Must-have. Having peace of mind/ no more e-mail overload
What do you like best about the product?
No more email overload, I control my inbox instead of inbox controlling me...
What do you dislike about the product?
Agenda integration could be better. Pricey (30 EUR/month), but it's worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management and piece of mind/ enhanced productivity- no more email-stress, can focus on more useful stuff...

It's bloody fast. The commands are well thought-out.

There is a clear lack of customization, in terms of filters, colors, etc.

As a engineer/ generally efficiency obsessed person, the piece of software is kind of ideal.

What do you dislike about the product?
I find the search function isn't great. I often take quite a while to find emails from a while back. I think it would be useful if they were segmented by date more prominently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's certainly saving me time. It's useful to remove the thread from the inbox once I'm done with it.
I have now recommended it to a few colleagues and the number one thing they say is why does outlook not do this already.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to organize, set up reminders, and BLAST through my work week. Their customer support is fire, I use Superhuman EVERY DAY and know that should I have any issues, they're available to help. It was easy to learn how to use the platform, and now I use their shortcuts and keystrokes like second nature. It's a quick implementation and integration for my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have a downside, besides that because it's an app, if I need to login to my email from a different computer, I feel like my productivity is down 80% lol. SO, I PRAY that I never need to be without my laptop.

Email templates; inbox organization across multiple clients, projects, and campaigns; I never forget to follow up anymore.
Superhuman's an integral part of my life and workflow. Without it, I couldn't accomplish what I do.

Quick and simple interface. No-frills design. Addition of context on the sidebar (emails opened, calendar, etc).
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of CRM functionality, such as the ability to track outreach to various contacts. I'd at least love to be able to directly integrate with other standard or no-code CRM tools.

It allows me to stay on top of several inboxes via switching, tons of active projects and items via reminders and scheduling emails, and remove duplicate work using snippets.

Superhuman has truly been a game-changer in my life. If you're anything like me, drowning in thousands of unread emails and struggling to unsubscribe from an ever-increasing pile of junk mail, then Superhuman is the superhero you never knew you needed.

What do you dislike about the product?
Literally nothing. I would love to label specific contacts vs just email threads (ie: so I know who my London, NY contacts are). I would also love my diff emails to show up in diff colors so i don't accidentally send something from the wrong email.

Solving the problem of emails being burried between junk. I actually read all my emails now.

What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman works with me, not against me. I leverage the email templates, scheduled emails and numerous shortcuts to find efficiencies in my work day. I use it every day and across several emails. I've been using it for years and recommend it to clients and those in my network almost weekly.
What do you dislike about the product?
That it doesn't directly link to my calendar and there is just a shortcut to it through the platform.

It creates efficiencies in communication.
Secret to Success
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to automate the mundane, prioritize what matters and move faster throughout my day. With multiple clients, multiple email addresses and a desire to always be on, it's become critical for me to have a tool to help.

Requires an investment to understand how to acccess the features and functionality.

Priorize communications, minimize tasks and improve email performance through the various automation features available.
