Great platform that has made me much more efficient and organized with email

  • October 13, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like their functionality in sorting between important emails and more automated ones I don't need to reply to.
Shortcuts are a big time saver once you get the hang of them.
Platform is intutitve and easy to stay organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally it seems like email content comes through differently, like missing a photo or formatting, on Superhuman than they would otherwise but its pretty rate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staying organized on emails, does a better job of letting me prioritize my emails and easy to quickly set up reminders for precise times. A lot of these features are comparable to ones in Gmail for instance, but find them much more efficient to use and intutive in Superhuman. Helpful shortcuts save time throughout.

What do you like best about the product?
The keyboard shortcut driven interface makes daily email follow ups and correspondence lightning fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to find something I dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to keep moving my hand to the mouse and clicking all over the place. I can do everything I need to directly from the keyboard with easy-to-use keyboard shortcuts.

It also provides GEN-AI for quick drafts of email responses that cut down on composition time.

Overall, Superhuman saves me time - estimated >3 hours/day saved by switching to Superhuman

Best email experience for speed and focus

  • October 10, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Use keyboard shortcuts for everything, forget the mouse/touchpad. Manage your inbox by splitting priorities and focusing on your current work, rather than on who has emailed you in the last hour. Follow up easily on anything that you need to keep track of. For people who use email as the center of their work, it's a major improvement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that bothers me. As with all truly innovative tools you have to practice a bit to form new habits, but the onboarding is very well integrated into the product. Google chat and spaces are not integrated, so still need to keep it on separately, but it might actually be good for improved focus.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing priorities and avoiding distractions

Superb experience

What do you like best about the product?
Oh, where do I even start with Superhuman? I've been using a ton of email clients over the years, and there's just something about Superhuman that clicks with me.

Speed: First off, it's blazing fast. I can't emphasize this enough. No lag, no waiting, just smooth sailing. And in a busy workday, every second counts.

Keyboard Shortcuts: I've become kind of a shortcut junkie. I never thought I'd be this person, but once you get the hang of it, it's hard to go back. Superhuman's shortcuts are a game-changer.

AI Smarts: The AI features make me feel like I've got a little digital butler helping me out. It's incredible how it prioritizes my emails, making sure I don't miss out on anything important.

Slick Design: I'm a sucker for good design, and Superhuman is just...well, super in this department. It's minimalist yet efficient, which works wonders for my focus.

Read Status: I must admit, there's something satisfying about knowing when someone's read my email. It's like a mini superpower, knowing when to follow up or just wait it out.

Search: And don't even get me started on the search function. I can find that one email from months ago in a flash, which is more than I can say for my previous email clients.

Customer support is also very helpful so big plus for me for the price!
What do you dislike about the product?
Oh man, while I've sung praises for Superhuman and genuinely appreciate its features, there are a few things that bug me:

Pricing: It's not the most budget-friendly email client out there. I mean, I get paying for quality, but the monthly cost is steep, especially when there are free or cheaper alternatives available.

Exclusivity: When I first heard about it, it felt like you needed an "invite" to get in. That kind of exclusivity can be off-putting, like there's some secret club you're not part of.

Limited Email Provider Support: They don't support all email providers, which is a bit of a bummer. If you're not on one of their supported platforms, you're out of luck.

Learning Curve: The abundance of keyboard shortcuts is both a blessing and a curse. It's great once you get the hang of it, but there's definitely a learning curve in the beginning.

Overhyped? Sometimes, I feel it gets more hype than it might deserve. Don't get me wrong, it's good, but with so much talk about it, the expectations can skyrocket.

Not for Casual Users: If you're someone who checks emails once in a blue moon, Superhuman might feel like overkill. It's more suited for heavy email users or professionals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Productivity!

The best email client for better focus

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the opinions that Superhuman has about how to manage emails. I find that it allows me to sit down and get through my inbox in one sitting every day, freeing up my time later in the day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their shortcut system is powerful, but it can sometimes make it difficult to remember them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman is solving my problem of reminding me of emails, and allowing me to handle my emails at a dedicated time instead of checking every single hour.

Eventually, a tool that gives me control

What do you like best about the product?
The quick menu, it's genius! I can rattle through large quantities of emails, unsubscribe, move to later, tag, without touching my mouse, it's super quick! I can get in and out quickly so I'm spendi.g less time on emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find threads confusing sometimes, I find I have to scroll through a few times to understand the chronology.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me finish my day with an empty inbox, I can schedule emails to come back tomorrow, unsubscribe quickly and easily tag emails. Its also super easy to do these things without touching my mouse, lets me get into a flow!

Celebrating Superhuman: A Game-Changer for Email Efficiency

  • October 09, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The best in Superhuman for me is the keyboard command, which is full of shortcuts. You avoid the mouse and make things fast. For example, unsubscribing from an email list or blocking another annoying sender, it's always fast and simple.

I've also been using the AI tool, and it's saving so much time. I need to write emails in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, and it's been a very good way to speed up the process of writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only disliked point is the cost. For us, startup owners, it's a little bit expensive, even understanding that we optimize our time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I understand that the problem is the amount of time that I used to spend checking and writing emails.
The traditional tools and email clients are full of features, but at the same time so confusing.
The simple ones have a lack of resources, so you miss the powerful features.
Superhuman developed a different approach in a way that solves what other tools tried but failed.

So fast!

What do you like best about the product?
Took me a couple of days to fully integrate the keyborad shortcuts, but now that I have them down, Superhuman email is super fast and efficient. I never want to be without Superhuman again!
What do you dislike about the product?
The one downside to Superhuman is that I can't incorporate all three of my emails into one inbox and have to bounce back and forth between inboxes. It's not the end of the world, but it would be helpful .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
