What do you like best about the product?
It save time in daily email management. Great UI
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't support google advanced security. No contol for offline work
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bad and slow UI for other email clients

What do you like best about the product?
The speed at which I can get through my inbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only downside is that you pay per month...and it's totally worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickly making email reminders to pop up on a specific day and time.
Separating out all the "other" emails that I can very quickly run through to get to the most important ones.
TEMPLATES are wonderful, that also include the subject line.

What do you like best about the product?
I changed my habits around email from foldering them for later to batch addresses to quickly moving through them and addressing only important ones. They jumped on a call with me at the start and really helped me find the best practices, including shortcuts I hadn't realized before. Easy to download and run on both my mac and iPhone.
What do you dislike about the product?
All of the features are pretty slick really. I'd like to be able to edit events in Superhuman, but I realize it's a mail app and not a scheduling app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's letting me quickly sort through emails and save me time in the process.

What do you like best about the product?
I've never had such solid control over my inbox. Between the way splits work, the hotkeys, and the command bar, I can navigate through my inbox swiftly and keep it tidy. Snoozing emails is a godsend too.
What do you dislike about the product?
At $25/month, it's pretty pricey, which is justifiably a turn-off for a lot of people. That being said, here I am, paying for it every month, and I couldn't imagine switching to a different email client. So maybe it's not that bad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's keeping my email inbox organized and under control.

What do you like best about the product?
They email tips and shortcuts everyday to improve your use
Suggestion tool bar also provides producitvity tips
Hit Control K and type almost anything you want to do (including filing emails into folders without having to use the mouse)
If someone mentions a date, it autmatically pulls up the calendar for you to schedule a meeting or call
You can build templates for email responses - this saves me a ton of time as referral responses, reuests for data are very repetitive. Now I can hit Control K - snippit and it pulls in the template, auto fills in a name, review and send. Saves 3 minutes per email x at least 10-20 per week.
Customer support is great. I did the group intro call as well as a 1v1 session. I have emailed a few times and they respond same-day.
I use this everyday, particularly for setting reminders to follow-up when someone doesn't respond within a week
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I have noticed is that it is slightly easier to schedule a meeting from an email in Outlook as you hit one button.

What do you like best about the product?
The hot keys feature allows me to get things done quickly and reminders allows me to clear my inbox more readily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't always clear item count without refreshing screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting to inbox zero helps me to remain current, sane and less anxious about work piling up.

What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman is an amazing advancement in the way we process email. The ease of use and efficiency the platform provides is unmatched.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of an initial learning curve to pick up all of the shortcuts and tools that Superhuman offers. Once it clicks though, you really feel like you're Superhuman.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman has shifted my behavior and the ways I process emails as they come in. The quick keystrokes that allow you to archive or dismiss an email with a reminder are game changers. Gmail is starting to offer some similar shortcuts, but Superhuman is for the most part a superior product.

What do you like best about the product?
Honestly it makes me enjoy doing my emails because it encourages me to get to Inbox 0 faster! I also love the 'remind me later' feature which keeps me super organised.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's the best email platform I've ever used so there's nothing I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I get 80+ emails per day so it's helping me to be responsive and stay on top of my workload.
