and being so much faster working through your email is worth it, then maybe it's not for you.

Makes it fast and easy to get through my inbox, stay on top of emails, and never miss anything.
When expectations meet the reality
What do you like best about the product?
I can easily say, that Superhuman is the best way to manage your email.
The simplicity of the UX, refined UI, variety of shortcuts and the speed of using it is just unbelievable.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only one thing that I dislike is stickiness of it. What I mean by the stickiness is - when you migrate to Superhuman client, it transforms your emails the way that it becomes very hard then to move back to other email clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The synergy of the mobile and desktop app is awesome. It makes you operate very fast. The reminder function helps a lot.

What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much I don't like about superhuman. That said it takes a while to get used to the new interface after moving from gmail.

Reminding me about various tasks that come through email

What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman is a blazing-fast email client. It makes dealing with my emails every day so much easier and better. I would say the best part is how fast everything feels rather than how slow and clunky Gmail is.

I wish I was able to use it for work but sadly it isn't allowed at my company.
