Great email app
What do you like best about the product?
It is beautiful and the keyboard shortcuts make it fast.
I also love the communication and support from the development team - they answer all questions and bring us new features all the time.

Nothing really - any features that aren't there yet are on the way!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
That the gmail inbox experience is messy and cluttered
Is much more faster than gmail, make me more motivated to clean my mailbox

the speed, key combination, the tip bar (can be with more hints)

Lake of R2L support, poor formatting, formatting sometimes buggy, the read-recipe does not with same abilities compared to Miixmax / mail tracker, need external tool to offer meeting time slots

much faster email experience, allowing me to handle multiple emails much more quickly

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can go super fast through my email. I can just quickly delete email that I don't want. The feature I use the most is the reminders, they are so easy to set and take a load off my head. I truly feel les stressed about email since I use Superhuman.
What do you dislike about the product?
They were only limited at first to apple hardware, but they've been working on new versions for Android. I'd love they add more languages to use Superhuman.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speed: I can go extremely fast through my emaiils and taking actions in no time with shortcuts.
Less stress: I can focus only on what's important, but also make sure that I can set reminders for when I know I need to read some emails.
Productivity: I don't need to spend more time than necessary in my email.

Nothing else compares. I have tried all of the alternatives.
What do you like best about the product?
It's fast. It has turned email into something that was almost intolerable into something that I feel good at. I've been subscribed for 3 years. The one-on-one training is very helpful for onbording and makes it easy to learn. The one thing that keeps me coming back is that you don't need to select an email with "x" to then archive or delete it. With literally every other email client I've looked at, that extra step is included and there is just no good reason for it!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the price was lower. It's the main thing that puts me off and motivates me to look at alternatives. When I recommend it to others, it's the main turn off. It's the best and it's expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The overall experience makes email much more tollerable. I can get through it faster and the clunkiest interactions are solved with things like instant intro and snippits.

The whole email experience is simplified and streamlined with keyboard shortcuts, reduced clutter, split inboxes, and easy reminders.
Getting started was a breeze and the support team quickly answered my questions and helped become more productive. The onboarding sequence is the best I've ever seen in a product!

What do you dislike about the product?
The desktop experience was superior and I wish the mobile experience was equally superior. At the moment, the mobile is experience is only marginally better than gmail.

Help move through hundreds of message quickly and easily without missing any important emails. Streamline inbox management flow.
Convenience and Organization at one's fingertips.
What do you like best about the product?
Concise and convenient, Superhuman makes your inbox easily accessible. Very helpful in categorizing, and prioritizing when it comes to management of high levels of activity on Gmail. The Reminder feature is great for follow ups.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface could be a little more spaced out with highlighting where necessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes categorization of emails easy which in turn reduces unnecessary clutter so that important emails are highlighted.
Best email experience ever.
What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman is super fast, super easy to use, super enjoyable to use, and everything I had ever hoped for in an email client. I waited for two years to get through their earlier waiting list process and do not regret a second of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only possible thing that i can think of that I do not like is that the extension sometimes pops me out and I have to log in again. Also, it would be great if they could with other types of email accounts, as right now they only do Gmail and Microsoft. Honestly though these are hardly a factor in my decision. I'll use Superhuman for the rest of my life I expect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman is solving the immense overwhelm involved with email management. It makes batching email feasable because can very easily focus on one at a time. It protects my attention in a way other software products do not, and it quite simply goes as fast as I can think.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything. Their product is so much better than competitors (please do not use Spark, it wasted 3 months of my life). And, their team is even better. They respond immediately to anything and actually listen. Their 1/1 onboarding is so amazing too. Superhuman genuinely improves my performance and reduces frustration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I've give them feedback on some small features and they have them on their roadmap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me get through my inbox easily. Super helpful for reminding me to follow up if I haven't gotten a response. Omg, it now tells you on ios mobile when someone else is also responding to the same email.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, the time it saves for me and how it forces me to acheive Inbox Zero everday.

I think it can have better formatting options while typing out an email. I think there a massive scope for innovation here.

The go-to modern email client
What do you like best about the product?
Clean design, integrated calendar, intelligent & dynamic interface, keyboard first approach, the dedication that the superhuman team have around support/voice of customer, ease of use, speed of development
What do you dislike about the product?
I love Superhuman for professional use, but can't justify the spend for my personal email account. Perhaps if there was a light version with less functionality, more people migh gravitate towards it.

I big part of my job is following up and staying on top of communication across many different relationships. Superhuman makes communication way more enjoyable and has become an invaluable part of my success in my job.
