Absolute game changer - saving 30 mins a day
What do you like best about the product?
shortcuts, graphics, gamification. I'm saving half an hour every day and having fun with clearing my inboxes while making sure I'm on top of all of my inbox items
What do you dislike about the product?
search function not that great. I've come to pull up the regular gmail app to look for emails and attachments
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've had trouble deleting unnecessary emails. The keyboard shortcuts are another highlight, making navigation and email management a breeze. No more tedious clicks and endless searching. Everything's just a few quick keystrokes away.
I've always had trouble making sure I stay on top of all the action items on my email. The reminder function. It's like having a personal assistant that ensures I never miss out on important emails or tasks.
Since Superhuman, I've reclaimed at least 30 minutes of my day – time that I can now invest in other productive or enjoyable activities. I love this and happily paying for it

What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman has a great clean UI that allows you to focus on the content and a set of powerful keyboard commands that allow you to blaze through emails and resolve them. Moreover, their support is absolutely phenomenal and in the very few occasions when I needed assistance they always went above and beyond.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, it's pretty great and I've been using it for a very long time without complaints.

Saving my behind every. single. day.

I love the unlimited and specific reminders. I send a reminder for nearly every email I send and it's helped me with my productivity immensely.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the iOS app, it can sometimes be annoying to get to your sent mail folders. That's really it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not losing track of important or time sensitive messages. I get 100s of emails a day and it used to be a black hole. Now I can schedule everything so clearly.

The Only App I Will NOT Do Without!
What do you like best about the product?
Does "everything" sound fake here? I don't know, folks, I haven't met a feature that Superhuman offers that hasn't saved me tons of time. I signed up reluctantly because I thought, "oh this is pointless. Google already does all of this stuff!" I was so so wrong. The first day (the FIRST ONE) using Superhuman, I got my inbox down to zero. Can we say, 'super easy to use? Very low learning curve??' To say that I was shocked is a gross understatement. I burst into my boss's office and told him, "holy cow, why did I resist this so long?!"
I recently(ish) got a new job and they didn't use Superhuman in their suite. I tried for a few days to use Outlook on its own, but it is so hard to go back to a cart and buggy when you've become accustomed to traveling the roadways in an Aston Martin. I happily pay every month out of my own pocket because the time Superhuman saves me in my inbox is FAR too valuable to lose,

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing Superhuman doesn't have is an Asana integration. But the copy/paste email function is actually pretty dang awesome, so it hasn't been the end of the world. Still crossing my fingers for that integration, though! (Looking at you, admin. ;)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman solves the problem of trying to remember every little thing. If there's something I'm not ready to respond to right away, or something I need to check in on in a few weeks (or whenever) the reminder is literally just a button away! Plus, having an uncluttered inbox combined with access to my calendar, AI integrations, and info about the person I'm writing right at my fingertips saves me literal HOURS of work per week.
Also! The ability to see how many times someone has opened your email (and exact timecodes, including what kind of device they opened your email on) is INTENSELY useful.

I love Superhuman!
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, ease of implementation, I use EVERYDAY.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could use better calendar features. Thx.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes managing my email so much easier!
BEST BEST BEST!
What do you like best about the product?
It got me organized in under 2 hours (I had 24,000+ emails in my inbox for 12 years) and I continue to learn tips and tricks to make my experience even better. It was easy to implement, and their app for the phone is amazing as well. I have never in my digital life been so organized. I am the biggest fan ever! I use this every day, and it's weird to be at in box zero at the end fo the day. It worked so well with my Gmail.
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now, not all images show up, for some reason but someone from customer service is working with me on this. They are very responsive, helpful and trying to help me get it working.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving for me, my old way of being in disarray as to what email is where. Now all emails for one assistant comes in one area. I can remind her if she didn't respond. I can even see how many times my email recipients read my email and exactly when. it's helped me really gain time.
Absolute Life-Saver for This Business Owner/Full-Time Mama
What do you like best about the product?
I often use my inbox as a task list of reactive work, so being able to schedule out and remind myself about tasks that I definitely wouldn't remember otherwise -- total game changer. It also makes me a pro at follow up, which has saved deals and kepts projects on track. I would say the reminder tool is my favorite tool, and of course, just the fact that everything can be done with shortcuts is a big time-saver. I find myself trying to use the same shortcuts when I'm not working in my email because it's so second-nature to me now. If you manage more than one inbox, this is going to completely change your day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm trying really hard to think about downsides, but honestly the only thing I could think of is if you aren't someone who reads your email -- then it's not for you. Or if you are trying to stay as lean as possible with overhead, but it's been so freaking worth it for me! Especially because I manage more than one inbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing more than one inbox is a million times easier now! A quick shortcut and you're in your other email account. Again, the reminders is HUGE. I know I don't have time to get to an email or type out a solid response right now, but I need to wipe through my reactive tasks -- boom, send me a reminder tomorrow. Or I need to follow up with this person if they don't respond (again), but there's no chance I'll remember in a week. Another reminder, boom it pops up again. Also, snippets make my regular emails so much easier. It's like Google's templates, but quicker and easier. Another huge benefit is being able to manage my emails without service, and knowing they'll send when I'm back in service. It makes my offline time more effective.
