What do you like best about the product?
When using gmail I would spend approximately 30 minutes every morning simply going through my email. Figuring out what to reply to and what was spam. Superhuman has not only cut that time down to 10 min. max. It has made responses easier. With snippets, I don't have to write out every answer. With split inboxes I know who is a priority right of the bat. Time is money in my industry and superhuman has already paid for itself several times. The new AI feature is true convience for when the coffee hasn't kicked in just yet.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, some of the pictures. But I could care less haha
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reducing time in my email. Timely responses to clients and allied resources. Bettering my email verbage. Helping me never miss a response to an email. Keeping my email organized.

What do you like best about the product?
The speed at which you can deal with emails is unprecedented, mainly because of the emphasis on keyboard shortcuts. It's also much better in handling multiple email accounts and vastly better than doing Gmail in browser tabs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's very little to complain about. Perhaps if you weren't into keyboard shortcuts you'd be at a relative disadvantage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I felt inundated with emails, frustrated by multiple Gmail tabs, and just loathed any email-related task.

What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman makes me feel, well.... like I'm Superhuman! I know that sounds corny, but it's true. Being able to quickly review, filter, and sort emails with just a click of a button means I'm not distracted by constantly reviewing my inbox and trying to decide on what to tackle first. I easily prioritize my day and check things off as I go. And it always feel good acheiving "inbox zero," which is made possible by the "remind me" feature built into the platform

They also have an incredible onboarding team. I attended two live webinars (where my questions were answered completely), and even met with one of the webinar hosts 1:1 to sort through my organization's use case and workflow to see if we are a good fit. On top of that, I still receive a daily tip via email (which I've sorted into a dedicated "Split" in my inbox. These emails teach me a new trick each day, and they format the content so that you can test it right away. Awesome way to learn!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing currently missing for my team is the integration with HubSpot for logging and tracking emails. However, this is on their roadmap, and I'm hoping to be a part of the Beta testing team!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to be bogged down in my email every day, constantly scrollin through them trying to pick and choose what to do next. But Superhuman helps me easily organize messages and even kick ones out to come back around and remind me of the task at a later, more appropriate, date.

What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman is a game-changer to manage your emails. It saves me so much time. EVERY. SINGLE. DAY.

Reaching inbox zero and knowing that I will never forget anything is priceless.
At first, I thought the monthly price was too expensive, but I tried it and haven't looked back since!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I love as it is. I would not want to use any other system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being lost in the crazy bnumber of emails I receive everyday!
With Superhuman, I am 100% confident I never miss anything and I get to inbox zero almost everyday :)

What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman has changed my workflow

I use superhuman daily to keep my inbox clean and keep the perfect overview

With Superhuman I save at least 15-30 minutes a day
It helps me to answer mails lets me check if I have done an important mail or reminds me if someone didn't answer my mail especially I like the Ki tool for writing mails it formulates very good text with the right spelling and that not only in English but also in German
And you also get quick help from customer support if you don't understand something.
Linking with my old G-Mail account was easy and effortless
Therefore superhuman became my daily assistant the simple implementation and good manageability have simply a huge impact on my daily To Do's.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that put me off at the beginning was the price of $30 per month, but when I count up the time it saves me, the email provider is well worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It lets me sort my email quickly and easily and I always have the most important things in view

What do you like best about the product?
Speed of handling email, consistently hitting inbox zero, keyboard shortcuts.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes some effort to learn the shortcuts and new email habits, but worth the effort!

Superhuman fixed my cluttered inbox on day one. It now helps me stay on top of the email that matters.

What do you like best about the product?
The keyboard driven workflow is a huge plus for me. Just about everything has a hotkey, and if you forget what it is there is a command line like interface. Being able to schedule an email to resurface in my inbox is a huge win for me as well. It reduces the amount of distracting clutter in my inbox and reminds me to followup at a time of my choosing. Superhuman has been a huge improvement to my workflow, I've used it exclusively since day one. Also it took about 10 minutes to get rolling which was great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Realisitcally there is very little in the way of downsides that I've found. I would suggest new users to make sure they keep a close eye on the "Other" mail category when starting out as it needs a little help at first figuring out what is important. This is a minor thing though, and gets better with usage very quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes email easy to deal with and keeps clutter out of my inbox. I am a person that is easily distracted with a huge amount of items in my inbox and Superhuman has been the first product that felt like I could move things out of my immediate view and get reminded about them when I needed them.
