I tell everyone I know about Superhuman
What do you like best about the product?
I can manage 10+ emails in one app. The UI + shortcuts is the best out there - better than any other email tool I've used. Their onboarding was really good (just one call) and I learned a ton that has improved my email skills.
What do you dislike about the product?
Calendar integrations are a little weak but their feature set is expanding so I'll be patient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing multiple inboxes in an easy fashion.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm able to use the shortcuts to quickly go through my emails & get to inbox zero very fast. I also really like the seamless reminders, follow ups, & superhuman commands:
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't connect to my CRM Close so it's not easy to manage sales interactions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me better manage my email & get through emails faster saving time & money.
Inbox zero
What do you like best about the product?
The AI filter for "important" messages really works. With Gmail, I was constantly missing messages but Superhuman intelligently cuts the noise and shows me the messages that matter.
I like the keyboard shortcuts and the snippets feature.
Overall, I spend a lot less time on email.

The attachment handling needs some work. Its a little pricey for what it is.

Overwhelming inbox
Managing your inbox sucks, Superhuman makes it almost enjoyable
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy how quickly I can get back to inbox Zero (they even celebrate when you do it). My inbox perfectly filters (or splits) exactly as I need it to. The handkeys built it make it super efficient to navigate.When I first signed up, I had a call with someone from their team and they walked me through everything I needed to know. I use it for both my work email and my personal email.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they had more color options for text. My companies brand colors are not an option. I also wish there was a notification of some sort when I get an new unread email to one of my split inboxes - I sometimes miss things.

What do you like best about the product?
While I realy love the clean UI, keyboard shortcuts and features of Superhuman my favorite part has to be the mind set you learn from Superhuman through one-on-one onboarding process with their customer support. Through using the Superhuman I limited the amount of time scanning, avoiding and processing emails. Instead I am able to FOCUS. In addition the scheduling and reminding tools make it easy to address the important but not urgent items in my inbox for a later time. It only took me a few hours to get used to Superhuman's keyboard shortcuts and I'm always learning new ways to better use it every day
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I like least about Superhuman is the app. It's not bad but it cannot compare to the speed wtih using Superhuman on the computer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman helps me focus my inbox and my work. In addition it helps me keep track of people to follow up with a huge part of my responsiblities at work when reaching out to new and existing clients.
Super human efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman has streamlined the process of managing emails and ending cluttered inboxes. I've been using Superhuman for 3 years and their thoughtful approach to UX and shortcuts makes email almost enjoyable. Also appreciated the live onboarding session to get me set up and dialed with Superhuman.
What do you dislike about the product?
$30/month isn't cheap but relative to other business expenses, a small price to pay. Wish they'd introduce team pricing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman helps me manage an overwhelming amount of emails. It keeps my inbox organized and automatically prioritizes emails for me. The reminder feature allows me to quickly batch tasks for follow up when I have time.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the feature to remind me of an email on a particular date and time - it really helps me organize and keep track of many items.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing - it took just a bit to get the swing of things, but well worth the few days of figuring out the shortcuts, etc!!

As a business, we have been able to filter through our inboxes with ease and efficiently complete our tasks with features such as snippets, reminders, etc.
Simply delightful.

How fast an efficiently I'm able to go through my email.

Search is not truly functional. I have to go to Mail.app to find my email most of the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing me to get more time back to truly organize and act upon what I need to do.

What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman has truly changed the way I handle my crowded inbox. It's straightforward and easy to use. The feature where I can sort emails into distinct categories feels like I have my own digital filing assistant. Those keyboard shortcuts have shaved minutes off my daily routine, and searching for old emails is no longer the treasure hunt it once was. The app finds what I need almost instantly. I must say, the AI-powered email drafting is impressive; it often anticipates what I want to say, making replying to emails even faster. Lastly, its clean design keeps my work space feeling tidy and organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's been a mostly positive experience, but there are a couple of things I hope they’d improve. I’d love for it to be compatible with more than just Gmail and Outlook. And, while I understand the value it provides, the monthly fee is a tad high for my liking.
